This lovely, tastefully decorated 3 BR home is 4/10 mile from the soft sands of spectacular Good Harbor Beach. Whether taking a morning walk or packing a cooler and chair, you're a short walk away. All 3 cozy bedrooms are on the 2nd floor as is the full size bath. A 1/2 bath with washer/dryer is on the first floor off of the open kitchen. The large 16X22 deck and private backyard are perfect for after beach barbeque's. That is, after you've rinsed off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Downtown Gloucester, Rt 128 and Rockports Bearskin neck are minutes away.
The location and amenities make this a perfect home away from home for families with children of all ages. We would love to hear what brings you to Gloucester!

Mike and Beth place was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for us to have game nights and a bonfire at the house. Gloucester downtown has so many great options for food and activities. We lived our whole stay!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed no matter what came up. Great deck and we loved the fire pit! 10 min walk to the beach. Would definitely book again if in the area.

This home is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to easily cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There is plenty of space to spread out, as well as nice gathering spots for meals and playing cards. The location was perfect - short drive for shopping, dining, and other points of interest - and easy walk to Good Harbor Beach.

Our group of 5 ladies had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the close location to the beaches. Lots of great restaurants in Gloucester. Mike is quick with his responses. We hope to stay here again on next year's trip.

The property was wonderfully maintained and clean. It was welcoming and very comfortable. Check-in, check-out and everything in between was better than expected. We were there for a family wedding and the house was perfect for my family for our before and after wedding preparation and festivities. We will absolutely stay again!

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay very much. We would highly recommend it. The beaches are wonderful and the food is great in the area. We even had a guest at the house a couple of turkeys roosting in the trees.

This house was perfect for 5 of us!!! The location is great - close to the beach and to the center of town. We had a wedding nearby and it was the perfect place to stay. We will be back!! Thanks Mike for the great stay and for being so responsive.

The house is great and the owners were very responsive. Everything is clean, lots of living space, everything works, and they have all the spices for a former meal. Even had K-cups for coffee. Walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay here again on our next trip to Cape Ann.

The location was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to hangout. Convenient to grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts and Main Street Gloucester. House was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, cozy yet very spacious, and most of all comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, all necessities for bathrooms, and even coffee pods were supplied. Can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the back yard and fire pit. The hosts were quick with an answer to the only question I had, and very cordial and welcoming.

It's a very cute property and close to amenities. However, you could see cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, there was still laundry from the previous tenants, food sitting in the fridge from previous tenants and the fridge smelled like it needed cleaning. Could use updates as well like fresh paint, updated carpet or flooring and check the rooms for previous items left on floors. It was also a little uncomfortable having no cover for patio doors -exposed to the outside and anyone could look in. Maybe update pillows, as well. Another thing (especially since we're still in Covid state), wash ALL bedding after each occupant as people do sleep on comforters, pillow shams, etc. and it's not sanitary to leave soiled items for the next tenants to use.

If you are planning to stay, this is a large private house situated in the woods. Delightfully, there are wild turkeys that visit the property. You do need a car for transportation.

Family vacation was a hit for all. We came from Texas and Michigan to stay with my daughter who lives locally and works in Gloucester! Reviews are accurate: clean, spacious, great layout, well and thoughtfully stocked with anything you'd need, easy walk to beach, easy check-in and out, hosts are gracious and quick to communicate - and turkeys 🦃 are fun!! Lol We will stay here again!!

My family and I went on vacation for the first time in over 10 years and the property, location and amenities very perfect! Check in and out were super easy and the hosts were great, provided more information than we could have hoped for!! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

My sister’s and I came in for a wedding weekend and Mike’s home made it all the more special. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The home is well appointed and spacious, lending itself to a comfortable stay with a larger group. We walked to Good Harbor beach and enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. The supermarket (Shaws) and Walgreens is only 0.7 miles from the home. Charlie’s Place was only a mile for some nice local fare. Would recommend and hope to come back one day.

We stayed in Gloucester for work/school break. The lay out of the house worked well for us, plenty of room to spread out and have our own space as well as room to all gather and hang out. We were there for Easter, the home had everything I needed to make and serve Easter dinner. The beach was an easy, short walk from the house. Mike was quick to respond if any questions came up and always helpful. We would totally rent this place again!
