About this apartment rental
This gorgeous three-bedroom beachfront condo at the Majestic Beach Towers Resort is the perfect romantic getaway. The condo is directly on the beach and is located on the quiet19th floor of the newer Tower 2. It sleeps a MAXIMUM OF SIX GUESTS - no exceptions allowed. This designer condo was recently renovated. It has new flooring, a new washer and dryer, a new master shower, new water heater, new Carrier AC unit, new New Sealy mattresses, and new 55" Samsung smart tv. Free high-speed internet is included. The beachfront master suite offers a king size bed, large master bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub, and a sit-down make-up area. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room as well as the master bedroom have spectacular ocean-side views. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room has a large table for six. Flat screen TVs are provided in the living room, master, and two guest bedrooms. The large furnished balcony overlooks the white sandy Gulf beaches and is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The condo has a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. Renter must be at least 25 of age and occupy the unit. Renter may NOT book the property on behalf of any other individual or organization.
2. Photo ID (driver's license or passport) of the renter along with full names and ages of all guests must be provided directly to the owner within 24 hours of booking, even when using Instant Booking or other online service. The renter must also provide ID to Security at check-in and be present on the property during entire stay.
3. Phone confirmation for all reservations is mandatory - no exceptions.
4. All guest vehicles must be registered separately through the Association Guest Registration System. Guest vehicles can be registered through the GuestSVCS.com website. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
5. Guests must follow all house rules. Any violation of the contract, damage to the condo, or theft will result in a Damage Charge of up to $2,500 being added to the original payment.
Summer bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Second- or third-party bookings are prohibited. Full payment is required at time of booking.
*Pets or service animals are strictly prohibited. Any violation carries a $250 daily fine.

We just left today and we had a wonderful time! This condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, which is very important to me. It was cozy and stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. The resort itself was also very well kept and in a great location. It had lots of great amenities as well. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, informative and very helpful with things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The Majestic was incredible! The homeowners were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed! The unit was impeccable and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed over all the years we’ve been vacationing in PCB! Thank you, Ernest & Ella! We look forward to renting from you in the future!

This is a great property in a great location. It is a very well maintained and nicely decorated condo. It is on a high floor with a stunning view of the beach and great sunsets. We went with our ten-year-old son, our 14-year-old daughter and one of her friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of amenities too, including 9 pools/hot tubs, a Starbucks, a gym, and a grill/bar on the property. You're right on the beach. The owners are very responsive and were very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat, which was beneficial since it was our first time in the area. When we had a concern with an appliance usage, the owner himself was there within 15 minutes to address it. I don't think you could get a fresh set of towels that quickly at a hotel. Overall, a great unit and great owners to work with.

Beautiful condo very well cleaned. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Very pleased with a fast check in and overall communication with the owners, simply amazing! Do not hesitate to stay here even though its the 19th floor, we had zero issues, not to mention the location is awesome and there is plenty to keep you entertained throughout your whole stay. We stayed here June 17-24. Had a wonderful stay. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Water pressure was excellent, kitchen was stocked with anything we might need. Really enjoyed the view from the 19th floor balcony and the balcony was also clean and had nice furniture. Although we didn’t utilize all of the resort’s features, there were plenty. Two heated indoor pools were warm. 3 outside pools and a bar and grill right beside the two bigger pools. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and if we ever make it back to PCB, we would definitely stay here again. Checkin and out was a breeze. Communication with the owners was great and not too much like some reviewers have stated. Oh, also has a nice washer and dryer in the room in a separate laundry room, elevator is right outside the room and also trash chute so you don’t have to go far.

We arrived in Panama City Beach a little earlier than expected and were pleased when we were informed we could get into the condo early. We found it to be beautiful and very clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. We appreciated the extras like the softsoaps on the sinks, the good toilet paper, PLENTY of hangers, and several extra trash bags. We thought the beds were completely comfortable and the towels were thick and plush. It could not have been a more relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable vacation.

We celebrated our 20th wedding Anniversary here ,first week of Otober.
We absolutely loved the Condo, specially the Master Bedroom suite!!
Our 2 Children loved their rooms.
The view is the absolute best !! We brought our binoculars, glad we did cause we saw so many Dolphins from the Balcony. We even saw a Manatee, Turtles, Stingray and baby shark it looked like. So bring your binoculars.
The kitchen was great, every thing on hand. Just bring your food and snacks. We ate out every day and the owners were very helpful whit that. We surely will be back if we can.
This was our first real family vacation with our kids who are 18 & 20. Our son who's 20 and diagnosed with Autism had the time of his life here. He wants to come back.
And so do we.

I miss my 6AM view while drinking my coffee on the balcony and the Doves who kept us company. We all absolutely enjoyed ourself.

Stay overall was nice. Cleanliness was okay, not extremely clean. In their defense I own a cleaning company and was not up to the standards that I would set. The owners communicated with us quite a bit which some may love for us it was a little too much. Only issue we had was that a maintenance worker ended up in our unit while we were at the beach. We had no prior notice and just came up to some strange person doing work on a light. The owner was not notified either and was immediately at the property to find out what was going on! We just felt as if our privacy was slightly violated and we had valuables and money sitting out so it was concerning. Overall the vacation was good though and the view from the balcony is amazing!

Just got home after a wonderful week at Ernest and Ella's condo at the Majestic Beach Resort. The condo was everything advertised and then some. The master suite was spectacular and the rest of the unit met and exceeded our expectations as well. The Resort is right on the beach. We enjoyed that and the outdoor pools every day.
The owners checked in with us almost daily, but were by no means intrusive. Rather they were very helpful even providing dining and activity suggestions. The Resort itself was well kept and very secure. We look forward to coming back and hopefully securing this unit again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The owners, Ernest and Ella, were so helpful and very communicative. We truly enjoyed our experience. The only issue was the Spring Break crowd that was WAY out of control on the streets, but their antics did not cause us many issues outside of bumper to bumper traffic. We will not be coming back to PCB again anywhere near spring break. But, we definitely will be back at other times and we will try to stay at this condo again. This condo is well worth the money and the location is fabulous.

This was hands down a great trip and the condo was better than expected. From the decor to the cleanliness to the view was amazing. Kids had the time of their lives, more than enough space for everyone to move around, the facilities were awesome.

The unit is just as described in the listing. The condo is great for spending time together in the kitchen/living room area or giving everyone a bit of privacy in the three bedrooms. The master living area is huge and comfortable. Communication with the owners is fast and convenient. Ernest and Ella offered detailed instructions regarding all aspects of the condo.
