Disappointing Accommodation & Amenities

The location was good! Though there are far better options around that location with better prices and amenities.

The room was completely a shame. This room doesn't even deserve to be a store room tbh. The room window view was other buildings washroom/kitchen. The furnitures were discolored, the air conditioner was so old & noisy. The walls & ceiling had damps with paints coming off. The room doesn't look like the picture given here at all, doesn't even match the size mentioned here. This room would never even qualify for a 1 star hotel! The staffs weren't even bothered to change the room or refund, their response was, it is what it is, felt like a scam at that point. Very disappointing!

wont be staying here for sure

breakfast was ok don't ask for soda in your room.....they could not arrange it for the two days i was there ....walked to unimart around the corner and got it....efficeny zero

Location, staff are mostly very nice

You can't order in food from outside, specific staff was on surveillance and felt it was rude in how this was communicated when we ordered food to the room, this should be mentioned at check in. Price through booking.com was expensive and got the lowest tier room and didn't have furniture as per the pictures. Unclear what I had paid for initially but would try to get deals next time instead of going through booking.com

Exceptional

The king suite was very big and spacious. Midori is the best hotel I have been to in Bangladesh. It's a real boutique hotel and the staff were very friendly... all have a smile on their faces.

Maintenance needs to be scheduled more often.

A two-star hotel pretending to be four ⭐️

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location

It absolutely didn't feel like a four star hotel. The room hasn't been renovated in a long time. There is no soundproofing. There was a door connecting my room to a room of total strangers next to me, and I could hear their conversation very clearly. The breakfast was served in the room, and the menu says that you will have a choice, but when I called the kitchen to order my breakfast they didn't even ask what I want. They brought a random breakfast consisting of corn flakes, juice and two stale donuts, while the menu said "fresh bread selection with butter, honey and jam". I had to call again and ask for coffee and change the corn flakes for something healthier. There was too many mosquitoes, I had to call room service and ask them to do something about it. They should have cleared the room of mosquitoes before my check-in. The restaurant looked like it was a meeting room for old men

Well maintained, good service and great breakfast

This was my second time here with my wife. We loved the calm and homey hotel. All the service were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and all stuff were super helpful. We wanted to up the AC and as you know in Bangladesh all ac does not have heating unit. So they were so kind to fix a heater for us.will recommend it with all my heart
