About this apartment rental

Summary:
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private six-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.

The Space:
Two Story Penthouse loft with 1733 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 6-person hot tub.

The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, large bathroom and king sized bed. The main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply) while the den offers a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area.

The Suite offers a private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbecue.

We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

Also included are two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible, and guests will need to use stairs once inside the split-level suite. The suite requires stairs to access the main floor and the second level. However, there is an elevator near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room. Please be aware that the suite itself has stairs.

Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! it's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (25 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.

Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

Getting Around:
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.

Other Things to Note:
There is an upscale restaurant (The Grande) in the building. We have always had fantastic meals there and have never been disappointed. Still, the restaurant gets mixed reviews, so check out how it's doing during your stay at TripAdvisor.

Interaction with Guests:
We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants.

Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available 11 am - 4 pm daily.

***Please note the Techno showers on the main floor are getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee their continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not always work. The steam function no longer works in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing the showers. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ***

The unit itself was clean and spacious. The common areas (hallways) were dated and in need of some TLC. Overall this was a great home base for our week in Banff, and I’d highly recommend staying in Canmore as it’s much less congested. I’d stay here again!

I've stayed in a bunch of places over the span of more than a decade and this spot in Canmore is THE BEST. The private hot tub was perfection after a sudden cold front. The kitchen was spacious and used frequently. The views were gorgeous. Each room was perfectly appointed right down to the Aveda toiletries. We lacked for nothing and did not want to leave! The communication was flawless and we really appreciated the restaurant suggestions...the patio at Tavern was exactly as described. The only downside was the construction on the street, but we didn't hear it and it was only a minor inconvenience...certainly not the fault of the property owners. There was a fair amount of smoke in Canmore on our first day due to the Jasper wildfire. You wouldn't know it in the condo though! Smoke free and comfy. What a perfect retreat! I'm already dreaming of going back someday.

This property is spacious and meticulously clean. The kitchen is full size, and the furniture was all comfortable. The hot tub has a great mountain view! There are convivence stores across the street and is walkable to town. I would recommend this property.
