Brought my family for a 3 day tournament and needed something convenient, comfortable, safe, and affordable. This property checked all the boxes for us plus the host was super great with quick communication.

We had family in from out of state and needed a place for them for a few days. While hotels are nice, a home provides opportunity to relax more. This fit the bill quite well.

We have stayed at this property several times! The property owner is on top of everything.
He is extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating! The property is clean, spacious, and close to everything!

We had a great time and the house was very spacious. It is also in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
Chris was a great host and answered all my questions right away. Our plans changed a few times at the last minute and he was very accommodating. Thanks Chris!

I felt safe, the neighborhood was quiet and the property was clean. Some of the reviews gave cleanliness 4 stars. And I just want to point out that it may be because this is an older house. So everything doesn't look all new and pristine like some of the newer houses. The house was clean. The towels were clean. The dishes were clean.Everything was nice. Chris was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I ever need a place to stay in the area again, I will look at Chris' listing first.

We very much enjoyed the property, it is a spacious house. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, great backyard area, it was like being in the country but actually very close to town. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again myself.

Great for what we needed
The home is definitely older, but very well-kept. Everything worked as it was supposed to, and it was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids, and a dog). We are always looking for places to stay when we visit Augusta because there are so many of us and it is difficult to stay with family.

Perfect location, set-up for our Masters week visit
This house was a great find. Only 15 mins to Masters parking area, easy access to local dining and shopping. Everything we needed for life support was 5 mins away max. House has everything you'll need for your visit - well furnished kitchen, plenty of sleep/social space, nice patio out back. Chris went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Hurricane Evacuation Spot
I stayed here for a quick stay to get away from hurricane Matthew. Very short notice. The house is very tidy and spacious with a big backyard if you have a dog. Two bedrooms were a good size for my roommate and I to have separate rooms while we spent the night. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would come back for sure when I visit Augusta.
