We would highly recommend this studio apartment.

Breakfast wasn’t included however Anna Maria suggested places where we could go. Location was excellent.

Chairs could have been a little more comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and friendly welcome

The property was a lovely little upstairs apartment just a little bit back from the water front. Although quite small, it has a decent size double bed, a sofa and a little bistro table and chairs. Plenty of space for the two of us. The apartment and shower room were clean and nicely decorated. There is no kitchen, but the owner made sure we were fully aware before our stay. There is a fridge, kettle and coffee maker with enough cutlery and crockery to prepare a simple breakfast and to eat snacks bought from the local bakery. There are plenty of tavernas in the village to choose from, so we weren’t looking for place with a kitchen when we booked. The room was perfect as a base to explore the island. There is free parking a short walk away in the main car park of the village. We knew before we arrived that the property is above a bar that opens late, so we were prepared for it to be noisy at night, but we found that by closing the windows and shutters the noise from the bar was minimal. The room has air conditioning. The owner has a little boutique shop downstairs and was available if we needed anything, but we had no issues during our visit.

We loved the place, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely stay at Anna Maria's

Centre of town and close to everything. Very modern apartment and very spacious. Aircon works well. Facilities were good. Anna Maria was super helpful. Thank you Anna Maria!

Elegant studio to meet your needs

Anna Maria ‘s studio is superb. It’s very clean and spacious with all the facilities you require on a summer holiday. The studio is right in the heart of Fiskardo. Anna Maria is amazing as a host, very genuine and caring. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Anna Maria’s! Truly enjoyed it and would consider coming again.

I loved everything about my stay at Anna Maria’s cozy studio! The location was excellent, the place was very nice, spacious & very clean & comfortable! You can walk to all the shops & restaurants, Emplisi & Fooki beaches plus multiple swimming spots, even some Roman ruins! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, everything worked really well! Highly recommend this place to everyone considering Fiskardo. Beautiful place, a true paradise and the hostess Anna Maria was great & very accommodating! You won’t regret it!

No facilities, no toaster, washing up cups in the barhroom sink, No where to prepare food, Mix up with cleaner she never came.

Perfect for a short stay with easy access to everything you need for a lovely holiday.

The apartment is bright, clean, comfortable and just as shown in the photos. There are nice views of the square and harbour from the two windows but no outdoor space. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of this very pretty town with easy access to wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and our host was always on hand to help and share local knowledge.

Unfortunately the apartment is above a noisy bar and music goes on late into the night. If you can't beat them, join them or take ear plugs! If you hire a car you will need to park it a short, pretty walk away.

Exceptional

Anna Maria's studio is both cosy and at the same time spacious with bistro table and chairs and a comfortable sofa. The stylish studio apartment was perfectly clean and the bed was most comfortable and had beautiful linens. We loved the convenience of having a coffee machine, jug, fridge, ironing board and iron. Our host, Anna Maria so kind and welcoming and we look forward to returning one day. You will not find a better location to enjoy the delights of Fiscardo than Anna Maria's. Thank you for a perfect stay Anna Maria.

a fantastic property in an excellent location. We’d love to stay here again

This property is situated right in the heart of Fiskardo with many bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Despite this there were no noise issues and we both slept really well.

Really lovely vacation. The host is very nice. She even prepared some special kefalonian treats for us. We felt very comfortable there. The location is awesome. There are many restaurants just behind the corner. The nature around the village is also wonderful.

Beautiful appartement in the center of Fiskardo

We had warmly welcome by the owner. Everything was really easy and straightforward. The room was furnished beautiful, and looked like on the pictures in the description. Everything was cozy and very clean. The house is located in the center, so we could reach all bars and restaurants in only a minute. Even the most beautiful beaches were reachable by foot easily.

Absolutely loved our stay in Anne maries apartment How beautiful and cosy it is Anne Marie was a great host and looked after us really well Apartment has a pretty decoration and it’s in an excellent location by the port It has a nice air con so nights are great big comfy bed coffee machine Loved it we will come back !! A beautiful stay in Fiskardo!

Great location, in the heat of Fiskardo. Only footsteps away from amazing restaurants, and a short drive away from the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. Anna our host was warm, and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
