Jeannie and Joe were great with communication and setting expectations up front. The condo was on point with their pictures and description. For a studio its a descent size. Overall the condo was great! Great view. Great amenities. Great property for relaxing. Perfect for a couples get away. Easy drive into Ft Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.

i have never had a property owner reach out and make herself available, even reached out mid week to make sure everything was good, perfect for 2 people, no complaints here, had more then other places i have stayed, all the towels, rags, and beach towels, umbrella, chairs, it had it all. would highly reccomend, thanks for everything, great hosts!

Over all the condo was exactly what was listed. Still work being done on the buildings and grounds which I expected after hurricane Ian in September of 2023. What I didn't expect or like was the longer response time to get the access code to get into the unit. I had to ask twice for the code and only got it the day before my rental started. Also the phone number of the owners is listed wrong on the listing so I was unable to talk to them only could email them. I have rented through VRBO numerous other times and stayed at this complex, other units, and have not had this issue.

An oasis in a construction zone. A beautiful refuge in an area that had been devastated by hurricane Ian. We had a great time- walked the gorgeous beach several times each day. Lots of shells for the collector. The condo was fabulous- comfortable and contained plenty of amenities. Would gladly come back another year

The condo is lovely and the property managers are super accommodating. The view from the pent house balcony is stunning! When we come back to vacation we will definitely try to book this property again.

Enjoyed the stay and our host was awesome. Any questions or concerns were answered right away. Beautiful views and sunsets are amazing! Publix is NOT across the street so you will Definitely need a car or Uber to get there. Beach is a short walk down the path but beach is small (in width). Pool was refreshing and the security guard keeps a tight ship lol He will let you know if you break a rule. Quiet end of island but nothing to do close by. Town square was fun and stores, restaurants and bars were a blast! The condo had everything we needed and then some!!!

The condo is as pictured. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Views are amazing. We really liked the beach in front of the Condo. It was very quiet with very nice folks. The location is away from the busy part of FMB but a short drive to the many restaurants, which was perfect for us.. Its also great location to explore other areas such as Sanibel, Captiva, Naples and Marco Island. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Absolutely no issues with anything....everything was super positive.

Fantastic!!!

What a fantastic place to enjoy Fort Myers beach!! My husband and I could not get over how close we were to the birds. Let me tell you, making eye contact with an Osprey at 130 ft ia definitely a magical experience! No need ro leave the area, everything needed is close by...even saw a manatee in the marina across the street. Excellent way to spend a 40th bday! Hope to be back!!

Our host Jeannie couldn't have been more accommodating! She was wonderful! Replied immediately to our emails, texts and phone calls. The condo we rented was beautifully decorated and very very clean! The view is outstanding! I would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved staying at this property! The balcony view could not have been better! Watching the sunsets from the balcony was the best! The condo itself had everything we needed such as pans, coffee maker, etc. We enjoyed using the beach chairs in the front closet. The beach itself was near perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo! The owners have thought of everything that you’ll need in order to have a wonderful stay. We loved all the windows and the amazing view of the ocean, especially the sunsets!! I really enjoyed watching the pelicans fly by, looking right into our eyes! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Nice place to stay but unit needs updating and lack of washer/dryer in unit is small hassle. AC struggles to keep up with entire unit. Jeannie is a tremendous host and checks on her renters before, during & after. Unit is fully stocked and having access to owner’s closet(beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc) is a tremendous bonus for especially those who fly and cannot bring with them. All in all a wonderful place to stay !!!!!

This is the best condo in this complex out of the 3 buildings. You are in a penthouse, 13th floor, overlooking the ocean. Woke up one morning to an osprey sitting on railing of balcony. Views from the balcony of dolphin, sea turtles and a lot of wildlife. We travel a lot and we’re very impressed with this condo and location. Short beach walk to Pinchers restaurant, right on the beach. Magnificent sunsets. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely stay here! Jeannie was so kind and accommodating and made sure everything you needed to enjoy yourself was at your disposal. It was so peaceful and I felt very secure. Looking forward to visiting again sometime!
