Welcome to this luxurious 3-bedroom 3-bath condo located in the El Corazon de Santa Fe compound in downtown Santa Fe, just 3 blocks from the Plaza and everything that the historic core of Santa Fe has to offer. The Georgia O’Keefe museum is just two blocks away and many of the city’s best museums and restaurants are just a short walk. It is a 7-minute drive to the Santa Fe Opera center and a 20-minute drive to the ski area.

On the ground floor is the living room with 2 large leather sofas and comfortable side chair and southwest design area rug. There is a gas log fireplace, high wood ceilings with log vigas, and a 55 inch HD TV over the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has a dining table that comfortably seats six and also has a southwest design area rug. One of the bedrooms is on this floor with a queen size bed and its own bathroom that can also be accessed from the living area. Both the bedroom and the living area have french doors opening onto the private patio with a wicker table that comfortably seats six and an outdoor gas log fireplace.

The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would want: a six-burner jenn-air range, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, filtered drinking water, and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your visit. There is also a generously sized breakfast area with a bay window and a table that seats six.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The large master has a king size bed, a balcony with seating for two people, and a gas log kiva fireplace. The master bath has a large shower, separate jetted tub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with tiled shower and single sink. The washer/dryer are in the upstairs hall closet.

Each bathroom is equipped with soaps, a hair dryer, vanity mirror, and robes.

There are beautiful wood floors throughout the condo except for the second upstairs bedroom, which has new carpeting, and the bathrooms, which are tiled. There is generous recessed lighting throughout. A portable baby crib is also available.

As a guest, you have full access to the compound’s gym (open 9:00-5:00 every day) and clubhouse. The compound has gated access and private, secure underground parking with two spaces reserved for your use with this condo. An elevator takes you from the parking up to the ground floor entrance to the condo.

It was clean, quiet and very comfortable in a perfect location for walking to the Plaza and restaurants. James & Kim respond very quickly to any issues or questions. The property is lovingly maintained with many 5-star features (fire places, nice kitchen, furnishings, service). It has a bit of age, which shows, but that is a non-issue really as everything is wonderfully maintained and beautifully appointed. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we had requests. Beds were very comfortable, showers good, TV options extensive (not that we really watched much), welcome basket thoughtful, and overall property delightful. I would strongly recommend this property to others.

This is a top flight condo with a fabulous location a few blocks from the Santa Fe plaza. Attractive and comfortable with hosts that are attentive and thoughtful when it comes to extra touches. I’ve stayed in really beautiful and expensive houses and condos on vacation where the owners don’t even leave soap or paper towels. This one had shampoo and conditioner in every shower, coffee, a welcome basket of snacks and more. Highly recommended

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is wonderful - an ideal space for us and our adult kids to celebrate a late family holiday. Beautifully appointed, upscale finishes and furnishings, super comfortable. Location is perfect - a nice walk from the Plaza, so close enough to be walkable, far enough to be peaceful. The host is amazing - super helpful, great communication with lots of ideas for making the most of Santa Fe, and on top of it all provided lots of great little amenities (loved the Nespresso machine!). Without question if we plan another family trip to Santa Fe, this is the only place we will want to stay. Thank you James - you’re the best!

Terrific property and terrific property owner! James, the owner, was one of the best communicators I've ever experienced - he was quick to respond and provided a wealth of information about Santa Fe including restaurants, museums and local attractions. And, just a nice guy too! The condo is in a great location close to everything which makes walking very easy and this is important because parking is a challenge at the restaurants in the evenings. Loved the complex - quiet and safe. It was perfect for us three couples - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Nicely appointed and decorated and very comfy (beds were very comfy which meant great sleeping!). All kitchen supplies you could possibly want, games and good books on the local area. And, James even provided a gift basket which included a bottle of wine and snacks. Highly recommend this place and we'll definitely come back! We loved our stay here!

If i could give this property and owner 10 stars out of 5, i would! James had the best communication from a property owner i have ever experienced. He sent us extensive notes not only on directions about the condo, but also about local restaurants, museums and sites. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked, in the perfect spot in town close to the main plaza. Would definitely recommend this for a group of friends or a family.

This was our first visit to Santa Fe so didn't know much about the area. The condo was in a great location within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the downtown historic district. The hosts were very responsive with questions/issues that we had, such as a faulty coffee maker, which they quickly replaced.

We have stayed in this complex before, and thoroughly enjoy it and the area. You can walk to everything. Owner was helpful and easy to reach with questions. Only suggestion would be on-site instruction for how TV works. We are all seniors, and not tech savvy with 3 controllers. But, we may return next year if it is available.

The condo lived up to its online reviews and pictures. We had plenty of space for all in the family. We were able to hop right on the highway to go visit Los Alamos and Bandelier. Having parking was great. We walked to the plaza and railyards several times. Clean, quiet and convenient. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Five of us stayed in this wonderful townhouse. It was very spacious and comfortable for 5 people. The location was excellent with a short walking distance to the Plaza and great restaurants. This wonderful condo was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples). There are 3 BR, 3 baths, a fabulous cook’s kitchen, comfortable LR and a wonderful, private patio. It’s within walking distance to the Plaza with lots of eateries and shopping. The Railyard area is also close by, as is Canyon Road. The owners are responsive and accommodating; perfect hosts!

My sister and I stayed in this lovely townhouse so we could have walking access to the plaza and the area. It worked perfectly! The private patio has a table and fireplace, the interior is lovely, each room has its own bath, and underground parking is secure. We were about 2-3 blocks from the plaza and never needed to move the car. The complex is very quiet. The immediately surrounding area contains many government buildings, so it was very calm on the weekend, but we found Santa Fe to be quiet in general. We recommend this beautiful townhouse.

The El Corazon property is lovely, quiet and well-situated to the heart of Santa Fe. Lots of sights, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The townhome accomodations were perfect for our family gathering and I would definitely stay there again! And our VRBO host was awesome. Very communicative and accommodating. I could not have asked for anything better for this special trip.

We absolutely loved James’s place! Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and just all around cozy. Exactly as described in the listing, but even better. Excellent location. Easy enough to walk to everything. James’s communication was excellent too. Lots of tips about Santa Fe and all the information about the house was shared with us, so there was no confusion. Highly recommend!

For a last minute ski trip for our family this place was perfect! The skiing at Ski Santa Fe now is great, with lots of recent powder and all runs are open for the rest of the season. This condo/townhouse is big, with three bedrooms, each with their own bath(very important for us!) and beautifully furninished and maintained. Plus a well-stocked kitchen. It’s location is amazing, as close to the slopes as you can be (about a 20-minute drive) and still be right in town so that you can walk to everything. We hope to come back again this ski season. The host, James, was great. He let us check in early so that we got in an extra day of skiing!

Everything was exactly as described and communication was proactive and effective. A lot of thought went into the unit, and we had everything we needed for a great week in Santa Fe. Location was fantastic, parking was easy, and the unit was very comfortable and functional! Couldn't recommend it more.

Perfect Santa Fe rental. This property had everything I love about a VRBO. It was an extremely clean and beautiful home, not too big or too small. This property was in a great location to the plaza area. We were on a girls trip and the place decorated well and a excellent layout for us to gather. Plus they had a wonderful basket of snacks and bottle of wine. The owners supplied us with a long list of recommendations of places to eat which we used and they were all outstanding. The owners were very responsive with a couple of questions we had after we arrived. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay in the property again. PS…all the linens were very nice…..scored extra points in my book.
