Located in the center of Colombare d / Sirmione, on the second and last floor of a small building surrounded by greenery, large two-room apartment of 60 square meters finely renovated and furnished in June 2017, bright, suitable for couples and families who want to spend a holiday full of fun, relaxation, sport, culture, tradition and flavors. Guests will enjoy mosquito nets in all rooms, air conditioning, private (covered) parking space, large balconies, all a stone's throw from the lake

We booked the apartment for 10 days and we really enjoyed the stay. Located walking distance to pretty much anything you wanted, restaurants, bakery, coffee ice cream shops, supermarket. Parking was not an issue, there was parking spots on the street and a designated garage inside. Apartment was great, clean, well equipped kitchen, two big balconies to sit and enjoy the views. Mateo was a great host and very knowledgeable of things to do in the area. Very pleased and highly recommended!!

This is a beautiful apartment that is ideally positioned for shops , buses, restaurants gelatos and the wonderful Lake Garda. If this isn’t enough Matteo and Grazzie are wonderful hosts

Great communication with host, nice and clean property. The Italian made sofa bed was very comfortable for our kids. It was our first time in Sirmione and we wish we had more time to spend there. The apartment is on a higher level and you will need to climb up some steps to get there - so consider this if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Overall we are very happy with our stay, would gladly come back. A+

Perfect apartment to explore Sirmione and Garda from.

Only 200m away from the shore of lake Garda this is a perfect place to stay to explore the lake. The apartment is in a beautiful tree lined street off the main road and is very peaceful but in walking distance from restaurants, cafés and shops. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and immaculately clean and there’s a balcony on two sides of the property where you can eat or sunbathe. The area at the side of the lake is suitable for picnics and soaking up the sun and there are lots of activities for children and teenagers. You can hire stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pedalos, wind surfs, sun beds and much more at “sup e canoe” only 10-15 mins walk from the apartment. Our host Matteo could not have been more helpful and hospitable. He was flexible regarding our check in, answered all questions really quickly and provided us with a great list of places to visit, eat and shop. Trains from Desenzano del Garda go to Milan, Venice and Verona and are an easy inexpensive way to explore northern Italy from Sirmione. We will definitely return.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartment in guter Lage

Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen sofort. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp funktioniert super. Auf den beiden Balkons hat man viel Platz und mit der Süd-West-Lage bis spät viel Sonne. Mit 250 m ist der Weg zum See und zur Liegewiese sehr kurz. Über die Promenade sind es dann nur 3 km zur Altstadt von Sirmione. Das Haus hat drei Etagen mit vier Wohnungen pro Etage. Das Appartement "Möwe" ist ganz oben. In der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus gibt es eine eigene und abgeschlossene Garage mit einem direkten Zugang zum Haus; Koffer und Einkäufe sind leicht und trocken in die Wohnung zu bringen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles was man benötigt da, anscheinend waren vor unserem Aufenthalt nur ein paar Tassen kaputt gegangen, denn hier fehlte etwas Geschirr. Abgerundet wird die Wohnung durch die Möglichkeit Netflix zu nutzen, zumal im Fernseher nur italienische Programme verfügbar sind, und durch ein sehr gutes WiFi. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße und nur wenige Schritte von Colombare Mitte mit Gaststätten, Geschäften und Bäcker entfernt und auch die zwei Supermärkten (Penny und Migross) sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsurlaub in Sirmione verbracht. Die moderne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Alle nötigen Utensilien sind vorhanden, Alle nötigen Geschäfte und Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Vermieter Matteo ist sehr hilfsbreit, hat uns immer als lokaler Guide geholfen und uns sogar schnell einen Termin bei einem Kinderarzt vermittelt, als es nötig wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir bedanken uns für eine super schönen Urlaub in eurem appartement. Das appartement ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, liegt in einer Einbahnstraße und ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Matteo und seine Familie ist super nett und die ganze Kommunikation einfach nur toll! Matteo hat uns viele italienische Spezialitäten empfohlen und immer Tipps gegeben, wenn wir Hilfe benötigt haben. Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle Wohnung und einen schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sirmione im Appartement „die Möwe“! Matteo ist ein toller Vermieter, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen super Kontakt über Whatsapp. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und es war wirklich alles da! Man konnte sehr schön draußen sitzen, es gibt sogar 2 Balkone! Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage! In der Nähe (wenige 100 Meter) gibt es alles was man so braucht (Bäcker, Kiosk, Bar, Supermarkt etc.) , in die Altstadt von Sirmione sind es fünf Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. 3 km Fußweg am See entlang. Zu einer schönen Liegewiese am See sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten! Direkt gegenüber ist ein Restaurant/Pizzeria, wo die Pizza wirklich empfehlenswert ist. Wir können das Appartement absolut empfehlen und danken an dieser Stelle auch noch mal Matteo für die tolle Betreuung!!!

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind fantastisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Der See, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts in der Unterkunft und Matteo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal, da man von hier super Ausflüge starten kann und in der Nebensaison die Ruhe genießen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir nochmal an den Gardasee fahren.

Wir (Paar) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr modern, voll renoviert, bietet viel Platz und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer incl. Küchenbereich und Bad sind gut ausgestattet mit allem wichtigen. Heizung und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bäume der Straße und in den benachbarten Garten mit Palmen. Die großen Balkonen werden von morgens bis abends von der Sonne erreicht. Markisen vorhanden. Ideal für das Sonnenbad oder gemütliches Essen oder Frühstücken auf dem Balkon. Sonnenliegen, Stühle und Tisch für die Balkone stehen bereit. Sehr gute Lage im Stadtteil Colombare von Sirmione. Nur wenige Schritte bis zur Straße mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Geschäften, Banken, Cafes, Restaurants etc. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Nur kurzer Fußweg bis zum See. Ein Auto brauchten wir nicht wegen der guten Bus- und Schiffsverbindungen. Unsere Kommunikation mit Matteo lief hervorragend und völlig unkompliziert in Englisch über WhatsApp und Email. Er antwortet sofort auf Fragen und kümmerte sich sehr nett und umgehend. Guter Internet-Anschluss und WLAN. Kleiner Tip für die Freunde von Filterkaffee: am besten Kaffeefilter und Papierfilter mitbringen :-) Tips für Elektrogeräte: in der Wohnung sind Schukosteckdosen und italienische Steckdosen; für letztere an Adapter denken (zur Not auch vorhanden).

Schöne, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung direkt in Sirmione. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung hat alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Ausstattung wirkt neu, das Badezimmer ist top! Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit und wir waren mit ihnen per WhatsApp in Kontakt, was einem immer gleich ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl gibt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man gleich nach 2 Minuten Fußweg am See, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Restaurants usw. sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Altstadt Sirmione ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
