Any season of the year this beautifully designed new home provides a perfect getaway, conveniently positioned close to all the delights of the Central Coast's southernmost village.
Picture yourself relaxing in your private pool-side cabana, the family busy entertaining themselves, and locally caught seafood sizzling on the BBQ. You're just an hour from Sydney but a million miles from the pressures of the daily routine.
Café and shop, a lively hotel, fishing spots and the beach are all a stroll away, yet this stunning Hamptons-style home enjoys privacy and seclusion away from the traffic and bustle.
This house is best suited to a mix of adults and children, family and friends and intimate gatherings and those wanting a quality experience.

• No smoking any where on house grounds
• No PAINT, MARKERS, TEXTAS/GLITTER (our walls are very white and our furniture very new!)
• Check in 2pm, check out 10am

We had a great stay. The house was absolutely lovely & had all that we needed to enjoy ourselves. We kayaked in the near by river, jumped from the jetty & swam at the beach, swam in the pool & enjoyed the tabletennis/pool table.

Leanne’s place was lovely and comfortable for our large group. There were so many activities to do inside that we found the kids off their devices even during the evenings (huge bonus). Only thing that I would change is the temperature of the pool (Leanne had warned us about) but it was too cold to use even when it was 26-27 degrees outside.

Leanne’s place was lovely and comfortable for our large group. There were so many activities to do inside that we found the kids off their devices even during the evenings (huge bonus). One of the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in if not the cleanest. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of minor details throughout the house that were well thought of. You can tell the owners took a lot care in this very well presented house. There were plenty of things to do in the house and we made good use the pool as well. The near by Boathouse Restaurant was convenient but the beach was not as nice as many other around. Even though the weather wasn't great, we still had a lot fun. Thanks to Leanne for her excellent communication and for our wonderful stay!

A 5 star Stayz!
One of the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in if not the cleanest. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of minor details throughout the house that were well thought of. You can tell the owners took a lot care in this very well presented house. There were plenty of things to do in the house and we made good use the pool as well. The near by Boathouse Restaurant was convenient but the beach was not as nice as many other around. Even though the weather wasn't great, we still had a lot fun. House was very clean and well laid out. Thoroughly enjoyed Patonga made all the better by beautiful Easter weather. Price over the Easter weekend was very high but property was as advertised and all details explained very directly by Leanne who is clearly an experienced host. A lovely option to get away with a group and easy with young kids.

The house is beautiful. Nice kitchen, open plan layout. Nice pool & outdoor setting. The bed in the masters bedroom is so soft but firm at the same time. The house is well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Home away from home....
This is a beautiful property. It was clean, tidy and homely. So many various activities in the property itself. Very close to the beach and the Boathouse Hotel. The host was very responsive and lovely. Can’t wait to visit again .

This was a great property. Well equipped kitchen and great entertaining spaces. Just a 1 min walk to the boathouse hotel. Would definitely stay again.
