About this apartment rental

There is 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Specious living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds.
The space
This is a private unit with private front entrance and private backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area with fireplace and twin size sofa-bed (for additional guest).
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. Biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, second one QUEEN SIZE bed and third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and full size futon (for additional guest).
- TWO bathrooms.
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

This property is a great place. It was perfect for our whole family. There were 3 adults and 2 kids. Nice big back yard for kids to get outside. Kitchen was spacious with a nice big fridge/ freezer. The owner is great with communication and responded in a timely manner. We will be staying here again.

The owner is so strict you cannot even have people over for a BBQ and has cameras everywhere to be sure you don’t. (I felt like I was in prison) I was in town for a family reunion and couldn’t have anyone come see me. Also, beds in the twin room are so hard, it’s like sleeping on a board I happen to be single and gave double beds to couples), pillows were super hard, there were no extra blankets anywhere, the house had cobwebs everywhere and dishwasher latch wouldn’t work so we washed all dishes by hand. Also, people in the next unit were loud until about 2 a.m. and there is an animal in the attic that scurrys around at night. We didn’t sleep most of our stay.

This beautiful home was just perfect for our family trip to CA. It was very clean, well maintained, and a great neighborhood. During our stay, we had a question for Sergey, and he responded immediately. The backyard/patio was perfect for our grandchildren to play outside and stay safe. Close to restaurants, shopping, fuel and groceries. Adequate parking in the driveway or on the street. We would certainly stay here again.

We were in Citrus Heights visiting my sister. Our group consisted of myself, my wife, and two adult daughters. The unit was just perfect for our purposes. The unit was exceptionally clean and well cared for.

We (5 of us) traveled all the way from northern Oregon.. We all felt like we were home.. We all had plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean in every aspect.. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors..

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great accommodations, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds! Only things I think guests should be aware of are: really small main bath, no closets in 2 of the bedrooms, and the refrigerator does not get very cold. Also, there is central air (awesome!) but this means cooking smells from the other unit travel into this unit (sometimes not so great). Overall, a very nice home and we would stay here again!

The pictures don't really don't do it justice! We loved staying here! We had trouble with the refrigerator not cooling, texted the number given and had a small refrigerator installed until the big one was fixed. Note to Sergey: you may want to check the refrigerator because it seemed like it started not cooling again. Thanks for the great stay!

We all found the house comfortable. Bedrooms were made out of old dining room, living room and office, only one of which had a closet. Lack of closets, small bathrooms and no washer/dryer would make staying more than 4-5 days akward. But for short stays it was great.

No washer or dryer. Security cameras in front & back. That said, the place worked just fine for our family of 4. Comfortable beds & good showers. Spacious living area & kitchen. Kitchen could be better equipped, but we made it work. Host quickly responded to my questions/suggestions & the co-host brought some requested supplies. Not a great area to go for a walk, but very close to Costco and other conveniences.

The house is split into two, the VRBO side and then the owners side. Although you do not see the owners since it’s two separate areas, whoever sleeps on the guest room to the right of the main door, will hear everything the owner is doing. The close proximity is also why there is a noise restriction after 9PM. If you don’t mind that, it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and the house is clean.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a washer and dryer available. We could have used more towels or washed them. Other than that beautiful propert and great neighborhood

The home inside was clean but the outside needed attention. Two bedrooms didn’t have closet’s which I found strange. Master bath was outside the bedroom. Overall good for the price and location. The home appears to be one house divided so you can hear the neighbor. They were pounding on wall @ 8:30pm as three of us were just having conversations, we were not loud. I could hear a baby crying from their side. I felt that was Very rude and disrespectful.

Super clean!!

Super clean!!

As soon as we entered into the property we knew it was very clean which is important to us. We were very comfortable however not being able to control the temperature was a bit concerning (got warm the first night because it was muggy outside). Overall we would recommend it to family and friends and we would stay there again.
