We enjoyed our stay but wish the facilities were more up to par for the price.

LOCATION!

Facilities need updating: vertical blinds that don’t slide or keep out light, racks in bathrooms are rusty, old fans with rust and dust to use since no a/c, closets don’t slide open well, rusty table on patio, no number on condo line other doorways.

La proximité de la plage. Grand balcon aménagé avec vue sur la plage et l’océan. Propreté, accès au garage. Tous les appareils électroménagers disponibles. Grandeur de la chambre principale. Accès à deux salles de bain. Lingerie complète avec serviettes de plage. Assez de papier de toilette.

Deux fenêtres non fonctionnelles. Absence de coupes à vin en verre. Nous avons du en acheter 4. Absence de cuillère à thé. Les matelas de la 2 eme chambre ne sont pas des matelas pour adultes. Absence de balai. Pas de napperon.

Beautiful ,peaceful area

The location :) It was such a beautiful area. We were so memorized with the ocean view day and night. We were blessed with great weather to enjoy our stay. We will be coming back Also we will recommend this place to our family and friends.

You need more comfortable furniture. Like bed and couch. Everything seamed just worn out. They stove knobs were worn out and you could not see all the numbers. Pots were bad. Need to fill pot holes near the garage

We love staying at Old Orchard but this property needs some major repairs

Location, restaurants, and the beach is beautiful.

Several windows were inoperable and slider and several windows were left open during a bad windy rain storm driving the rain into the condo and soaking the rugs and sills. These windows would not close and had to take of screens and manually pull in to close the best we could. This made the condo extremely humid and all the bedding and upholstered furniture damp. Closet door off the tracks. Called and someone came the next day fixed the closet and 2 windows, the rest he needed parts. Thank god it was not hot at night so the bedrooms only had one window each available to open. Garage had a plywood box in back causing an obstruction to pulling all the way in, therefore, second guest car had to hang out and door could not be closed. Table and chairs on porch are too big and therefore cannot fit four people even though there are four chairs.

We liked the fact that it was close to the pier and local shops.

The only thing I wish we had was a variety of take out menus and the places to find fresh seafood. Although everything was close, the websites were outdated and some phone numbers had changed.

Escape to the Coast

Loved the location. Loved the porch area. Loved the updated Kitchen.

Some windows did not function well. The 1st Fl. Toilet kept running water was able to shut valve off to make it stop.

I think this had more to do with it being off season but when we walked around especially at night it was a little sketchy. the wifi also wasn’t working that well for us.

Amazing!!!

The view of the ocean was beautiful!! Waking up to that in the morning was beyond words!! Amazing!! I had my morning coffee every morning on the balcony, which had really comfy outdoor furniture! I am so glad I found it! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! It was so relaxing to come back to after a long day of exploring Maine for our first time!! We will be back!!

My only suggestion is better lighting in the master bedroom upstairs. I would also suggest having coffee pods available for guests. I did appreciate the tea bags but a few coffee k cups would have been a nice touch. I bought my own, really no big deal just a thought . Other than that, no complaints!!

Loved the location and the apartment itself was great, however the power issue was frustrating.

The apartment was great. Very clean, great location. Plenty of room, and the view of the beach was wonderful.

The power to the upstairs quit working the 2nd night. The issue was not able to be resolved during our stay, so we only had power downstairs, which meant our bedrooms did not have power. They didn’t offer to refund any money and simply said they were sorry.

It was just okay.

The view was beautiful.

Stairs! I didn’t see anything that mentioned the stairs. Three flights then you get in and there is another flight to bedrooms. We had my 80+ parents with us. Also, we arrived late at night and very hard to find the exact building…no signage etc. Pictures made it look nicer than it was.

Our stay was beautiful and comfortable and made for a wonderful family vacation.

The access to the beach was amazing and the view from the patio was wonderful. We made much use of the patio even when it was colder. The kitchen was great and we were able to have breakfast and lunch easily. Two bathrooms were a plus making it easy for four of us to get ready timely in the morning. The main bedroom was very comfortable with the bed and the chairs as well as having a beautiful view of the ocean. Amazing!

The second bedroom was a kids room so the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We took pillows from the main bedroom closet which made it a bit better. Perhaps a comfortable full size bed along with the bunk bed might make it more comfortable for four adults without any children as well as for a couple with children. Other than that the rest was wonderful and the house very comfortable.

Must Stay Beachfront Property

One of the BEST properties, I have booked. The condo was immaculate, right on the beach, with beautiful views. The management company was fantastic about any questions that we had. Highly Highly Recommend!

Parking! We were told right up front that it was garage only parking ( no outside parking), unfortunately the garages are not numbered, so when I contacted Vacasa on which garage to use, they let me know. First night was no problem, second night after being out for the day, when we returned, someone was parked in the garage we were told to use, so I had no choice but to park outside. low & behold, about an hour later we got a knock on the door & was told that I had parked in someone’s assigned parking spot, so I go back outside, again check the garage I was told to park in & someone was still parked there. The young lady who had knocked on our door was kind enough to tell us, there was 1 empty condo & we should be safe to use that spot. very minor inconvenience, but if the garages were numbered, this may not have been an issue

The place was modern, clean, and in perfect location with breathtaking views.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to town center. There was plenty of beach gear to use during the stay as well.

There were maintenance issues; toilet handle & chain needed to be replaced, curtains missing from 2nd bedroom window, light bulbs burnt out. For the price of this place, shouldn’t have to deal with that. Also, no coffee and no soap. Small gestures are a given at most places in this price range.
