About this villa rental

This luxurious, spacious, modern apartment enjoys panoramic views from 3 floors and is a 5 minute walk into town. The fully furnished apartment is filled with original art from a private collection. Each bedroom has its own en suite and TV, and the fully equipped kitchen, with BBQ facilities on the terrace, will delight the cook. Free Wi Fi and Sky TV are provided with a large HD LCD TV screen in the living room.
The apartment is designed for an extended family but is also ideal for up to 4 couples or a max of 9 singles. There is a supply of DVD's, books, games and puzzles, and 2 sets of Callaway golf clubs (assorted drivers) available for the use of guests.
The two main bedrooms are upstairs, each with a king bed, en suite, walk in wardrobes and private balcony with stunning views. The master also has a spa bath. On the main floor are the kitchen, dining and living areas - all open plan. Sliding doors can be pulled right back to allow full access to the terrace which has a table and chairs for 8. The garage, and laundry with toilet and handbasin are also on this level and the study can, upon request, be converted into a private bedroom for a couple who may find the stairs difficult to manage. The whole ground floor is one large room with en suite, TV, DVD player, table and chairs. It has 4 beds in 2 bunks, plus comfortable, queen size bed, and 1 fold down, queen couch, so the sleeping arrangements are flexible with a maximum of 4 for comfort.
Close proximity to central Queenstown gives you easy access to the shopping, restaurants, cafes and tourist operators, with no parking problems. With almost every type of adventure tourism you can imagine available you can choose to go sky-diving, bungee jumping, ski-ing, rafting - and so the list goes on! You may well choose to spend time enjoying the many wineries or exploring the historical sites associated with the gold mining days. Enjoy!

You can’t beat the view and convenience, and the hosts made us feel like family. Well stocked and clean, spacious, balcony is incredible. Accordion doors bring the outside in. Fireplace was nice touch. Large bathrooms and great jacuzzi tub with view. Nice to have our car in a garage. Even golf clubs for Queenstown CC. Being behind and overlooking City Center was quiet but you could see everything going on at the harbor and lake, and great angles of three mountain ranges. One of the best Vrbo places we’ve ever stayed.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this house. We were a large group (family reunion) but there was plenty of space for us all. The house was warm and comfortable, loved the fireplace. Beds were lovely, 2 large king rooms upstairs, one with a beautiful view across the lake. Spa bath that the kids enjoyed. We had everything we need (took us a while to find the wine glasses), I messaged Hayley as we were low on an item and she responded straight away and popped it over. I would recommend to stay again.

No complaints! The property is clean and the views are amazing. You have all the privacy you can ask for while having quick access to town. Big shout out to the hosts for being so accomodating and friendly. Will definitely return on our next trip to QT!

We were a family with 2 young kids. This house was right in the central of Queenstown with amazing views of the lake. Access was easy, although council road closures did require us to take a longer route to get in and out of the place. House was fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Fireplace and electric blankets in each room over 3 levels. Perfect setup for our family.

We had a family reunion in Queenstown with 9 people and stayed at this property for a week. The accommodation was beyond expected with all little things taken care off. The house was spacious and was perfect for adults to have their own space whilst the kids enjoyed their own space on the lower level. The house was very neat and tidy and well equipped (even had games, lots of dvds and books). The views were fantastic and location was good (close to town). Definitely recommend staying at this property.

We were blown away by this house - a lot bigger than what we thought and the views were stunning! The main bedrooms were literally sound proof when doors were closed which was perfect when traveling with a few families. This was our first time to Queenstown. We are a family of 6 and took 2 extra teenagers with us. The accommodation couldn't have been more perfect. The 4 teenagers had the downstairs to themselves (plenty of beds, space and their own bathroom) and we had upstairs with our younger 2. The place was clean, tidy, modern, great artwork. We had a great week! Thank you for letting us stay. We'll be back :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - it was perfect for 2 families with 4 kids. With a bedroom and ensuite and WIR for each of the parents upstairs and an open plan kitchen, dining on the second level meant that the kids could enjoy the bottom level to themselves and better yet, could go to bed earlier without the parents disturbing them. Ensuites are large with plenty of room and the laundry helps with any washing needed for the stay. The view was stunning in this location, the photos simply don't do it justice! One of the best things was to come back after a day out (so many things to see, eat and do around Queenstown), open the living room concertino doors and admire the view and enjoy the fresh breeze. Sunsets are not to be missed especially in Queenstown in the summer which is around 9.30pm. Mind you, the view also means that from town, it is a steep walk up but the convenience factor of being 5-10 mins walk away is worth it. If you are planning to stay in Queenstown the first time, this place will spoil you...we've stayed in 5 places in the last 4 years and this property is great value for money for its location and perfect for a larger group.

Arriving at this property at the start of our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The location above the heart of Queenstown meant the views were spectacular, sitting on the deck with a morning coffee looking out over the town and lake to the snow capped mountains was a perfect way to start the day.The property was super clean on our arrival, and had all the amenities needed for our 8 night stay. In fact we could more than happily have stayed the whole winter. The setup with 2 masters upstairs (both with excellent beds, bedding and both with an ensuite, plus the awesome deck off the main master bedroom overlooking the lake), the middle level with kitchen, lounge, office (which we had set up as a bedroom) toilet/laundry and internal access garage plus another huge deck, and then the large basement room with ensuite suited our group of 10 perfectly. We enjoyed the ability for the younger generation to be able to play their tv and music downstairs while us adults could chill on the middle level.We have travelled as a large group a lot, and this property was definitely a standout. We all loved the place, it was warm and cozy, yet large and expansive, and close to town, with superb views.We highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Queenstown, its a luxurious large apartment in a prime location.Thanks heaps for having us

Heaps of room for families. Close to town but a steep walk uphill to get home! Owners were great and gave us lots of information. Only thing missing was a drying room for ski gear and a hot tub on the balcony! Highly recommend.
