The only reason didn't get perfect ratings across the board, was b/c our entry key didn't work when we got there. However, they quickly remedied that during a phone call and within ten minutes we were in business.
Someone from the management company then showed up in person. By then we were in, but that was good to see them send someone over.
Everything else worked out really well.

We stayed in a group of 9. Plenty of space to stretch out or come together to enjoy each other. Excellently equipped kitchen. Comfy bedding and towels. Quiet in the bedrooms even when others are watching movies or hanging out downstairs. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Had a great time with 6 long time friends, biking, hiking, and rafting. Entrada was awesome. It was great to chill around the pool and hot tub after an active day. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We had such a wonderful trip. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. So clean and organized. It had everything we needed. Great location and great place. I can’t say enough good things about it. It really was perfect.

The place was easy to locate the check in process was extremely user friendly. I was contacted several times by the owner to make sure everything was as promised. We had plenty of room. The location was perfect as we were close to downtown shopping restaurants trails for hiking and a hot tub in the complex. I left my computer in the condo and they were so kind to send it to me in a timely manner. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets needed and it made our stay extremely comfortable and hassle free. We had a great time together and plan to return in the near future. 5 very enthusiastic STARS!!

We loved the condo and it was perfect for our girls retreat. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked super well. There was plenty of space for a large group and we loved the proximity to the hot tub! I would highly recommend this place.

Quite possibly the best place to stay in Moab. Can’t beat the location. Located at the North end just off the Main Street (hwy 191), but far enough away that you don’t hear the traffic. Central to all that Moab has to offer. The home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to cater to the needs of our large group. Sarah was great as was the management company. Very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

This house was perfect for us. There was lots of amenities that made it lighter packing for our group. The house was clean and well maintained. It was located close to the trails and other things in town like food and gas.

Great place (with some catches)
The place is clean and the community is nice with a great pool. We had a comfortable stay except for an issue that become a big hassle for us on this trip. The garage light + routers kept tripping and we didn't have internet for the entire stay. Not to mention that we couldn't park the cars in the garage (and if we did it was a problem to take them out by resetting the switch every few mins). The issue is specific to this unit. Last day before we left, the rental manager was able to find an electrician who conformed that the garage motor was faulty and is drawing more power. Their team was very communicative throughout the process and we highly appreciate that but unfortunately the issue couldn't be resolved during our stay.

Fall break adventure
We had a wonderful time at Scott & Sarah's condo. It was well appointed, clean and close to everything we wanted to do in Moab. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and our high school girls loved the "bunk room". They have thought of everything you might need in a home away from home. Plenty of towels, comfy beds and a kitchen with all the essentials. Great place!

This home was so well-equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the pancake griddle alot! There were so many other appliances available. We didn’t need these this time but I noticed the pack and play and high chair that we could’ve used ! Loved having the extra plastic containers to store leftovers. Great pool towels. The beds were all comfortable. Couldn’t believe how much square footage was in this condo. So nice and close to the pool

Great Base for Moab Hiking
Beautiful home, spacious, and excellently maintained. Everything worked in the unit, well stocked. Kitchen and open dining/living room worked great for adults and grandkid alike. We especially liked the large dining table with bench seating that allowed our entire group to gather for meals together. So many properties we’ve rented in the past could not seat everyone together. Nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a day of hiking in the canyons. Plus, the unit was dog friendly! (We did buy a hose to bath the dogs outside after returning from hikes as the Barkery dog wash is closed one day a week.) Will rent here again when we return to Moab!

Great vacation home in Moab.
We had an awesome long weekend in Moab. It was clean and and well stocked with essentials. The instructions and check in/out process was clear and concise. Close to downtown Moab. Minutes to Arches, Scenic Byway 128, and Matrimony Spring. We were able to swim and use the hot tub. We spent time in both Arches and Canyonlands. It was awesome and highly recommend. We were a group of 12 with ages ranging from 2 to 60's and it fit us comfortably without feeling like we were all on top of each other. Thanks for making it such a nice weekend!

Excellent Condo!
This was a great property for our fall trip to Moab. Our party of 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids ages 9 to 17) loved this condo. Incredibly spacious and well stocked, including spices, flour, keurig cups, games, and small appliances. Property management communicated quickly and were very thorough. Check in was a breeze. Location was great. Easy access to Main Street and the national parks. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The Kidd turned the downstairs closet into the “Harry Potter Suite”. They loved it and so did the adults. the parking was excellent since we had lots of trucks with trailers and extra Jeep’s. Would stay there again.
