Come to Rincón. This beautiful, modern, spacious, private, luxury, elegant...Some words that describe Suite 1 at Rincon. This great villa offers a private dip-in pool, garage, private roof terrace with views, patio furniture outside with a big top of the line grill, beautiful furniture inside in brand new condition with zone a/c in the living room and in both rooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second room has two queen beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. It's right across the street from the beach and very close to restaurants, supermarkets, night clubs, shopping and from all kinds of attractions like, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, tennis and horseback riding.

The townhouse was located in a safe neighborhood, mostly locals. Unfortunately due to the electricity in the island , the pool was not working and were not able to use it.
We also noticed that the house was not properly cleaned and we have to clean it out to use the areas of the kitchen, living room area and bathroom upstairs.
We got lucky as the weather was very nice and we were able to enjoy our time together.
Josue is a great host and listened to our concerns and was able to assist us.
I do recommend this location and I would comeback again.

Location beautiful, but the unit needs upgrades and kitchen major appliance broken.
Pool was filthy, bed sheets dirty. Front door broken in and out. Checkin information was incorrect and received after we arrived.

Views to the ocean from the rooftop patio are gorgeous! The small dip pool in the back patio is great after a trip to the beach (just steps away from the front door) or warm afternoon. Ideal location to get a more local feel/flavor of a small PR town while providing a good base to explore the west coast. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, with 3 teens to spread out. The box of beach accessories in the garage is a great asset. There were minor inconveniences, but nothing to deter a great vacation.

Excellent! place in beautiful Rincon, PR
We had an amazing time in Ricon. The reservation process was easy and the I received all answers before we check in. The unit was clean at our arrival as easy to find, with the directions provided. The pool was very refreshing and private. The beach is around the corner and amazing. The town of Ricon has great restaurants with good food and service. For sure we will stay in this unit again.

Condo is in a nice location, however not maintained well. Floor tile buckling, ceiling fan not installed properly, very sparsely appointed with cheap small appliance that barely work. Utensils are very cheap and sparse.
Pool is nice and beach location provides solitude. Bedding is ok, however, towels and other amenities are simply not up to expectations for a vacation rental for the price offered.

Josue was quick to fix a small issue when we called him on arrival. The place is family perfect. The beach is across the street and very quiet. They included chairs and umbrellas. The chill pool was just that. Something to relax in at night. Everything was exactly as described.

Other than a minor hiccup with the flooring prior to our arrival, the house was EXCELLENT. Close to the beach, well appointed, the dip in pool was fantastic the house and furnishings were very comfortable it had plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and not worry about being cramped. the view from the outdoor living area was good and we got to see spectacular sunsets. plenty to do and see in and around Rincon, or to not do or see if you are looking to relax...

The property was very clean. The plunge pool was great for cooling off. The rooftop area was lovely - always a nice breeze and shade.
The grocery/coop was only a couple of blocks away, and the beach was across the street - VERY CONVENIENT.
There were a lot of restaurants and food trucks nearby also. We didn't have a car; we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

We were two small families (4 and 3). The house was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The beach access was wonderful, just steps away. Garage for 1 car and the second car had its own space too! A neighbor saw out kids and came with mangoes for them! So generous! The host was responsive. We will definitely stay at Stella's again!

Truly was a great experience staying at the villa! Host Josué was very accommodating and great with his communication! Everything is near by and beach just 20 steps away.

Spacious villa in a prime location with a great rooftop view, easy access to local beaches, close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants and the center of town.
Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. Upon arrival the pool had not been cleaned, there were several pieces of broken patio furniture next to the pool, the BBQ grill was unusable sitting in the garage instead of on the rooftop terrace but the most glaring of all were the presence of roaches in the kitchen. The property manager responded quickly by having the pool serviced and having an exterminator come in the next day . The exterminator had to subsequently return during our 3 week stay.
The owner's response was to minimize our complaints, he took no accountability and asked us to leave if we were so dissatisfied and offered to refund our money. We chose to stay only because we had made commitments to family in the area and attempting to book another comparable property at the last minute proved difficult.
I went to the VRBO site recently and saw that this property is no longer accepting bookings - I am not surprised.
Property has great potential but only if it can be maintained and managed properly

This suburban home was the perfect place to start our spring break. My wife and I dragged two of our friends along from chilly Philly in the 2nd week of April. Perhaps spring break isn’t the best time to get away from it all. But this house in Rincon was perfectly situated some things well within walking distance. With 8 miles of coast line I would recommend renting a car. Light house and grounds is a must!
The property manager made every effort to stay in contact particularly as our trip came on the heels of a fire in a power station knocking out the island. GPS got us right to the drive way and the instructions were clear. The tough part was determine which couple got which room.
“2 bathrooms” is misleading as there were toilets on the 1st floor and the roof deck as well 👍🏼
There’s plenty just in the area of Rincon to keep you quietly occupied but we took a day trip south to Cabo Rojo (about an hour). Although nice not needed.
Weather was perfect for strolling on the beach or walking to the nearby watering hole that had music every night.
If you’re looking to spend a quiet handful of days on the western side of Puerto Rico you don’t need to look further than this listing.

The house itself is really nice and provides a lot of space. It was great to have the pool, which gets sun from late morning to early afternoon. The location has pros and cons - it is across the street from a lovely, small beach but a few km from the restaurants, dive shops, and other happenings of the main part of Rincon, so you do need a car to get around.
There were a few things different than the listing:
- There is not a second bed in the master bedroom. I assume the couch downstairs pulls out into a bed (?), but our 4th person just slept on the couch as we didn't locate extra sheets until the last day.
- The lock box was broken that contained the key. So, of course things break - no issues there - but we had not been informed of how to get in. There were no instructions in the VRBO platform where it usually appears and I didn't have any info by email. I called Josue who answered and helped me solve the issue quickly. Only later did I receive the email with the entry instructions.
- There were 5-6 keys on the key ring but I never found out what they go to, except one which was the front door. None of them worked for the master bedroom balcony, so that was unusable. None of them (including the key hanging from the window) worked for being able to open the windows downstairs, so we had to keep those closed.
- None of the windows had screens, but it was quite a nice temp outside in the evenings/night so we wanted windows open rather than AC. The house did end up with lots of fruit flies and mosquitos as a result.
Lastly, the main challenge was that there is NOTHING consumable included. Staying at VRBOs elsewhere, usually there are basic condiments/spices, toiletries, etc. However, we found a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras, not even salt and pepper in the pantry (we bought it and left it behind). We also had to buy handsoap for all but one of the bathrooms (and also left this behind, in the hopes it will actually stay there for the next person.) There were no spices, cleaning supplies that we could find other than a broom and dust pan, no coffee filters. The most frustrating, however, was that on the second to last day when the garbage can was full, we couldn't find a single trash bag. I have never stay anywhere where there wasn't trash bags! We would have never thought to buy these and even if we did, it would have been annoying to buy a whole role when we needed 1.

The property met our desires for beach access and access to stores and restaurants, rooftop view of the water and sunsets with spacious and comfortable living and cooking areas. This unit has the best and largest dip pool and the only one with view of the water and sunset. I loved it for those reasons.
This has the potential to be a great property with some minor maintenance, improved stocking of kitchen and baths, and improved hot water system. These things left my wife disappointed. Just a little more effort in these areas would make a huge difference. I would definitely return, especially if I knew the owner acted on these suggestions.

Lovely condo. Beach is literally 80 steps from the front door. Accommodations came with beach chairs and we left a beach umbrella for next fortunate person. Roof top deck is wonderful for breakfast and sunsets. Nice dipping pool in the back yard. Suggestions for next visitors: use garage to stage your day--keeps sand out of the living areas. Roof top takes a few logistics to plan for breakfast, but the extra steps are worth it. Use the umbrella--sun is hot. The Econo grocery store is about 1/4 mile back towards town. Anything you need is available there. Careful getting into the water; the reef is right there but sand has filled much of it so you can walk across it. This does lead to nice snorkeling right off the beach. Best first thing before water gets too disturbed. We would advise bug spray. Didn't notice any mosquitos but two of our party did get bites from what we assume were sand fleas. Worth the ten seconds for bug spray. Fill up your ice trays when you arrive. Your frozen drinks at the end of the day will be worth it. Don't be afraid to contact Josue--very helpful for us. Favorite restaurant was Calypso on Route 413. Go for the sunset and order the blackened fish tacos. Seven great days with family totally relaxing.
