Disappointing

The location was good. The staff was friendly.

Cleaning issues. The bedsheet had holes and stains. The comforter, pillows, and curtains were old and stained. The toilet seat was broken. The staff also refused to change the sheets and insisted they were clean.

Eventhough I have confirmed my booking with this property, they said that the property is full and I cannot be accommodated. I had to search for another property. I have then decided NOT to go in with booking.com henceforth.

Even after confirmed booking, I was told that the rooms are full and not available for me.

Confortable and spacious rooms with required facilities.

Value for money, clean property and the facilities are good. AC worked fine and beds were comfortable. Recommend for boy travelling groups.

The property is basically a bungalow with rooms and reception in the ground floor as well. Every time you come out of your room you will face the reception directly as the reception is in the living room of the bungalow.

Nothing really.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Bedsheets were dirty, pics of the place don't match what is actually present. Wifi was not working most of the time. Also its not the entire house as projected on the site but small rooms. Lastly I was charged excess 5% for some convenience fee. Horrible experience, and definitely not choosing booking.com for my next trip.

Best is the person (staff) named Kartik. He is one of the best hotel staff I have met. You don't need to tell him twice and is always available for help
