The house was amazing and in a brilliant location. Right on the beach, a short walk to town and plenty of places to visit nearby. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay at the Beach House with some friends visiting from overseas.
Very unique house wihch had a great cosy feel to it and which we loved. Location just across the beach was amazing and despite having visited during winters, kids enjoyed every chance they got to get across to the beach.
Would definitely stay at this house again and highly recommend it

This property is located in the best location, along the beachfront with walking path and grassed area b/w the house and the beach. Easy access by bike or walking to shops and beachfront.
With plenty of parking for cars (we had four) plus a little boat it was very accommodating.
Whilst the house was quite unique in its style I would not class it as modern but more old style, with the kitchen reminiscent of the 80's. No exhaust fan and poor lighting. Whilst appliances were modern I found them difficult to operate and whilst some may work out the symbols it did take a little working out for me to get things going. That being said cooking breakfast was a disaster as all pans supplied appeared a little aged and my eggs were glued to them. It might be worth for the owner to invest in some quality non stick cookware as my culinary skills were poorly demonstrated here and discouraged me from wanting to cook further.
Plenty of fridge space for storage of food and a seperate drinks fridge (extremely noisy motor) so great for our family of 8.
Airconditioning provided was excellent and made our stay comfortable and the bathrooms were modern.
Bedding configuration as advertised is not what it has. There are no King beds at all even though the site advertises this. I did advise the owner who did offer for me to cancel but I note it still advertises Kings.
Double bed still has issues that were identified in a March 22 review so clearly not fixed.
Overall great time, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House . The beach views were a highlight , the beds very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed.
Thanks Erin

Wonderful location. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped house. Slightly quirky architecture and features. A few very minor quibbles - sticky residue on a shelf in one of the kitchen cupboards and the kitchen floor seemed a bit sandy. A hook on the bathroom door (main bedroom) needs fixing. All very minor and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Dunsborough Beach House. Spacious clean rooms and all the facilities that you need for a comfortable stay away with the family. Plenty of space for the kids to run around out the front with the large grassed area and walking straight onto the beach.
Walking distance to town makes it even more convenient. Erin was a great host and we will look to stay here again.

Fabulous bay frontage location close to everything.
The position is lovely and has a beautiful outlook over the al fresco and lawn area to the Dunsborough Bay. A little bit quirky but very warm, spacious and loved that there some basics included.

Great location and plenty amenities for our large family.
Enjoyed staying at the house, suites our large family perfectly, top location. Only thing not happy with was small bedroom at front right of house had a very uncomfortable bed. Two wheels on the base were broken which made it uneven. Needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Great place to be
Great, interesting house, lots of room, great location. Easy check-in and check-out process.
It would be nice if check out a bit later than 10 am- be nice to be a bit more relaxed on the last day rather than having to get up and out so early. Also, the house is very dark- it has strange, minimal lighting? But overall this is a great house to stay in with a small group. It was clean, well presented, and in a great location. Also, the booking process was easy. Thank you so much for the stay.

Perfect stay
This property was everything that it was advertised as. A group of 8 adults and one child saw each of us have a wonderful and comfortable stay. The position was overwhelming beautiful and excellent for small children. We were fortunate with great weather so eating outside was our preference. I would say a good ten minute walk for older folk but still close to the shops by car. We don’t hesitate in recommending it. Thank you very much.

Lovely relaxing stay at this beach front property
We were three couples who all like a bathroom to themselves. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the region has to offer. The house is really well equipped and Erin was easy to communicate with. The location on the beachfront was perfect fir early morning strolls and an easy walk into town. Definitely recommend.

Great location, fantastic stay!
We stayed at Dunsborough Beach House again (we were there in April 2018 and again in 2019) and we again absolutely loved it. The location is amazing and makes for lazy days watching the world go by. The kids loved it too, with the beach just across the walkway, and a multitude of dogs to meet and greet on their daily walk.
Would absolutely recommend a stay at Dunsborough Beach House for a relaxing, peaceful stay, and a view like no other! Definitely a place to remember and return to.

Great house. Perfect Location.
Neat and tidy house with a lot of character. Bolts high on doors made it toddler safe. Outside light for bbq didnt work😔 house is in a little resort so very safe for children. Pricey but worth it for a special trip.

A beautiful property in a perfect location
Loved our stay in this home, it met all our needs and more!! You cannot beat it for locality and we loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach.. Hope to stay here again soon.

Amazing and comfortable
Lovely house with great sea views. Just outside the back door is the beach where the water is warm and shallow when the tides out. Very comfortable beds and house, it’s very spacious so good for a group of friends to stay in. Caves hotel/restaurant will come and pick you up right outside the complex which was a great bonus! We will defiantly stay again in the future!
