Niet van toepassing, de ruimte was groot
We hebben het appartement gekozen voor zeezicht, maar we konden niet naar buiten om het terras te gebruiken en van zeezicht te genieten omdat de schuifpui helemaal verrot was. Daarom veel tocht ook, en was bijna niet warn te krijgen met 1 apparaat dat boven de toegangdeur hing en het appartement 130m2 groot was. Er waren veel te weinig stopcontacten, en schakelaars die niet werkten, de kraan v.d. wasbak in de badkamer gaf geen water, (kraan stuk). De eetkamer naast de keuken was open in de buitenlucht afgeschermt met rolluiken, het was te koud om daar te verblijven, brrr. In de winter mag je dit niet verhuren, het is een zomerappartement.

Estancia ideal de corto plazo :)
Emilia ha sido fantástica. Estuvo siempre dispuesta a entregarnos las llaves y a facilitarnos todo lo relacionado con el alojamiento. Nos ha recomendado varios sitios para comer cerca del piso :) Además, es muy cómodo contar con un espacio de aparcamiento dentro del edificio, ya que, en ocasiones, estacionar fuera puede ser complicado. El piso tiene cuatro habitaciones, buena iluminación y está cerca de la marina.
El piso se ve mejor en las fotos, y es cierto que lo venden como si tuviera vistas al mar, pero esto no es completamente preciso. Por otro lado, la ubicación está algo alejada del centro, aunque se pueden encontrar buenos lugares para comer y desayunar cerca del piso.

Appartement bij zee in Aguilas
Appartement ligt op 5 minuten lopen van zee. Ruim appartement. Snelle reactie op app vragen. Appartement is summier doch gezellig ingericht Parkeerplaats bij het appartement, nu volop plaats om te parkeren. Supermarkt/ eetgelegenheid op loopafstand.
Geen comfortabele stoelen/ bank De bedden liggen niet prettig Er is airco in de woonkamer (deze niet nodig gehad). In de slaapkamers zijn ventilatoren aan het plafond en/of muur bevestigd. Zelfs op de 1e stand maken ze veel herrie.

A lovely apartment clean and spacious nice situated just off the beach nice and quiet at night private parking just a stroll to a lovely town a very nice location.
I like it all. No complaints wifi would have been nice but if you have 4 g on your phone, no problem.

Good
The owner is not available on the phone, he does not call. We received a message on the same day when we are supposed to enter the apartment, that he is canceling the apartment because there is a problem with the shower. In the apartment for 8 people only one shower.

Fab apartment great value for money.
Location was perfect, owner was extremely helpful and always on hand to answer any queries we had. Lovely big apartment with plenty of space, kitchen facilities were great and use of washing machine was amazing.
The shower was either burning hot or ice cold there was no in between.
