Our family had an amazing stay at this property! It was a great central location to Sea World and the Riverwalk. The pool area and game room were a hit for all of us. The property was clean and the property manager was kind and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was prefect for our annual family vacation! It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a big family. A very nice and clean pool with hot tub. The house itself was very clean! I recommend this house for a great family get away. It’s also not far at all from the River Walk.

We had the pleasure at staying at this residence for our summer vacation. Everything was as listed, communication with the host was fast and prompt, house was set up great. They supplied everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The kids absolutely loved everything available there for our stay. This place will definitely keep your kids entertained. The pool and outside areas was amazing, spent most of the time outside then inside playing games mornings and nights. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at numerous VBOs and have always been able to check in a little early if we arrived early but I could not reach anyone of the numbers given. One of the numbers were wrong also. Also coffee pot was broken took several days to get another one. After I bought coffee for the coffee maker and it being broke I had to buy keuirg K cups then the new coffee maker arrived days later. Also ice maker broke in freezer had to buy ice. Guy came to fix it but could not. Hot tub did not heat and never turned on. In the game room foosball table did not have ball catchers the billiard table all the pockets on table were broken and balls fall on floor. The sticks were also broken and no tips. Pac Man joystick kept falling off was broken. 6 people only had 5 wash cloths even after I told owner we were adding additional person

Overall the stay was wonderful. Several things were broken. We reported them but noone came to fix them. The ice maker wouldnt make ice. The jaccuzi tub in the master bath was broken. One of the garage door wouldnt lift without help Lifting. The AC would only cool to 80 degrees upstairs. Pool was wonderful. Hot tub was great.

We had a great experience. The owner was very responsive with quickly responded to any questions before, during and after our visit. He was very helpful in getting our belongings back that we left at the property which was a huge relief! The location was great, easy access to many different activities, attractions and food. The property itself was very clean and one of the best stocked places we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

My group stayed here for a week long trip to San Antonio and absolutely loved the house. Having full use of the garage was extremely convenient when bad weather came through. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was even better. When we first arrived the house was extremely clean and there were plenty of towels, soap, etc. to go around for a group of 10. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Positives: Spacious house, big pool, great game room, appliances are very nice, number of TVs and accessibility to apps is great, the internet is good quality. Negatives: Dated furniture, overall cleanliness could be improved as the older furniture is dingy. Grill was too greasy to use. Things that can’t be changed: The house is on a busy road with a bus stop behind the house. The master bedroom faces the road so it’s loud throughout the night (unless you’re used to city sounds). There are a lot of stairs. The game room, living room and main floor bedroom sit about 6 steps lower than the kitchen and eating spaces. The steps are brick and a little rough. Not a big deal, but for anyone with mobility issues, it’s important. There’s also two sets of stairs to get to the pool area. Biggest issue: The hot tub wasn’t working and we had to do our own maintenance on it. It completely shut down on the third day. Luckily we called one of the technicians and he was able to walk us through fixing it when we couldn’t get a hold of owner. The pool does not heat automatically. It runs through a cycle that you have to monitor manually by heating the hot-tub then cycling that hot water into the pool. On warm days, it works fine. In 60 degree weather, the pool did not heat to a usable temp. Overall it was an average stay. We expected more so we felt somewhat let down. We had a good time with our family but if we had known some of these things we would have had more realistic expectations.

Overall it is a very nice property. Very disappointed in the fact that we purchased two hundred dollars worth of food for the family to find out the oven was on operable. The hot tub was sixty degrees and what not warm up. The level of traffic noise in the master bedroom was unbearable and made it extremely difficult to sleep. They have the thermostats locked out to a point that it's either freezing , cold or way too hot. They provide a washing machine and dryer but neglect to tell you that the dryer does not work, We had to end up lying drying all of our clothes.

I really hate to do a review on this place because I truly want it to be good. We did have fun and the host was great but we were disappointed in many things. The house was not really that clean in my opinion. We found dirty pots & pans (did a previous guest leave them or housekeeping?), the blinds were dirty and dusty, the door frames and doors looked as though they hadn't been wiped down in quite some time. There was a broken leg on a floor lamp and the lamp was just propped up on it. Some of the siding was broken off the decking and was just laying on the ground in the back and the inside could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. The stove top only had two working burners and the oven had a temperature sensor issue while we were there. We did enjoy the pool, pool table and just hanging out with our family but, for the money, these things shouldn't be an issue.....

We had a marvelous time at this fun home. Ten of us stayed for 5 days. The home was well laid out. The swimming pool was a hit as well as the pool table and games. The beds were all comfortable. It was family friendly, well stocked, and clean. The location was close to all our activities.

Brought our family of 10 to San Antonio for vacation and this house is definitely close to many of the destinations we wanted to see. Comfy beds, personalized touches all over, high end appliances, wonderful, wonderful swimming pool (Grandchildren couldn't get enough of it), well supplied game room when they weren't swimming, met some friendly neighbors. Didn't need to contact anyone for maintenance, the owner sent all information you need prior to arrival. Lovely house, lovely vacation. I would definitely recommend staying in this gem.

Everything at the house worked as advertised. Large home with many amenities. Everyone had room to spread out and not feel cramped. Beds were very comfortable and furniture was great. Only issue we had was the pool cleaner appeared to be pushing around the dirt and debris in the pool, not vacuuming it up. Over great stay and would rent again. TY.

A great rental property with all the amenities you need. The pool and spa were great, the backyard overall was a wonderful place to hang out. The home was exceptionally clean. Jose was easy to work with, quick communication. For those with small children or adults with mobility issues, be aware that the home has multiple levels with a lot of stairs.

We spent a couple days in this fine home around our son’s graduation from Air Force BMT. It was perfect for just being together—visiting, swimming, playing games, having a meal outdoors, resting. The house was very well set up for our time there with all the necessities provided and amenities clean and in good working order. The host was readily available to address problems, of which we had none. If we have need to visit San Antonio again we will gladly stay in this home again.

Great overall house and property. Kids loved the game room and large space to roam around. Minor touchups needed for a few of things in the house but nothing that distracted from our stay. Location in terms of ease to get around the city was great. Only thing I would change would have been the master bedroom backing up to Vance Jackson road ( maybe changing the bed position in the room) The traffic noise is loud but can be muffled with white noise at night. Beds were very comfortable and pillows great. Plenty of wonderful amenities throughout the house. Would stay again and kids are asking for both the video game and pop a shot at our house.

This home was perfect for our girls trip of 7! Very spacious and clean. It was close to a grocery store and to the Riverwalk where we drove to two days in a row. We also took an excursion through Cottonwood Wine tours to Fredricksburg on a winery tour. Fun! As stated previously, the road behind the property is busy and loud. So if you sleep in the master suite it will be noticeable. The master could also use some updates. Carpet is looking worn, brass on doorknobs wearing off, etc. But this wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The game room with the pool table, fooseball, and Pacman would be great for families with kids! We did have trouble figuring out the hot tub at first, but after looking at the instructions sent to us we figured it out. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at the house. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained well! The hot tub was nice as it wasn't quite warm enough to swim but the quick warm up of the hot tub was nice for all to enjoy. All instructions and communication was very thorough and Jose was wonderful to deal with. The only complaint we had, and didn't effect our stay much, was it was a bit loud with the house backing up to a busy road with a lot of traffic. So noisy when hanging out by the pool, but not a big deal at all. Just didn't know that going into to it. Would recommend for a large group or multiple families!
