Comfortable options near train station

This is a modern style hotel very close to the Higashi-Okazaki station, which can be accessed via an elevated path across the road. The rooms have comfortable beds and basic amenities including a work desk, mini fridge and an air purifier/ humidifier. It is very well located relative to a complex of restaurants, which can be accessed from the third floor, and a Lawson convenience store near the reception in first floor. Breakfast was included in my stay, and was simple but efficient. There is a good coffee machine and biscuits in the reception area which will be appreciated by those needing to work late hours. You can also get top-ups of some room items (like, for example, mouthwash) at all times from a table near the reception. The reception staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The room was kept spotless. Toothbrush, shaving kit, comb and other items were provided daily. I recommend it as a honest and no frills for business-oriented stays in the area

The hotel was just what I expected from the advertisement and provided good value for money. It would have been great to have an exercise area with a few machines, area more variety at the breakfast, but I am not complaining given that the price was very good for the level of comfort.

・室内設備が整っていて満足感があった。・ロビーでフリーのコーヒー類が充実していた。・ベッド周り、バス／トイレ周りが清潔で快適だった。・wi-fi完備で仕事も進められてよかった。

・洗顔料があると良かった。・枕元のライト(明るさ)が調整しずらかった。・各階に自動販売があると便利だと感じた。

広くて、きれいです。窓から外へ見ると、乙川も徳川武将の像も見えます。それに、岡崎公園へ行くのは便利です。本当に素晴らしいです。

Easy access from train, clean, quiet, nice view of river, walk to restaurants.

Great location short walk from the train station, very nice breakfast with allergy information given. I’m a celiac and it was easy to choose items but I did have to use a translate app.

I noticed many other Americans at the hotel so it would be nice if more information was written in English including the breakfast items and allergy information.

人工ではあるが、厚労省認可の温泉大浴場あり電気自動車の充電設備あり岡崎城まで徒歩20分程度、河原沿いに散歩可朝食のパンが美味しいローソンが隣接している

強いて言えば、加湿器はあったが夜中はかなり空気ぐ乾燥していたこと。

岡崎で用事のある人にはオススメ

清潔で、部屋やお風呂も案外広い。駅近で駐車場も同じ建物にある。フロントの方々の対応が、とても落ち着いてる。コーヒーも美味しい。

部屋は自宅よりも気持ちよく過ごせました。

朝食のビュッフェは人の多さにも関わらず品切れもなく満足でした。特にパンが美味しかったです。部屋も広くてキレイだったので気持ちよく過ごせました。

バルコニーにでかいゴキブリがいたのが残念でした。自然なので仕方ないですが、家族に伝えるとバルコニーに出られなくなってしまうので必死に追い払いました。

とにかく立地が良かったです。

ロケーションもよく、ＦＲＯＮＴの方も気さくで話しやすくわかりやすく対応してくれました。

部屋の温度調整が難しかった。サーキュレーターなどをかしてくれたらかいけつしそう。

キレイな宿だった

駅から近いコンビニが近い(ローソン) 部屋が広い

各部屋にWiFiがあるみたいでしたが、私が泊まった部屋のWiFiが表示されず、フロントに言ったが、待てど暮らせど3時間経ってもなんの連絡も無いので、隣の部屋のWiFiを繋げた。ちなみにチェックアウトの時にもその件には触れられ無かった何の対応もしてくれなかったということか？対応したけど、直らなかったのか？もし対応したのであれば、こちらに連絡して「どうですか？繋がりましたか？」等の確認が必要では？新しい建物で、駅からも近く便利なので、当面はいいと思いますが、スタッフの怠慢は感じます

Nice stay. Probably gonna stay there again if we come t Okazaki again.

Super close to the station! Very clean and quite new.

We had a room where you couldn't open the window, but that is quite normal in Asia I guess. (You could upgrade to a room with a balcony thought).
