This is a beautiful top floor two-bedroom ocean-view unit at 1800 Atlantic condos. It has pristine ocean-views from all rooms where sliding glass doors open on to your own 50 ft private balcony.
You cannot get a better view than this, including from your King bed in the primary suite, the king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper (new in 2020) in the living room.
The kitchen is full size and fully equipped. Full size washer & dryer. High speed wireless internet access.
The property has an Olympic size pool, 20 person Jacuzzi, with 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is clay.

We love this location. Everything is wonderfully decorated at this location. Hemingway himself would be proud to stay here. Perfect view of the ocean. Pool is extremely clean. Condo is exceptionally nice and immaculate. You will not be disappointed

The property is just as shown in the photos. Beautiful ocean view, big lanai and overlooking the pool. The pool was very nice. Comfortable for 4 people. It comes with one parking space. Quiet.

Place was beautiful and really enjoyed having a gold cart for the week. We loved being on the quieter side of town. Appreciate the pool towels that were provided and pool noodles.
Places to improve: check in was terrible. The code given for the outside keypad did not work. When we called the emergency number no one ansered. We got a call back from security 2 hours later and the fuy said his phone got wet and had intermittent service. We were let in by another resident, but the original code never rang security.
2. For the price, I expect 2-ply toilet paper in the future. 1-ply is unacceptable.
3. Primary bed mattress is unforgivable. It is absolutely worthless. We had to switch beds mid week with our teen who could tolerate the noise, lumps, and creaks of the frame. It has to be changed. The 2nd bed mattress was totally fine.
4. Consider pressure washing the patio. Our feet stuck to the concrete to where removing them after standing in place for a minute was actually painful. Maybe all the built up sunscreen?

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was clean, very well stocked with everything you needed cooking or cocktails. It was spacious and well equipped with beach towels and noodles for the pool. The pool itself was very nice, but not an easy time finding how to get there. I have stayed at many Airbnb's, VRBO's and other places and this is the first time I have been asked to start the laundry before I left. I was a little taken back by that, as well as the additional charge of $20 per load if you had more than two loads of laundry left behind. I did start the laundry, but felt I should not have to, it seems to me there is plenty of time in-between a 10:00 AM departure and a 4:00 PM arrival of the next guest that I should not have to do laundry especially as we paid over $200 for housekeeping. We made sure everything was clean in the kitchen and left no trace of us being there. We did depart around 8:00 AM therefore the cleaning/housekeeping had an additional two hours for cleaning, they should take that additional time and clean the spider webs off the rafters in the ceiling in the living room. I overheard another guest in the pool complaining about the same thing, having to do laundry before they departed. I would recommend, changing this process for future guests. We never saw anyone from the Management Company; therefore, it is hard to give any type of review.

Overall the condo was great. Checkin was a bit complicated but we finally got in. Really liked the fact that there was a gated garage & secure building. The condo had an amazing view from the huge deck. It could have been cleaner & the furniture is fairly worn, one of the chairs the wicker back had broken out. But looking out at the ocean surely made up for the small conditions. The bathrooms were fantastic, beds were good but close to needing updated. Kitchen was fine, not any extras if you really plan to cook. Overall a very good experience!

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was quiet, very spacious and the pictures depicted exactly as it is. The bed and linens were good and plenty of towels. You only receive one roll of TP and paper towels and 2 tide pods for the washing machine. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and the views were beautiful. The pool was great also. We would stay here again.

This condo is beautiful and well equipped with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the bedrooms & living room was phenomenal. The property is well maintained- they set up the pool & beach area with clean sanitized lounge chairs every day. Pool area & elevators are clean and secure. The only thing we would change is to have an additional key for the public areas.
We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the unit and the fact that it is on the top floor with a great view. It had every thing we needed and was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Large lap pool and the hot tub were an added bonus plus the tennis/pickleball courts. We had a great trip and will stay there again if we ever make it back down to Key West!

The property looked like it had recently been renovated and had two good sized bedrooms and baths. It was beautifully decorated and had a long balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The pool and spa were a nice added amenity, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. The property manager was awesome. Great views of the ocean and the location was less than 10 minutes by Uber to any restaurant or bar.

We traveled from Wyoming for a warm winter getaway with friends. As we returned home, we discussed the favorite part of the trip and all agreed it was our rental home!! It was so well-updated and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us getting in. The code didn't work at first, but a maintenance person was able to help. As he did so, he said, "this is one of my favorite units". I can see why. There were fantastic views from every window. The pool was huge as was the hot tub. There exercise room was a little crowded with all the equipment, but that would be my only complaint. If I were to return, I would absolutely choose here again!

This condo was so beautiful. Could not have had better views of the ocean and pool. Beautifully decorated and came with everything that you could possibly need. Beach Towels, cooler, well equipped kitchen. The balcony was awesome. This condo is convenient to the airport, next to Smathers Beach and not too far from Duval St. We will definitely be back.

Came down with my son and our respective partners! What a great weekend. The condo is bigger than expected and quiet! So quiet we all slept amazingly! We come to Key West several times a year, it’s away from typical shenanigans but that was a perk for us. We wanted to chill and enjoy sun, waves and pool! Everything was less than a 7 minute drive or Uber to everything. The views were amazing and would happily return! Highly recommend!

Overall, a positive experience. Had difficulty gaining access to lobby area in East Building upon our arrival. Not one answered in security or at the office. This was on a Sunday at around 4:30 PM. There was also another family having the same issue. Alter gaining access everthing was fine.

We loved this rental. The unit had everything we needed - including an amazing view! The property is ocean front and with a lovely pool and hot tub. We had a car so appreciated the designated parking spot. It was a god location for exploring the rest of Key West.

The condo itself is fantastic, clean and beautiful!! Checkin was a little complicated but we figured it out. There was no actual beach to sit on as it was roped off but we walked to A beach down the road. It was saddening that we could not sit on the balcony after 7pm and talk. We are all over 50 and we were just having regular conversations at 730pm on our own balcony. Told by security we need to be quiet or leave. I was also surprised there is no one allowed in pool or hot tub after sunset. It was a very nice place but be they are very serious about quiet time.

The perfect place for us! The balconies are amazing and right on the water! Beds were very nice and very nice accommodations! Close to just about everything!! The best advice I could give is to rent scooters! Not golf carts ......scooters! Whether you are in a car or golf cart you have to pay for parking everywhere!!! Last, i would make a better system for keys and where to go in tge buildings to get where you need to go ecspecially if tge office is closed when you arrive! Beautiful, clean, and amazing stay!!!!

Fun, comfortable, nice grounds… make sure you are not staying during the seaweed kill off season. And, there are not 2 king suites, there is one king suite and a second bedroom with a king bed that shared a bathroom with the rest of the house. Good for two couples, not really set up for more. Building leaves much to be desired, but the room was well equipped, comfortable, and good company always makes a great trip!

The C438 condo has a HUGE balcony that allows you to see the beach, ocean, pool. Such a wide view. The condo is larger than expected and comes equipped with every thing you need. Huge showers and so comfortable. Host has coupons and maps and things to do. Incredible experience! Do not hesitate to choose this condo.

Every part of this rental was great. The communication, the check in process, the condo, the parking, everything. View is amazing. Condo was clean and well organized. The only issue is the location, which is not the fault of the management. This side of Key West has a horrible smell from all of the seaweed that accumulates along the shore. We dealt with it, but it's a distraction for sure. It does not impact our positive review of this condo though. They did everything right.
