With the large living area and the many m2, the house appears very spacious while the many windows provide an absolutely fantastic light throughout the day. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness, tailored decoration. For entertainment, there is fast unlimited internet as well as TV with international channels in the living room and activity room. An air / water heat pump heats the whole house and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a wood burning stove in the living room. Approx. 100 m2 terrace, of which approx. 20 m2 is covered. The plot is an open natural plot, here there are swings and a sandbox for the children. As the house is located at the end of a small slip road, the plot borders a larger open space. Not for rent to youth groups.
