What a fabulous stay, spent drinking in the sunshine and the calm in this bright, beautiful home. The house has plenty of communal spaces for gathering in groups, yet still provides plenty of bedrooms to retire to for solitude. The pool is warm and inviting; I swam every day of our stay! This house is close to everything while still being private and quiet. The hosts are wonderfully accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

Had a wonderful weekend at this lovely property. Great place for a group to relax. Common spaces are large and comfortable. Location is central to many things and appreciated that we could walk to some hiking. Overall, lovely weekend! Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Thank you!

This property is exceptional. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The home has large rooms for entertaining including a central kitchen that made preparing our traditional thanksgiving meal easy and enjoyable. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (including one outside poolside) provided downtime privacy. The outside amenities included a heated pool, jacuzzi and fire table. We used all extensively. The owner also provided lawn games which we used. The location in Paradise Valley is a short drive from the airport and also convenient for shopping and restaurants.
Dawn was an amazing host, pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend this property and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful home and perfect location!! Close to Scottsdale and the Biltmore/Arcadia area where all the action is in the Phoenix area. Also, no nosey neighbors! Host was really great at staying in touch with us and we all had a great time! I would stay there again!

The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! The setup was perfect for my family of six and the pool area and the patio areas are amazing in the morning over coffee, evening times, or watching the sunrise!

This house was just perfect for our group of 6. Beds are comfy, kitchen is extremely well equipped even stocked with spices, oils and paper products. House and yard very well kept. Back yard offers ample seating in sun or shade easy to find a quiet spot to read on your own too. Enjoyed playing corn hole and swimming. Owners are GREAT readily available to answer any questions before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

I cannot even express how much my friends/family and I enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Dawn was a delight to work with. She exceeded everyone’s expectations providing thoughtful recommendations and extremely friendly and quick responses. Her house is in perfect condition and very clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings, spacious and private bedrooms, comfortable beds, and most of all the gorgeous views taking in the sunsets. Where do I start? The location is amazing - no highways to get to all the Scottsdale hot spots! The pool and patio area is gorgeous and there are enough lounge chairs for all. There are three (yes, three) separate sitting/living areas in the house so there’s plenty of space to spread out. One of us had to be on several zoom calls during our stay and she had no problem setting up so that she could work uninterrupted. There’s a beautiful patio on the east side that provides shade in the afternoon evening and we played cards at the table as the sun set behind us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nicely appointed and beds are super comfortable. I really can’t think of anything to offer in terms of “even better if”! Thank you, Dawn, for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year!

My friends and I have been getting together for an annual girls trip for almost 20 years and this is the best property we have rented. Dawn was the sweetest and highly communicative prior and during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a VRBO. SUPER clean. The location was perfect, a quick uber to most area's in Scottsdale. Plenty of beds all with the most comfortable mattresses. All 7 of us would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

If I could give a higher rating to this property I would! Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. The house is superb, very nicely decorated and homey. The kitchen is a dream - better outfitted and organized than my own! Every small appliance you’d wat is available. The beds are very comfortable and the grounds, including the pool area, are tended very well. Dawn was incredibly responsive from the time I booked the home until we left, communication was fast and seamless! Thanks for making our first get together in three years so special!

Beautiful home in Paradise Valley
This house is in the perfect location. We visited downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Our farthest drive was about 20 minutes. One of the days we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool. Scenic balcony makes for a great coffee in the morning or a cheers with drinks at night. We could not have picked a better home.

Private Oasis!
I just returned from a wonderful stay at Dawn’s lovely Paradise Valley home! I was attracted to this VRBO because of its beauty and its reviews and I was not disappointed. The house was as described, but better. There were six of us; we planned a mother/daughter long weekend and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the house had all the amenities we needed. It shows pride in ownership.
Dawn was amazing! She was very responsive before and during our stay. Ask her for restaurant recommendations; you won’t be disappointed. Texting Dawn regarding the pool lights and waterfall was the way to go. We didn’t have to mess with what buttons to push (or not push). She always had them on at the times I requested.
The house is in a beautiful and private location, yet very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. When you’re in the backyard, you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. We spent most of our time in the backyard and in the pool. It was beautiful.
All six of us said we would rent this house again; there would be no reason to look at any other. Thank you Dawn for making us feel so welcome and for a fantastic stay at your place.

Amazing vacation
I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough!! From the moment I booked, Dawn made things so easy and communicated so well! We rented the home for a long girls weekend and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, full of every amenity you could hope for in a house. The pool and backyard were amazing for our group to relax and enjoy time together. The location and neighborhood are beautiful and we felt super safe. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Hidden Gem.... Beyond Exceeded expectations!
We decided to do a girls trip with 10 ladies who all flew in from all over. Dawn was beyond helpful from organizing, to logistics, to answering ALL of our questions in a timely manner before and during the trip. The home itself was like a model home but beyond functional. Had EVERYTHING you needed if not more. We had the BEST stay and we're there for 3 nights and majority of the time we spent was at the home, in the pool, etc. Some of us were flying in earlier or staying late and Dawn was beyond generous to let us check in earlier and check out later (no extra charge). We will be back!! Location to airport, restaurants, hiking was all under 20 minutes. Thank you thank you!!

This is an amazing property and the owners were so kind. They obviously take pride in opening their home to others. Everything we could hope for. The pool is perfect. Multiple outside areas for relaxing as the sun moves through the day.

Paradise in Paradise
Great location, house layout is perfect for a group, it’s one of the best places in the area I have stayed at. With all the outdoor space, pool, and lawn games we kept busy. Loved the multiple patios and views from the roof at sunset are hard to beat. Comfortable beds with all the kitchen amenities you could ever need. We have already talked about renting it again!
Only one friendly request would have better renter access to the pool features and hot tub without having to ask the homeowner. This house really made us all feel like we were on vacation the moment we walked in.

Perfect in every way.
We were a group of friends meeting from various parts of the US. The house is laid out for everyone to have privacy yet have an elegant, central social area. Beautifully decorated with a great flow to eat, swim and visit. The proximity to the airport worked well too. The only thing better than the April weather was Dawn's professional helpfulness.

GORGEOUS PROPERTY...BOOK NOW
There were 7 of us in town to celebrate our 25th sorority anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with the location and the beautiful house. The accommodations are luxurious and the decorations are LOVELY. All of the beds were heavenly. The master shower you will not want to get out of with the 3 shower heads pouring on you.

There are a dozen artificial candles throughout the house but none of them were operable. The pool and spa are lovely but guests do not have control over any functions (lights, bubbles, heat, etc). The home is equipped with a RING doorbell camera which we found to be invasive while on vacation.In general, this is a beautiful and very comfortable home that, with a few minor fixes, could easily be a five star rental property.
