Within walking distance of downtown, where all the fun is that! Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants! Beautiful home with great parking! We accidentally left a notebook inside the house with money in it and it was returned to us as we left it. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you to the owners and the cleaning person that made sure our belongings were returned to us. Can’t wait to stay there again someday!

We were in town for the week to work, and this place made us feel at home. Location was amazing, Chanda was easy to communicate with and the beds were super comfy. Everything was there for us to just be at ease on a long trip away from home. Would absolutely, for surely stay here again.

This property is NOT listed Accurately! Listed as 2 bedroom 2 bath BUT it only has 1.5 baths. Be CAREFUL with search criteria. We visited with another couple and it was very AWKWARD sharing one bathroom. Also 3 of the 4 of us bashed our shins on the glass coffee table. NO AIR Conditioning so you have to leave the windows open —- seagulls are loud and squawking early in the morning. When we gave feedback to the property manager, she ghosted us. We are not usually complainers - in this case, we would NOT recommend this property.

Chanda’s place had everything I needed to be comfortable… great beds, great shower, wel-leqipped kitchen, cozy recliner…and a superb location. I appreciate the highly responsive communications.

We only had one day and night, it was our back half of a great trip to OR. This met our needs to be close to the stores and restaurants, literally walking distance 1-5 minutes. We would stary here again for a longer trip. Dunes and water also very close. Great clean comfortable place! Thank you!

This is a really cute condo in a great location. The hosts are very easy to work with and make the process very simple. We would definitely love to come back.

Poorly represented in the VRBO description. 3rd floor bedrooms. No access to mailbox for 10 days, had to get the post office involved. VERY POOR TV access; only 10 local channels and streaming. NO CNN,, ABC, live news programing etc. No normal size chairs, only 6 barstools! The kitchen was poorly equipped. Lots of wine bottle openers, but ill-equipped cooking basics. Found a greasy cast iron skillet in the kitchen.. No ice maker, had to buy bagged ice. We lived there for 5 WEEKS and had lousy responses from the agent/owner, when we asked for more paper towels and toilet paper. She said that wasn't her responsibility.. The owner made $6400.00. We had to go buy a chair and table to sit with our feet on the floor, to use our computer..
We had No Recourse! No refund.. We left disgusted a week early. We actually found a rental home in Florence. P.S. Apparently the owner owns several VRBOs at 179 Laurel St., Florence, OR. We are not giving the property or the owner any positive recommendation. There is a nice hotel next door or a fine B&B nearby. Our big, costly mistake, don't let it be yours.

We really enjoyed our time in Florence. The property was clean and easy to check into other than that the door was open/unlocked when we arrived. The place fit our needs very well other than that there were two flights of stairs. This made it hard with littles but I’m sure I missed that somewhere in the listing. Overall, it was great!

More than I expected!
This is a fabulous location, it doesn’t get any better than the heart of Old Town Florence. Absolutely stunning condo - Exactly as advertised except more: I loved the high ceilings, the separate/ individual entrance (don’t have to walk through any shared space), I also loved the covered parking that is directly next to the front entrance (when you’re traveling with stuff and kids, this is an added convenience!), surprisingly lots of space in this condo, large closets and huge kitchen. Everything was spotless, high end furniture and finishings. Only slight drawback is the highway noise. I am inspired to downsize to a condo like this when my kids move out!

Anniversary Getaway
The condo is nicely located just one block from Bay Street with the restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Yet it is very quiet and restful. There are two flights of stairs to be considered for some people.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
This property was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with place settings, silverware, coffee-maker/cups, wine glasses and basic pots and pans. The beds were luxuriously comfortable and it was cool enough to even enjoy the gas fireplace after enjoying our breakfast on the balcony.

Very nice place but 2 flights is stairs.
We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. But where surprised when we opened the door and found the first flight of 14 steps to the main living area then had to go up the second flight of 14 steps to the bedrooms. The place was beautifully decorated and clean and nicely furnished and the location was great.

Great place to stay!
The condo was comfortable and clean. The beds were a little taller than expected but very comfortable. The location was ideal - close to whatever you want to do in Florence with many places within walking distance. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Our only issue was the BBQ location off the top floor and that it hadn’t been cleaned. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Highly recommend!
The condo itself is superb! Very modern and very clean. It is within walking distance (like less than 3 minutes) of the old town waterfront area. It is a "loft" style condo, which means you have neighbors on either side. But you do not have anyone over you. This means it is very quiet. You only hear others when they open and close their front door. But no other time. We highly recommend this place.

My three friends and I had a wonderful time in Florence. The hostess was amazing. Even when we ignored the warnings not to lock ourselves out, she graciously and sweetly told us how to get back in. Every message I sent after booking this place, was promptly answered! The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. It’s also only took us four ladies about 3-5 minutes to walk to the bakery from the house and we are in our 60s. Younger, healthier people could be to the bakery in one minute flat! You can be to the shops in two minutes on foot. When we booked we didn’t know the house had two very long flights of steps, one to the main floor when you enter and another to the upstairs bedrooms. There is no elevator. This may have been mentioned in the ad but I missed it if it was. We would not have booked it if we had noticed that tiny detail. Being older, it wasn’t easy taking our suitcases up and down the stairs. The house has a king bed and a queen. The beds are very high. We found a footstool in the closet to help us short ones get up there. The king bed mattress has the feel of memory foam. Guests have pretty much grooved the side I slept on, so it was impossible to keep from rolling into that body groove. I slept well in spite of that, but the first night I found it uncomfortable. The house needs more comfortable seating. It can easily sleep four but there’s really only enough seating for three. There is a recliner and a couch, that’s it for living room seating furniture. The couch has seen better days. It’s springs and cushions are broken down and it’s very uncomfortable to sit on! It seats three people as all couches, but when you’re relaxing with friends, do you really all line up on a couch to visit? Usually a person takes each end for more comfortable seating and conversing. There are bar stools at the table, but again we didn’t want to sit on hard wooden bar stools while trying to relax after a busy day out and about. Two of my friends found it more comfortable to sit on the floor than to sit on the sagging couch. The recliner is very comfortable and relaxing. Overall a nice clean house, and a sweet hostess. Communication was superb. King mattress should be changed out. Needs more seating in the living room. Couch needs to be replaced. Had a lot of fun here with friends, but probably won’t book again. The stairs are daunting.
