Two-story, beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath, located in school D20.
This property was the first house I bought after living and working in the City of Colorado Springs for 3 and 1/2 years. It is a pet free, smoke free and shoe-free environment. I had bought this property for it to be my primary resident. However, I ended up traveling a bit more than I had planned, so I decided to turn it into a beautiful vacation/corporate rental for travelers who come to Colorado for vacation or for those executives who are in town for short and long term assignments. It can also be rented as corporate/executive rental. Please take care of it as if it is your own home that you are willing to take good care of. I open my house to you and I hope that you take care of my house so that it continues to provide a roof over our head on those nice weather days as well as on those not-so-nice weather days. The property is located 15 minutes from the favorite tourist place for Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods. The house is within 5 miles radius from a few grocery stores (Kingsooper, Albertsons, Natural Grocers/Whole Food, Target and Walmart) and major hospitals. It is within 5 miles radius of a few major shopping centers (Briargate Promenade shopping center and Chapel Hills mall). It is a few miles away from the Air Force Academy. It is within reasonable distances from a few Air Force Bases (Peterson, Schriever, and Cheyenne Mountain). It is located 1 mile from major highway, I-25.
Of course, there are other things to do and skiing is one of the activities. Living here for many years but I have not done any skiing myself. However, I have friends who would be driving to Copper Mountain and other neighboring ski resorts as day trips. There are also hiking trails in Colorado Springs and they are only short driving distance. The house is also pretty close to Manitou Springs if you want to stay here and take a day trip down there to enjoy what this part of Colorado has to offer.
Cripple Creek casino is about 60-75 minutes away.
The property has easy access to the major highway (I-25).

Property was clean and consistent with pictures and descriptions. You can expect the extra attention to detail & personal touch when it comes to this property owner/manager. She wants to meet & greet you at checkin and checkout. We’ve never had that experience through a VRBO rental before. We appreciated receiving a text after our first night to check in on our stay.

Great home close to family
This is a repeat stay, and the house was just as perfect as when we stayed the first time. Linh is gracious and welcoming, and every detail is taken care of. She is quick to respond, and makes us feel like it is our own home.
The bedrooms were perfect for the kids, and the living room and dining room were a great haven to retreat to when we were exhausted from all the travel and family time.
We will definitely stay here again!

Visiting son at USAFA
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This property was perfect for visiting our son at the Air Force Academy. The rooms were comfortable, everything we needed was provided for in the kitchen and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was delightful and super helpful in answer questions. She was very accommodating to our arrival and departure. We will definately return in the future.

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our stay in the house, it had just what we needed, and was close to our family who we were visiting. Very clean, and very nice furnishings. Linh went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival from the airport. The WiFi worked perfectly for our remote workdays, and the house stayed cool. We were able to walk to the local coffee shop, and get around very easily from this great location. Thanks, Linh, for being such a great host!

Clean and Quiet!!!
We had a busy weekend of activity at the Air Force Academy and this house was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 boys had their own rooms and their own bathroom to share. The owner has a very strict no pets/no smoking/no shoes policy, therefore the house is quite clean. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need.

We loved this home!
There were 5 of us staying here for part of our vacation. The home was clean and beautiful. The owner was very friendly and was very concerned that we enjoy our visit. We did not have any problems with anything while at the house. We arrived very late; but were greeted with a smile and were shown all the details of the house. We had plenty of room and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay!
We highly recommend staying here while you visit the Colorado Springs area.

Very comfortable!
This house is very clean and comfortable and easy to get to. The king size bed is great for those of us who are taller than average! It would be helpful to have a chair on the front porch to be able to sit down to put shoes on.

Very nice property
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was just what we needed. Our first requirements are a king bed, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the rooms were nicely sized. The living room is comfortable and away from the bedrooms. We didn't use the large kitchen or the covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Linh is very friendly and very concerned with cleanliness. Nice place to stay.

Awesome place to stay
We had a great time in Colorado and that was in part due to Linh's house. It was very cozy and comfortable for myself and 4 teenagers. It was located in a great area as well with shopping nearby. Great house with a thoughtful host
I had the pleasure of borrowing Linh's house over Christmas, and it was perfect.
We are from Colorado Springs, so our needs were very specific, and this property fit the bill.
It's a house.....in colorado springs.....in a neighborhood. When we rent someone else's home, we generally know what we are getting, but the host is always the big question mark. This house is owned by Linh and she is awesome. She takes care of her property and her guests. The house was easy to use, and it has a comfortable vibe. If the property description is what you are looking for, then I can vouch that you will have a reasonable and thoughtful host to support your stay.

A great stay in Colorodo Springs.
The property we were in was spotless and well main maintained. We had 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. The owner was very nice when she met us on arrival and departure-very courteous. We enjoyed the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods,the Train at the Royal Gorge, Pikes Pike, st. Elmo's Ghost Town, the Cliff Dwellers. Some of the restaurants we went to were Cheddars, My Egg and I, Paneras, Chigago Pizza, Denny's, many more. We toured Old Town, Colorodo Springs and Manitou Springs. Some of us hiked. We went on the trails.

3 bedroom near Air Force Academy
This is a great two story 3 br home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just north of Colorado Springs. The owner was friendly, cooperative and responsive to all our needs and questions. I received my deposit back in just a few days. Cable TV is very limited and only one channel for children. Outdoor yard play space is also limited, but not a problem, if most of your time is away sightseeing There are a few restaurants nearby and supermarket 5 miles away. It is also close to Focus on the Family and within walking distance of New Life Church. It worked out good for our family group of 7 (3 children).
