Very enjoyable.

The location was great and the room was very stylish. The bed was comfy!

I think that the price of parking should be included...$33 additional is extreme.

Great hotel !

-it felt like a very fancy hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and really nice. Over all a great room. -I loved that the nightstands had their own plugs for each guest. -the staff was so nice -the breakfast had tons of options - walking distance from the municipal auditorium and some other fun night life stuff

Only 1 complaint. They are working on the parking lot and had us park in a garage. The garage was walking distance but the entry is small and we didn't want to be rude and off load our luggage there so we brought it to and from the parking. We were still charged full price even though it was inconvenient. My husband and I like having the car as close as possible so we can leave some things in the car to make the hotel room feel less crowded. A discount on the inconvenience would have been nice but not the end of the world

It was overpriced for what we got.

The location was great, staff was friendly

Originally had said it had free self parking and when we got there, the parking was under construction and we had to park a block away and the hotel didn’t take car of the bill we had to pay out of pocket. Also The bed was old and the pillows not comfortable, it was load you could hear every single noise.

Had a good time in Riverside. Wish i had more time there. Room was way to expensive for basic hotel.

Way overpriced. Parking is not on the premises, Breakfast was only till 9 am most places are till 10 am Rooms are a bit loud. Thin walls

Our stay was great and the staff there were very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I love to stay downtown when we visit Riverside (CA) and the hotel is a block away from the Food Lab and Game Lab, which are the two coolest spots to spend the day at.

One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time.

There is called available for only 10$ and they were quick to greet us and get us inside. The hotel is beautiful and clean. You even get a free beer for happy hour at check in if you choose to do so, as well. There is also snacks and coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7, which was really nice to come back to after a long day. The rooms we're clean and were very spacious. The pool was even heated so the kids could go swimming! Honestly, we had an amazing time! It was a wonderful hotel and all of the staff was super nice! Would highly reccomend!

Not as comfortable as usual.

The location is great. There was a concert in the area and the location was central to everything. The lobby is also pretty nice.

The bed was not that comfortable this time around. Also my room faced the street and the street noise was noticeable.

It was a wonderful stay. I just wish parking was as expensive as it was since it was not on site.

The breakfast accommodations were great. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly.

Parking the parking lot was being remodeled, and we still had to pay the full amount for parking, even though we had to walk farther to get back-and-forth

It was centrally located. Very clean and well kept. Reception staff is unusually friendly and competent.

No windows that open (but I understand). Expensive parking.

Short n sweet.

I liked the snacks and wine they had downstairs available for the desk.

The fact they do not include property damage deposit on the website in the FINAL charge amount but only informed me upon arriving they do not take cash it’s inconvenient because my bank is across town. Just include those two things on your website it would be helpful!

Unclean rooms, rude staff, would not recommend.

I like that they had coffee available 24/7.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and not helpful any of the times that I interacted with them. From check in, to asking for restroom refresh that is supposedly offered, every interaction was met with rude staff. It did not seem busy at all.

I had a restful stay.

I like the design and that it had a gym and dining area. The breakfast was great as well. the staff was helpful and kind!

I would stay here again. very comfortable

centrally located to a lot of activities and shops. property was clean and felt secure.

minimal staff - I needed bedding changed, made request but Housekeeping staff had left for the night. and front desk manager was the only staff on site. I ended up changing my own sheets. I advised front desk from check in time that my bed had some kind of debris in the sheets.

Almost perfect date night.

Location was great and at a decent price.

My special request (via online booking) for extra towels was not met. My wife then requested some via phone but was told she had to pick them up at the front desk. I know it's minor. Why take special request at all? That's all.
