Muy limpio y a un precio espectacular.

Se fue la luz del edificio pero enseguida vinieron los responsables y se ocuparon de avisar a la empresa de energía. Lo arreglaron en la misma tarde.

Beware: the major port of Huelva has literally no transport connection to the city of Huelva. Arrival by ferry will mean a 25km round-trip taxi fare or a 2-hour walk. I have a LOT of experience of ferries and this situation is extremely unusual and probably unique in Europe. But the owner believes it is no big deal! Apparently tourists should stop complaining because Huelva cannot be improved! In the end, that defensive and slightly insulting commentary was the only service the owner needed to provide, so not a bad deal for them.

Very good

Functional bedrooms (6 in all) - off a central corridor, behind the main apartment front door. Comfortable double bed. Was in contact with Charlene, who was very helpful and 'checked me in' (remotely)

Only 1 shower room (and 1 toilet) between 6 bedrooms (potential 12 guests). Central location on main Paseo, but not ideal for parking/arriving by car (my mistake).

Great deal for the money

Amazing center location with lots of coffee places, supermarkets and shops around The room was very nice and clean, had everything needed inside and the common areas were clean and quiet during my stay. There was also a washing machine to use with the detergent that was nice :) p.s. checking in will be easier if you know Spanish, but hosts are still nice

everything is modern, I loved the possibility that you do your own self check in, so you can come and go whenever you want. the position is super nice, close to the bus station and in the center.

Great location and value for a nice room

Easy check in, comfortable bed and it had all the amenities. We really liked the place overall

As it's central, it could become a bit noisy until 11pm, especially during football matches.

I think the only problem , might be getting out when no one is around if you leave your key behind you can't get out the front door, and then you can't get back in . So that might be annoying for you as guest would be ringing you at 5 am like almost did, maybe I was doing it wrong , What about a box downstairs at the entrance for departures. ??? Just an idea

Clean and comfortable, about noise and light it could be improved

Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and in Huelva area is probably the best solution considering the ratio quality/price. With remote check-in is also safer in these covid times. Common (clean) bathrooms but I never had to wait in two weeks, and with UV lights they are also safe. In the heart of Huelva, close to many cafés and supermarkets. Big desk with comfortable chair. Free washing machine and dryer. For any issues, the owner is always available on WhatsApp.

Water pipes are noisy, and every time there is water somewhere, you can hear a loud pump, a bit annoying. From the bedrooms close to the kitchen you can here everything is happening in the kitchen, and vice-versa, so if there is someone cooking at 7:00am, forget to sleep. Bedrooms door don't close very well, and apart from noise, you can also see lights in the common area, it's a bit annoying if you have the door in front of your bed because each time it's like if they are switching on a led strip in your room. It could be solved isolating a bit more the door. I don't like to have the fridge in the bedroom, and to switch it off wasn't easy so I had to leave it on. The "desk" is a bit squeaky, and too high because it's above the fridge. So also the chair should be higher than usual. Usable to work, but not a very good setup.

Exceptional

From huelva bus station it's about 850 meters 11 minutes walking. It's very very easy to reach. There is enough supermarkets and chinese bazaars at your own choice. Restaurant & cafeteria are downstairs. The adress and Everything else is accurate like the picture on booking.com. The owner and his wife are kindly people they welcome me with a warm welcome. The apartments is very need and clean. It's very safe to walk in and out whenever you like. The kitchen is well stocked. The toilet are daily maintain. The place is clean and ofcoures we all aspect customers to keep it clean also. After using anything in the kitchen wash it up. Washing machine and dryer is also available. I adore this white place i rest alot. Its quite. I'm Thankfully 😇🙏🏾

Smaller common area.

Very modern, high tech, and clean. The room was small but had everything one needs including refrigerator and a/c. Kitchen well equipped. Shower strong and hot. Location very central with cafes and grocery store near by. Owner Charllene was very accommodating. William USA
