Great views, spacious rooms.
Great view, but to get to the beach, you have to walk all way down. It's about a hundred steps, too many stairs.. shower didn't work well, no water pressure..
Too many cats without owners that are in the property.

I don't think there was breakfast, but bottled drinking water was provided, which was nice. Lots of space, plenty airflow (didn't use the AC once). Incredible ocean view. Very clean, fresh towels every day. Large comfortable bed. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, yet very close to everything in Zihua. Just a great experience.
Had to put a towel on the shower drain and keep bathroom door closed to contain moderate sewage smell, but I hear that is a ubiquitous problem in the area and not the hotel's fault (really not a big problem at all). Kitchen knives could use a sharpening. Otherwise, no issues!

Great view of the bay, huge terrace, air conditioning in the bedroom, so close to beach and downtown (just walk down the stairs)
Bathroom could use some renovations (but was clean)

The view, large patio, and beach access are amazing. AC in the bedroom and facilities to store and cook food were a bonus..
I was disappointed that the furniture on the patio was limited and much of it was broken. We really wanted to spend all of our time out there and would have loved better equipment.

Pros:
- The view! It's high up so yes you have to walk stairs when on the beach side or up a hill on the street side but totally worth it. You will see the sun come up over the hills to the left in the morning and the sun disappear to the right behind the hills in the evening.
- the terrace outside is huge and I love that there is a shaded part and a sunny part so I can bathe in the sun and then lay in the hammock when I needed shade. I stayed on the top floor, not the PH, but first floor entry from the street.
- the bedroom is a great size, comfy big bed, great window with view outside, space to hang clothes and a ceiling fan (there is ac but never used it because the fan is perfect).
- showers with hot water. Towels and soap provided.
- they give you filtered water!
- close to the malecon, restaurants and cafes that you need access to within walking distance.
- the women who run the place are sweet and accommodating. they also helped me find a taxi for early morning departure (down at the bottom of the hill they sit if you need it).
- I felt safe in the apartment and the neighborhood.
- the bathroom is a little old and less appealing to me personally but it did the job and the hot water worked well for me each night (with a little bit of waiting).
- kitchen a little rundown too but I only used the refrigerator and that worked well.
- it's very open/windows that don't close, like many places built here so it's great for air but you can hear everything from neighbors and there is late night music coming from restaurant on the beach nearby. Nothing at fault for the property but I wore ear plugs at night (plus cats crying at times).
- would have loved if beach towels were supplied.

The top level apartment provided the most amazing.. and private.. view of the bay. Luckily the unit next door was not occupied so it was totally private for lounging in the hammock. walking distance to the Mercado made it easy to have fruit and coffee in our unit. a few steps down brought you to the beach. simply delightful.
watch out for the cats at night that try to sneak in your room.

The View was spectacular. The lady that takes care of the rooms and cleaning is super attentive and on top of everything and anything we needed. Thanks
We expected to have hot water and had to wait to have a new boiler installed and they did install a new one, just took a couple of days. other then that they were very attentive and open to help us with everything we needed. The view is fantastic which is great because we spent most of our time on the balcony. I would happily go back

Location was pretty good, near the end of a dead-end street. Convenient parking. Million dollar view from balcony.
Property was pretty run down. AC could barely keep up.

View from the large balcony and helpful staff. Wifi okay.
Never actually signed in or saw a reception area. Saw someone working, got her attention and she helped take our luggage to a room and got us keys. Also got help getting a taxi on leaving. Our room was not as nice as the staff. Kitchen equipment old and full of rust. Kitchen sink dirty. Bathroom sink partially plugged- about 5 minutes to drain. Furnishings old and not looked after such as missing handles. Totally rusted out stand fan. Unusable broken down lounge chair left on the balcony terrace. Only there one night while transiting between resorts. Didn’t bother to complain. Didn’t know where to complain. The view off of the terrace was great but the apartment was not.

The wifi works well. The bungalow is spacious, and so is the terrace. The view from the bungalow to the bay
is nice. The staff is helpful. Mattress is comfortable. Overall, good cost-benefits ratio.
The furniture is very outdated. No efforts put into decorating the bungalows. No hot water available - which really is not much of a problem given the high temperatures.

The view and the terrace are enjoyable.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants and close to downtown shops. Balcony was very nice and view was good. Quiet area. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
Needs to be updated. Old utilities.... No hot water when we arrived. It was fixed. Shower water pressure was not good. Only one air conditioner located in the bedroom. Rest of condo was warm and humid.
