Accurate representation of a cozy cabin on the outskirts of town! Host was very quick to help answer any questions that arose. Plenty of room to roam!

We adored the cabin and had dinner on the pergola outback a few times. Ann the host is super sweet!

Nice and relatively new look. Convenient to Lake Catherine, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Also enjoyed Hope Presbyterian Church on Sunday. Ann was very responsive to anything during our stay.

We LOVED this cabin and will be returning for our regular R&R stays as we are business owners who step away to regroup frequently. Typically, we love in-state stays with safe seclusion, cleanliness and wildlife, such as treehouses, but decided to get a cabin this time. The cabin was very welcoming, clean (with very minute issues), and cozy. The cookies left by the hostess were extremely kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed waking up at sunrise, opening the bedroom patio, sitting in the patio swing, and enjoying the cattle next door as we are animal lovers. The pond in front is lovely, and so are the property grounds with the many bunnies, frogs, and turtles we "met". We plan on returning with our grandbabes so they can enjoy all that we did. We were leary in booking b'c of low reviews of the app, but are so glad we stepped out on faith. This cabin made our R&R stay/Mothers Day MUCH better. ☺

My husband and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary at this cabin. We loved how close it was to home, but such a fun little getaway at the same time. We are very familiar with the area, we really enjoyed the location and how close it was to activities. The cookies that were left for us upon arrival were so delicious and my husband loved how soft and comfortable the bed sheets were. 😊

This stay was wonderful! We enjoyed this cabin so much. It is about 20 minutes from the downtown strip and very close to the lake! Our favorite part of the whole trip was sitting on the front porch swing watching the sunrise. We sat out there for two hours and didn’t even realize that much time had gone by! Communication with the host was great! She checked on us and was very friendly. We will be back!

The cabin is exactly as pictured. Ann, the owner, was very accomodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was very clean and perfectly stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The two porch swings were great for reading a book and drinking coffee. The cabin is about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Lake Catherine State Park. Thank you for the great get away!

The Cozy Cabin was simply AMAZING!! Our host, Ann, went above and beyond - from the Christmas tree.& decor, to the yummy cookies & personalized welcome message, we truly felt at home! The cabin is well stocked and has everything you need, even a washer & dryer! The beds were super comfy! Our daughter loved the loft! There are even games/toys for the kiddos! We felt like we were in the country - I loved how quiet it was - but we were close to all of the local attractions. We would highly recommend staying here!!

My boyfriend and I escaped out to Hot Springs for the week to enjoy (probably) our last out of state hiking trip of the year. The cabin was incredibly easy to get to, gave us a gorgeous drive in, and was everything the listing said it would be plus some more. Plenty of homely items and necessities, even all your basic seasonings and cooking items. We will definitely be coming back next fall!!
