This gorgeous, second-story, beach-front condominium, located in the historic Surf Rider building, provides every modern convenience. Enjoy your private getaway with an unobstructed view of the ocean either from inside the unit or from your own private balcony. You may even be fortunate enough to see the dolphins surfing the waves! When you can no longer fight the urge for surf and sun, the beach is literally steps away. If you feel adventurous and want more than a swim, a sunbathe or a volleyball game, then quickly jaunt around the corner to rent surfboards, jet skis, boats and other recreational equipment or some lessons if you're an ocean sport novice!

After your leisurely days at the beach, you may want to hop into the jacuzzi or cook out on one of the two gas BBQ grills on the shared patio. Once again, I am staying at the Surfrider unit F. The view is spectacular. It is always clean and feels like home away from home. With direct beach access and views, coming from Colorado you can’t beat it. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, and has plenty of items to have a day at the beach. I love this property so much. I stayed with my sister to watch my son play football and get a chance to refresh and refill at the beach. I will be back again in a few weeks.

My family and I come to Mission Beach every year but this was our first time staying with Simone and Dominique. Their place is in the most fantastic location. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and the view was superb. I could sit there forever and watch the ocean and the people going by on the ocean walk. The amenities included everything we needed. I communicated with Simone and Dominique in order to request an additional night’s stay as we were enjoying their place so much, and the communication was swift and courteous. I would highly recommend their condo, and I very much look forward to staying there again in the future!

This was our second stay at the Surfrider but our first time in this unit. It was exactly as expected which is why we chose it in the first place. The location is perfect, far enough away from Belmont Park to stay away from that crowd when we wanted to but close enough to walk there with the kids to enjoy the roller coaster, restaurants and shops. We love Mission Beach and the sand is a few steps away.

This was a great get a way spot to beat the heat. Great view of the ocean and the proximity was close to most of the restaurants and bars. Very relaxing and the neighbors were all friendly. I would definitely come back.

The property was in a great location. We went to the beach every day. Walking to dinner or lunch spots was an ease. The condo had everything we needed/ wanted. We had all of the amenities for making breakfast and snacks. Loved the people watching from the place and hot tub. The hot tub was so nice to have and enjoy!

I highly recommend this property. I had the pleasure of staying at this location two times about a month apart in order to come watch my son play football. The location is perfect. It is right in the heart of Mission Beach and close to everything. The unit was clean and had every supply I needed including plenty of beach supplies. It was a bonus to have two bathrooms. In addition to the two bedrooms. There was even coffee, wine, and a snack left as a special welcoming touch. The Surf Rider had a great hot tub and plenty of chairs to be able to watch the sunset. The view was absolutely amazing. There are fantastic grills and community bikes that were available. I highly recommend this unit and I will stay here again.

The location is absolute perfection! Close to shops and right on the beach. The pictures do make it seem as if the condo is the front condo, but there is one in front of this unit. The patio area is much smaller than depicted in the photos. Other than that, a great place to stay! Easy check in and out process and hosts are responsive.

Everything was awesome with the exception of the hot tub, the amount of chemicals were overwhelming and temperature was luke warm, for this reason we did not use it like we would have liked to. Location and view were prime and hosts were very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again if the hot tub wasn’t important to us.

With 4 aduls and 2 children it was a bit cramped (especially since the rain kept us in more than we'd planned). That said, the view was spectacular as were the beach, boardwalk, ocean and hot tub. Not many restaurants nearby but there are alot within a half mile - 1 mile. The unit was clean with plenty of linens, extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was also well stocked and there was a gas fireplace. The hot water control in the shower and the washer/dryer took a bit of practice but our 11-year-old figured it out😂. All in all, a fine place for a beach vacation!

Great location, clean and comfortable condo. We really liked that they have a removable cover on the couch that is washed after every guest. They let us check in early with our family since no one had checked out that day, this was very helpful. Overall, wohld definitely stay here again. Just an FYI, the bed in the main bedroom is very soft.

This is a great property with great views of Mission Beach and the ocean! Everything was accurate on the listing and Dominique was great with communication. We had an issue with the sink one night and she was very quick to respond and had someone over first thing in the morning to get it fixed. We’d definitely stay here again if we were coming back to Mission Beach! A lot of great things to do within walking distance as well!

My only complaint was the wine opener was broken and there was no salt. The shaker was in the cupboard empty and the wine opener in the drawer as if there was no problem. I do love this place so much and it was great otherwise.

The place was exactly what we needed! Nice and close to the beach and a great view. Lots of kitchen gadgets and neat accessories (surround sound, electronic blinds, etc.). The only even better if that I don’t think was called out well was that it doesn’t have A/C - which made sleeping at night uncomfortable. Also could’ve used a few more towels. But when we reflect on the trip those won’t be the things we remember. It was a great place!

The stay was great. We cam during a really hot time of the year. so my only feedback would be, it would have been nice to have AC. I think I made an assumption that the unit would have AC because of the price, but it did not. We had pretty miserable nights and even slept with the sliding glass door open a few nights. The friendly staff, other renters and location made up for it. Even without the AC I would rent there again.

We enjoyed our stay and already booked the place again, I few things needed attention, dishwashing was broke and the water filtration faucet was broken. The property manager was very attentive and easy to reach.
