Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean, good shower with plenty of hot water (once we figured out the boiler!) Lots of storage space and a nice veranda with furniture to sit out and take in the sea air! Site was very quiet and well maintained.
Nothing bad to say, had a great stay!

The caravan was clean and comfy. The weather for us not that warn, so we were glad for the heating in the bedrooms and shower room. The site is a great location within Mablethorpe. 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. 20 mins walk to Queens Park, which has park, swings, paddling pool, pedal & motor boats, plus its next to the beach with a cafe. Mablethorpe shopping street is not the best, but it has everything you need. Co-Op supermarket, amusements, cafes, restaurant's and the usual tourist shops. Overall we loved the quiet caravan site.
The caravan was too close to sites club/restaurant, which was children's play ground next to it. There were noisy children playing out util 10.30-11pm ish. ( parents probably in the club), which kept our granddaughter awake, when she was so tired but could not sleep. We did not get the weather to use the balcony/decking, but it did look old and rickety, but was probably okay. The dark metal railings did not give it the best look, compared to many of the more modern decking on other caravans. Plus we had trouble lighting the gas hob/rings. In the end we hardly used the hob. Only used the oven once and the microwave a couple of times. So it did not have a major impact on our holiday.

the location
caravan had not been cleaned or checked before we arrived even though we asked if we could check in early. shower hose broke ( replaced it ourselves) when caravan had been cleaned still dirt on doors, kettle was greasy, stains on pillows, hairs in drawers in bedroom

A Well Situated Location and Within Walking Distance to The Main Amenities and Central to Ingermels and Skegness for Days Out. The Caravan Was Excellent and Very Spacious and Clean, I was Contacted by The Host with the Required Details for Key Retrieval and Items Available. All In All, We Had A Superb Time Due to The Location and The Caravan.
Possibly a Little Bit Of Maintenance of The Front Veranda, A Little Worn.

Situated around 10mins walk to main street. Close to the beach. Spacious caravan. Well equipped.
Seating area was abit firm. Single beds were uncomfortable not good quality. Decking abit loose, quite noisy due to location right next to club house and play area. Ideal for families.

very clean close to the centre and beach

Hard to answer. Suppose the closeness of the beach and how friendly the people are.
The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. Spring type mattresses. The boiler isn't efficient. Takes too long for hot water and is pretty useless for the shower. Was hot, then went cold. No pressure at all. Caravan is too close to the tavern and can clearly hear the music and kids all night. Removed a spider, and there was damp in the Caravan. Lights not working and decking feels unsafe. There was no tea towel to dry the pots, but there were to wash up. Can't use the pans. One of them was full of rust! Bet that gets removed from the Caravan now. Disappointing really. Won't be going back and as it is I won't be recommending this Caravan. Back to the chalet park in August for me.

Caravan away from the Tavern too noisy also the caravan could have been cleaner and the electrical items checked to make sure they worked. We will definitely not go there again.

Very clean and cosy :) tv with Netflix was a bonus. Very close to the beach and shops.
Literally next to the towertavern and park so my baby struggled a little with the noise

Not a lot..... The site was ok, but description of caravan did not suffice.
I did not stay in the caravan, I paid for my daughter and her 2 children for a break. There should have been a highchair, but there wasn't. My daughter had to scrub the cot mattress. The light in the hall worked when it wanted to. The catch on the bathroom window was broken. One day there was no running water. There was no in-date gas certificate for the boiler. The bathroom mat was soaking wet on arrival.

The caravan was spacious a home from home it was situated next to the tavern where there was good entertainment and good food. We was only 10 minutes away from the town centre and the same to the beach
Not going in after the mucky sod before us who left dog poo on the veranda

A short nice 10 minute stroll into town

it’s like located on a nice park a short drive from then beach and the centre of Mablethorpe. there’s a supermarket within easy reach too. it’s dog friendly which is very helpful.
it’s next to the entertainment which we weren’t advised and there was loud music till midnight each of the 3 nights over a long weekends.
it’s dog friendly but there’s nowhere for the dogs to roam free for toileting.

The caravan was beautiful clean and comfortable close to play area and tavern if that's what you like if not wasn't noticeably loud. Local to mabelthorpe within walking distance to town Queens Park.host were very helpful and polite would go again if going to the area again.

Clean, well presented caravan, nicely located next to the club, which made us wary at first but the were no issues!
The veranda decking boards need replacing, but other than that it was fine!

Cushions in living area would have been nice. Coffee table for drinks, but other than that comfortable

Spacious caravan had plenty of room. Easy to get keys no messing about. Was good location to walk to beach.
On arrival we discovered previous people who had stayed hadn’t cleaned, had left rubbish in bags, hairs all in bathroom and dirty toilet, floors covered in bits. They had left cooking grease all over hobs and inside tray in oven. Had used disposable bbq on decking which burnt the wood and threw them underneath. Good had been left also. We just cleaned it ourselves and got on with our stay. I messaged the owners to advise as I thought they would want to know no cleaner had been in(especially in Covid times!) and what damaged to decking had been made, but shocked as didn’t seem too bothered and felt like they became quite defensive with me when all I wanted was some sympathy and an apology… didn’t get either. Shame! I will also note the caravan is literally next door to the club house, very noisy from 8pm until midnight with singers and entertainment, felt like was inside that building and kept our baby awake.so not best option if looking for a quieter getaway.

Very spacious, ideal for families and or pets. Plenty of storage, good shower and a well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to the beach and town centre.
It was a little noisy at times due to being close to the clubhouse, however that meant I was able to pick up WiFi.

Good location short walk to beach.
No facilities to recycle anything.

Location wasn't to far from the beach bit far from centre for walking but quiet
The beds had springs sticking out of them and the kitchen table cut me was all peeling off needs sorting out bit run down the chairs outside falling apart wasn't as clean as owner made out it to be either no deep cleaning was done as found dust found stuff left in the fridge smelt musky and old looks old. The sofa is more comfy then the beds probably need to spend money on it stuff left in Bath room cabinets. The gate to get on caravan does not move properly. I have a feeling they are trying to claw money back to spend on caravan was probably one of the worst caravans on the site when you look around. The owner was ridiculously rude aswell doesn't know how to deal with customers felt pushed into cancelling so they can make more money out of it and told me there parents were goung to clean it so cleaned it myself on arrival.. Out door furniture falling apart.. Because the owner was so snobby I was expecting a higher standard.. Came to Mablethorpe to look at buying caravan ourself but would spend more than what that was worth.

The site is Ideally located for access to seafront and Mablethorpe. Arrival Instructions on how to access the keys were sent out 48 hours before arrival were clear and the process was easy. The caravan was comfortable and had all the basics you need for a holiday let. It has two TV’s, one in the lounge and a second in the double bedroom. The shower and bathroom are spacious for a caravan.
The caravan is right next to the site clubhouse. It was not busy during our Monday to Friday stay but noise would be a problem especially at weekends and school holidays. Although the caravan was clean it looked tired. There was damage to kitchen cupboard doors. The decking was bouncy and the outdoor furniture had seen better days.

Bed was best 8ve slept in very comfortable , location especially next too tavern and very clean .
Could do with more slabs for path as forced onto muddy grass, this isn't a complain thou as we loved it .
