About this house rental

The house consists of a double bedroom, a room with separate beds (double if necessary), plus a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with all accessories and a bathroom.
Outside a veranda with table and chairs, relax area, sofa and wicker chairs. There is also a brick barbecue where you can cook in peace and an outdoor shower. Indoor parking. A few meters are available all services, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and restaurants.
A short distance from the town center, Santa Maria Navarrese municipality of Baunei (reachable on foot in 5 minutes) in a unique natural setting, famous everywhere for the beautiful beaches: Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, Grotta del Bue Marino, for to name a few, reachable both from the ground through the "Selvaggio Blu" trekking paths, and from the sea thanks to the tourist port of the village (reachable on foot in 10 minutes).

Best place ever!

Best place ever!

Everything was perfect! We stayed at many places but this one was outstanding. Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. Only downside was the occasional cut in wifi service but we had been warned. Very grateful for this vacation!

Ondanks minder weer een fijn verblijf.

Goede ontvangst met wat lekkers voor jong en oud. Smaakvol ingericht huis. Comfortabele bedden. Fijne veranda. Op 30m van het strand. De zee was wild toen we er waren, niet geschikt voor zwemmen maar voor onze kinderen indrukwekkend. Enige minpunt was de douche die alleen stand te heet en koud kende.

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege, trotzdem ruhig. Super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir waren kurz vor Ostern dort. Morgens schien die Sonne auf die Terrasse zum Frühstück. Auch am Abend kann man im Garten noch in der Sonne sitzen. Genug Schatten gibt es aber auch bei Bedarf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit einer sehr lieben Vermieterin fast direkt am Meer. Den Strand hatten wir in den Pfingstferien fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Gerne wieder :)

Fantastic holiday house!

This was the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. The inside is stylish an clean and equipped with everything you need. All rooms have AC. The location is very nice on a quiet little road and just by the sea. Also close to supermarkets, harbor, rock climbing, hiking trails and other activities. If you plan to visit the lovely area around Baunei, then I highly recommend to stay in this house.

Entspannter Familienurlaub direkt am wunderschönen Strand

Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprachen der Realität. Alles im maritimen Stil dekoriert, jedoch sehr gemütlich. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Strandnähe haben wir sehr genossen. Der Garten und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Allerdings hatten wir eine Schnakeninvassion, das war abends sehr störend. Das Hotel in der Nachbarschaft hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung für 4 Personen sehr empfehlen.

Saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit kreativ gestaltetem Garten und eigenem und sicherem Stellplatz für das Auto. Küche enthält alles, was gebraucht wird. Das Beste ist der schöne Sandstrand nur 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das direkt benachbarte Hotel stört ein wenig durch seine laute Klimaanlage. Die Region ist in der Hochsaison relativ laut (Discos). Die Vermieter, die mit im Haus leben, sind sehr symphatisch.

Abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni in perfetto relax. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e funzionale- abbiamo trovato una cucina attrezzata- non ci è mancato nulla. Bellissimo e curatissimo il giardino- soprattutto doccia esterna “verde” “integrata” in un prugno ha entusiasmato non solo ns figlia! Imbattibile la posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia tranquilla, pulita con vista su Arbatax e le isole ogliastre che abbiamo visitato più volte con il SUP. Colazione e anche cena in terrazzo immerso nel verde- Alessandra è stata gentilissima e professionale come proprietaria,sia l’affitto che il check in sono andati senza problemi! Ci è dispiaciuto partire-ma torneremo!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in unmittelbarer Strandnähe (zwar ohne Meerblick, aber das Rauschen ist deutlich hörbar). Mit Meeresmotiven hübsch dekoriert. Die Bilder im Inserat zeigen die Wohnung gut. Sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung, uns hat nichts gefehlt (selbst Tupperbehälter für die Aufbewahrung von Essensresten sind da :-). Toll war auch der Grill im Garten. Neu ist jetzt auch eine Dusche im Außenbereich (gerade fertig geworden). Optimal für 4 Personen. Ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand, alles ist aber fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strand, Hafen, Berge. Freundliche Kontaktperson vor Ort, die stets erreichbar war für Fragen. (Sie hat uns unterstützt, bei der Organisation eines verspätet angekommenen Koffers). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Agnese und Alessandra!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - it is so close to a lovely beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is very comfortable and tastefully decorated and we would recommend this for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Wir fanden die Wohnung wie beschrieben vor. Ein vorzeitiger Check-In war kein Problem, wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen! Die Lage zum Strand ist so nah, dass man bei Wellengang das Meeresrauschen hören kann, ein herrlicher Platz zum Entspannen. Auch für Wanderer ist dies eine tolle Lage, man kann für verschiedene Touren direkt von der Haustür loslaufen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - herzlichen Dank Alessandra!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Supermarkt ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt, das Meer nur ein paar Schritte. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gut fotografierte Ferienwohnung, ca 30m von Strand entfernt. Ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Phantasievoll dekoriert, jedoch das Inventar wie z.B. Stühle, Abzugshaube und Schubladen bräuchten dringend Zuwendung durch einen Handwerker oder eine Erneuerung. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Im Garten lagerte Baumaterial und -Maschinen.
