Upon entering this home try not to be distracted by the overwhelming feeling of peace. What will distract you are the views. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, beautiful living room with fireplace with bar nook, and you won’t want to leave the kitchen. This home is nestled in the hills sitting cozy on Desert Canyon golf course. A short walk to the clubhouse and you’ll be eating a great meal or golfing the course. There is a private staircase that leads to a fabulous guest suite. New resurfaced pool/decking. This is not a heated pool which is cool in the winter months. (November-February). Every room in the home boasts magnificent views of the mountains and the golf course. The sunrises, sunsets and night sky are truly breathtaking over Four Peaks and McDowell Mountains! Don’t miss out staying at this immaculate home in the most amazing city in Arizona. Hot tub seats 4-6 people. Pet free home. No children allowed on property.

The home and location of property is beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace while watching sunrises and early morning walks. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub and watching the sunsets in the evening. We couldn’t have found a better place to enjoy and look forward to returning. Thank you for sharing your home.

This home impressed us from the moment we drove into the neighborhood and into the driveway. Every detail was thought of and appreciated. Super clean and high end furnishings that we loved. My husband loves to golf and I love the pool and hot tub. With the amazing views from the back yard, this house was a dream! We would love to come back! Great location and short drive to surrounding cities such as Phoenix and Scottsdale.

This is a wonderful home with breathtaking views and a great neighborhood. The communication with the property owner was excellent, the house and linens were very clean, and during the time we stayed it felt like "home". We look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our five night stay at this beautiful property. The views from the back of the house are truly breathtaking. The hot tub was a very nice amenity in the cooler temps of November. Kristin left great instructions - easy check in and out. The house was very clean. We were a little surprised that there was no shampoo or body wash/soap in any of the bathrooms, and only one partial roll of TP at each toilet. We weren't expecting to have to buy the basics for our short stay (inconsistent with our other rental experiences). When I inquired about rebooting the wifi system, I had no reply at all -- we had a weak signal throughout the house during our stay. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The dining table was fine for four, but it really should be larger for that size of house.

Visited here to celebrate the big 4-0 with another couple and it couldn't have been more perfect. The master/guest suites were located on opposite ends of the home which was exactly what we were looking for. Views were spectacular. Photos don't do justice. Highly Recommend for a relaxing vacation.

We traveled to Arizona to visit with a cousin who we don't see frequently. The entire process of getting to the home, entering and getting setup was great. Everything was as presented in the listing and instructions were clear and complete. The house was clean and tidy. The bathroom fixtures are a little dated, but function ok. Linens were nice, clean, and there were plenty for all rooms. If there was a wish list, a bicycle or two would have been great to have access to. Could update with a couple of board games perhaps. These are minor details - the home, hostess, and stay were truly terrific and we would definitely recommend.

We love our yearly stay here and waking up to coffee on the deck with the views that can’t be beat. We book this house as our annual vacation with our adult children as it gives them plenty of room and their own bathrooms. This house offers everything you need for a great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It is very nice inside and out. The pool was great, especially since the temperature was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit nearly every day of our visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, that is close to shopping, a casino, services, and restaurants.

We were so excited to try a new location and this beautiful house in fountain Hills Arizona. Kristin was immediately responsive to any requests. We had arrived late, and check-in was very easy. This house is not only amazing but beautiful and fantastic views. It is set up perfectly for three couples with the basement having its own private suite and living space. Kitchen is very spacious, but disappointed the dining room only had a table for four. All the extra amenities inside you will need!! Beds were amazing. Outdoor deck space comfortable for morning coffee and late night fire conversation. Lower deck had the best pool space we could ask for. Putting green, hot tub and deck chairs were perfect. This house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My ONLY complaint for this house is there is a lot of steps!! Highly recommend for this area!!

This was my second stay at this property. It was a terrific as the first time I stayed. Beautiful, immaculate home in a lovely neighborhood and we so enjoyed the outdoor decks and the pool.

From the initial inquiry to check-out, everything was beyond perfect. Communications with the host were friendly and prompt. The home was immaculately cleaned and everything was in working order on our arrival. Instructions for everything in the house, as well as arrival and departure instructions. were included either by message or in the welcome book. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so great that we're looking to buy the same ones for our house! The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was well-stocked with paper products, dish and laundry soap, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine and an espresso machine! Enough can't be said about the location. The photos don't do justice to the views and serenity of the back yard/deck. With the mountain range in the distance and the golf course in the foreground, all we heard after dusk was the breeze rustling through the trees. A big difference from the suburban Chicago nights we're used to. We spotted tons of birds, a squadron of Javelina, and even a pack of coyotes chasing a rabbit, all from the safety of the elevated deck. While definitely not a great choice to those with limited mobility due to the many stairs and different levels of living and deck space, most should find no trouble getting around the spacious property. We will definitely keep this one at the top of the list if we visit the Fountain Hills area in the future.

Great location and fabulous accommodation with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Excellent communication and easy check in process. Spectacular views over the swimming pool and really enjoyed the putting green and wildlife spotting. Enjoyed a couple of rounds on the golf course that surrounds it.

We stayed at this property for five days for a 35th wedding anniversary getaway. My family loved the pool and hot tub. Morning coffee on the back porch to watch the sunrise was particularly enjoyable. My family didn’t want to go home! 😊 Kristin was easy to work with and very communicative, which I appreciated. I would recommend this home for those seeking a quiet getaway that is still close to in-town amenities. Thank you, again, Kristin! 😊

My family stayed there for five days. We were there for the Mayo Clinic. This house is very close to the clinic and offered a nice place to de-frag after doctors visits. The house is very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable for my family. The pool was fantastic! We will be back.
