Welcome to Dog-Friendly Moonstone!

The quiet forest, distant neighbors, and 4 bedrooms + den with a sleeper sofa ensure a good night's sleep! Enjoy lounging, playing games, or watching the big screen TV in the large, comfortable living room. It has a two-sided gas fireplace and a spacious dining room that will easily seat your entire group. Cooking is a joy with a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen. The den/game room has something to entertain everyone in your group. No detail has been overlooked throughout the house for your comfort - a hairdryer in every bathroom, a humidifier in every bedroom, 5 TVs, and heated boot racks in the garage ski-storage area.

Just a 5-minute drive to the gondola! But here, it is quiet, and you can still feel the magic of a peaceful, starry forest from your private hot tub. Park in a Gondola Lot, and leave your skis on your vehicle in your private garage! There is room for one vehicle inside the garage and three or four more outside in the driveway.

Sleeping Arrangements:

King Master Suite Upstairs, 2 Bedrooms with Queens, Lower Floor Bedroom with King

Top Floor: Bedroom 1, Master Suite with King Bed, TV, en suite bathroom with double sink, soaking tub, and separate shower.

Main Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and TVs.

Lower Floor: Garage Entry, Large Windows, Game Room with Pool Table, Foosball Table, Sitting Area with TV -DVD and Queen sleeper-sofa, Bedroom 4 with King Bed and bath with shower stall.

Bed and bath linens are all provided.

We provide starter supplies of basic toiletries, paper products, dish and laundry soaps, trash bags, and coffee.
Enjoy the fresh mountain spring water coming directly through the filtered private well system.

This property is exceptionally well-stocked with spices and some other non-perishables. Enjoy!

We enjoyed staying at this house immensely! We had three couples in their 40s so it fit us. The pool table, hot tub and fire place made for a wonderful time. The living room, dining room and many patio spaces were enjoyed as well and felt very cozy. It was also very stalked with essentials. The only thing to mention is the upstairs master does not have privacy. The bathroom is very large but connected directly without a door. May not be a problem for some but barn doors would be a suggestion for the owners for privacy. Also a couple of the mattresses were on the hard side so bring a topper if that’s an issue. We did love the house and would rent again.

The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful location - a bit of a walk to town but, with fantastic views! We drove some, but love to walk. My husband is a mountain biker and there are trails all around the area. This was a bonus, and he rode every day. The hot tub was awesome in the evenings. Will definitely be back!

We booked a family trip to CO to visit my sister and decided to stay here. The house was great. Convenient location. The staff were very accommodating and patient even when there was an issue charging my card (whoops). I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, clean house. There was plenty of room for our family and was so comfy. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, game closet, foosball and pool table, which all provided fun during downtime. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Bonus: We saw three moose!

This home was perfect for a long weekend with three couples plus babies! It is very spacious with a great deck that we enjoyed for some apres! We also had a fun surprise visit from some moose!! We will definitely look to book this place again.

We stayed with 3 adult families and there was plenty of room for all. This is a beautiful home with enough common rooms for families to gather but still have their own space. Kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. Game closet and game room downstairs were the best. Bedrooms and baths were immaculate, spacious, comfortable and tasteful. We will absolutely rent again and highly recommend.

This property was exactly as advertised and worked very well for us. The price and location were good. The layout was great and the hot tub was welcomed. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but this can happen to any property. Travel time to downtown Breck was about five easy minutes down the hill. Same to the gondola and grocery. There wasn't a great view, but the trees were peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Property was just as advertised - clean, spacious, and close to town. The management company was very responsive whenever we had questions. You'll definitely want to rent a car as there is no bus service to the house (we were made aware of this and had no issues during our stay). Ubers exist, but sometimes can be hard to come by. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a future trip.

We enjoyed the house lay out and all the games and amenities. The kitchen could use a keurig coffee pot. Plenty of pillows but inadequate pillow cases. It would be helpful to have bedding needs for pull ou labeled in laundry room. Space heater was helpful in the rec room. Seating arrangement in living room was very good. We did not need bus to slopes, but never saw bus stop in literature.

House was great, plenty of room for our party of 10. Sandy and team were very responsive to questions and helpful when we needed a pack-n-play for the toddler in our group. 4 Bedroom 3 bath house was perfect size, and kitchen/ dining room with seating for 10 was perfect! Private hot tub was a hit. Only ding was not having a stop for shuttle nearby, but we made it work with driving and uber/lyft rides. Thanks to Sandy and her team at iTrip.

We had a great time, we all loved the living room. We enjoyed the games that were stored in the cabinet. The Hot Tub was amazing. My only concern, no door in Master bathroom for privacy. We had to keep leaving the room for privacy or use the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, we loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge and this home was a big part of that. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub was now working correctly, but the owners reimbursed us nicely for the inconvenience. I would stay here again!

This home is a lovely, well laid out home. Each family unit had their own private area, but yet a great living space for us to all be together for meals and gathering around the fireplace. Carla was quick to respond with any questions or needs. We would stay here again.

Great experience! House was extremely accommodating! The driveway was a little narrow and invisible as the GPS sent us to the front of the house. The owner did send the directions of find the driveway that I didn't see, so that was on me. It seems like they are updating the home as they go which still makes it a beautiful home! That hottub though! Lawd that hottub! Rent this home! NOW!!!

This was our first trip to Breck and our wonderful Moonstone home did not disappoint. The house had everything we needed for our family, which includes our 17 yo and 11 yo. With a ton of space inside, privacy between the floors, a gorgeous two-sided fireplace, huge kitchen and dining table, pool table, super clean hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely surroundings, there wasn't a thing we would change. There aren't really mountain views from this house but we didn't miss them one bit because it was fantastic being surrounded by trees (which you can peer through for a view) and at a decent distance from neighbors. It sits at an intersection of a well-traveled road but is not noisy and just far enough away from town to be incredibly peaceful and relaxing. iTrip was wonderful to work with, especially during COVID-19 and we felt totally safe in a super clean home. Overall, this was the best rental experience we've ever had. We will definitely be returning to Colorado soon and will use iTrip again!
