This is the second time we stayed here, for a reason! We love the space and the lake. There is room for everyone and even the dog. The property manager is quick to respond and genuinely friendly. We will be back in 2025! No complaints at all 10 out of 10

The lake house is charming, comfortable, and private. As if hours fishing, kayaking and bird watching weren't enough, there are loads of interesting hiking trails nearby. Our stay was idyllic.

This property was wonderful! The view from the sunroom was stunning all 24 hours of the day. Our kids loved boating on the water in the kayaks and our son had a blast fishing from the dock. We had to cut our trip short but will definitely be coming back when we can stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a make a change in our reservation due to an illness and the host was so helpful. Dan met us and made us feel comfortable in getting settled. The lake is beautiful and we spent most of our time on the sun porch. We already booked a stay next year and are really looking forward to it. Thanks!

Beautiful spot plenty of room easy access for anyone. Furniture low to the ground not very comfortable. Lots of supplies if you need them.

I could not have drawn up a more perfect mix of rustic and modern, while having such a beautiful location. The home is perfect and could easily handle 6 or more people comfortably. The ac was a nice touch as the weather was unusually warm for Sept. Close to town and shopping for food, and restaurants. The only caution I would give is that you will have to remove pine sap from your vehicle.

Beautiful camp, cozy and comfortable! The beds were great; the kitchen had everything we needed; and the lake was so peaceful and beautiful! Wonderful sunrise and moonrise! Hope to come back for a longer stay.

The home was spacious, the kitchen was perfect for our family to be able to eat all together, plenty of beds and not the twin sized camp mattresses, but big comfy beds. The dock was big enough to park the 25 foot pontoon we rented. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and canoe when we weren’t on that. They have stocked this place with everything you will need from life jackets and several towels for swimming and showering to a well stocked kitchen (even had Tupperware to put leftovers in). The only thing we would’ve wanted was more days there and maybe some more sunshine but we made the best of the weather and days we were there. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here, and like the other reviews state the property is even better than the pictures. Hope to be back next summer!

We swam, kayaked, and fished out of the canoe every day possible. We had a touch of rain, but still had fun playing cards around the big kitchen table. We had a blast!! Our dog loved it too!! She loved watching the fish in the shallow water from the dock and sleeping in the A/C when she got too hot. We are so grateful you allowed her!!! Thank you for our wonderful family vacation!

We booked this house as an alternative to hotels rooms for a softball tournament, and we're so glad that we did! It was way better in person than it looked in the pictures. The house had every comfort of home and was so spacious for our group. We were able to spend time making s'mores on the fire while listening to the loons on the lake. The only regret we had was that we needed more time to enjoy the house and beautiful surroundings. We are already looking forward to a return trip sometime in the future!

The house was perfect for our grown family of 6 , grandson and fur babies !!
We brought out boat and enjoyed the convenience docking it at the house. We utilized the kayaks and had great nights sitting around the fire pit.
The house was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, owner goes above and beyond with some extras as well !!!
Thank you for sharing your home with us !!

This camp was better than imagined. It's a large property and the camp had all details taken care of. We first noticed the privacy pulling in. The property manager met us there to be sure we were comfortable and helped the overall experience. The camp is very comfortable and we would definitely return for another stay.

I would highly recommend this property for your stay on one of Maine's prettiest lakes! The house has both great views and amenities alike.

We really enjoyed our stay-our 6th lake in 6 years of family lake trips! We love the rustic atmosphere of the cabin-a true Maine “camp” yet with WiFi to please those in the group who like a little screen time. The lake is beautiful and the fishing is spectacular! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures-plenty of room for our group of 8, with three generations-to spread out. The big ramp up to the back door was a welcome feature for a couple in our group who have limited mobility. Mattresses were comfy. The large kitchen table was big enough for all of us to have a big family dinner every night. The yard is big, with a fire pit and room for lawn games. There is a LOT of private lake frontage and the water is shallow near shore, though entry is rocky - we wore water shoes and would recommend them. The location is quiet yet convenient to shopping, restaurants, groceries, breweries, etc. The Air Conditioning was an unexpected bonus! overall this property is an excellent value and We would definitely return again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 large dog) and we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other the entire time. The boys loved the built in bunks. The location is amazing and you have a direct view of the lake from the cabin. It rained the first few days after we arrived, but had beautiful weather for the remainder of our stay.
The kitchen has everything you will need for you stay, with a full sized fridge, large dining table, and hot/cold bottled water (they recommend not drinking the well water). It also has a standard sized washer and dryer right off the kitchen, and almost every kitchen utensil/appliance you'll need for preparing your meals.
The location is also just right. You're about 10-15 minutes away from restaurants, groceries, and other attractions, yet you still feel like you're in a fairly remote location. Aside from the occasional boat/jet ski passing by, life in the cabin is very peaceful and quiet.
Dan (property manager) was there to greet us, and was very helpful showing us around and getting us settled in. He provided his contact information and was very quick replying to our messages.
Overall, the was exactly what we were looking for in a Maine lake cabin, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lake retreat in the woods of Maine!

Great camp on a beautiful lake. Everything we needed was provided, and more! Their kitchen was nicer, and better stocked than my own! So much to do outside as well, lake was clear and beautiful, and the fire pit, hammocks and kayaks were much appreciated! Our dog enjoyed it as much as we did! GREAT family time, we all LOVED it!

We loved this camp, so much we tried to rent for 2 weeks next year. Alas it was already booked. The location, the lake, the sleeping arrangements were above our expectations!! Great weather, and I think had it rain we would have been most content!! Looking forward to staying here again!! Loved it!!!

Beautiful lake house
Beautiful old lake house right on the lake. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues that were taken care of by the property management company.

Great location! Worth the trip!
Our family came from 3 states and overseas for my niece's wedding. The house accommodated 9 adults easily. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary small appliances and utensils. Being right on the lake was wonderful! We used the canoe and kayaks available at the house. We really enjoyed use of the fire pit in the evening and listening to the loons across the water! The house is located off the main road, but is still close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Nice home...
This property is located in a quiet location within a small town. We are a retired group and found the house was comfortable for two of our friends. Unfortunately, the other two had great difficulty with the furniture being so close to the floor. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sunroom, overlooking the lake.
We had a few little issues that stemmed from being the first rental of the season. It’s a beautiful location and the White Duck, restaurant was a great place for dinner.

A true Maine Camp
The only issue we had was that we wish we could have stayed longer. From when we arrived to when we left it was everything we were looking for. Beautiful sunrises and lots of lake access to take advantage of the great fishing. We did rent a boat from the marina up the street to explore the entire lake. Looking forward to booking again!

Wonderful cabin on Lake Cobbossee
What a wonderful place! Very roomy cabin on a large lot RIGHT ON THE LAKE!!! Inside the cabin is a very large living room, sun room, kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of room for a large group. Well appointed and very comfortable. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit, hammocks, picnic tables, canoe and kayaks and just being on the lake. Dan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful, although we had NO problems
We rented a pontoon boat to cruise the lake from Lakeside Marina. Very nice boat and great folks. Maine Cabin Masters is nearby. Also, try the ice cream (especially the blueberry ) at Fielder's Choice Ice Cream.
This is a great place to enjoy the lake and relax.
