The perfect spot to stay, it is just a short walk away from everything Greenport has to offer (food, drink, shopping, a carousel). And just short drive to wineries and beaches too! Our stay here was amazing, the interior was gorgeous and clean, our host was friendly & responsive, and the neighborhood was ideal. Everything together just made for the perfect vacation. Wish we could stay all summer!

Communication - perfect
Check In - perfect
Location - perfect - walkable to everything in Greenport, including a beautiful winery outside of downtown
House was super clean, super comfortable and adorned tastefully
Hosts - super personable, friendly, accommodating and overall awesome!
And on top of that, we had a medical emergency on our final night landing us in the ER, and our hosts were so accommodating on check-out the next morning and even shipped us back some items that had been left behind given our sheer exhaustion as we packed to leave.
6 Stars, not 5. This is the go to place to stay in Greenport. We will be back on our next trip (sans the hospital visit :-))

My friend chose the house for its' charm. It was a beautifully decorated place to stay. Conveniences beyond a hotel and close to home.

Great location with short walk to village center and private parking. Well maintained Victorian home with pleasant back and front porch. One bedroom with en suite bathroom, the second bathroom is off the kitchen, thus not as convenient. Interesting art by host throughout the rental. Hosts very available and responsive. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfectly PERFECT for two college friend's annual reunion trip. Close to the village. Wonderful hosts (available but respectful of privacy). The beds were dreamy... so comfortable! We loved the wicker chairs on the porch. There were two on our side of the house for our use, as well as a table, that we pulled around to the side and reclined with our feet up on the railing... such a lazy, lovely spot with a view of the garden. This was absolutely our favorite spot.

We stayed 3 nights at this charming home. Joyce is very warm and welcoming, and the house reflects her personality. The bonus is the yard. It allowed us room for our puppy and 3 young children to play safely. Thank you Joyce and Hector!

Joyce and Hector were amazing hosts! They were very responsive and provided us with some great recommendations in the area. Their beautiful unit is very close to all you could want to see and visit in the North Fork.

A trip to Greenport never disappoints! The house was in a great location and easy walk to town. Joyce was welcoming and gracious!

The location of this home is perfect for walking to the waterfront, restaurants, and shops. It is an older home and sound travels between floors (even if its just footsteps), so we would recommend a white noise machine, especially for night time.

Charming, comfortable, convenient. A lovely, interesting house in a delightful neighborhood full of fascinating, unique homes, close to downtown. Our hosts, Joyce and Hector, have thought of everything and made our stay an effortless delight. We intend to come back here soon.

The location of the home was perfect for enjoying the Maritime festival. Just blocks from all the activities.
Also close to stores and restaurants.

The rental is a first floor of a one hundred year old two story home that was once an artist’s gallery. The furnishings are a combination of antique and modern chosen with an artistic eye. Photos for the property are accurate. Lots of room for 4 adults. Large kitchen that could use a few more cooking utensils but comfortable place to eat.

This property was perfect for our group. We were in Greenport to attend our nephew’s wedding . The wedding experience included 4
days of events. The property was a great “home base” for the activities we participated in. The house is close enough to downtown Greenport to be convenient yet not in the noise and activity of the downtown area. Joyce and Hector, our hosts, were delightful to work with, gave us great restaurant suggestions and they were even available to give us the location of a pharmacy when it was needed. I would highly recommend this location to someone planning to vacation in Greenport!

Artistic place
This property is way more than a place to stay. The rooms are furnished with all types of nice antiques, and the walls are covered with lots of beautiful artwork by Hector (the owner). The location is perfect for walking into town.

Fantastic Rental
My husband and I as well as another couple stayed at this Victorian house circa 1905. It was lovely... The hosts, Hector and Joyce were extremely accommodating and pleasant. We spent time on the back deck drinking wine and conversing. It is very close to the town itself, restaurants, shopping and a short ride to the public beach. What a relaxing vacation!

Hands Down, Best Part of our Vacation was this Home!
First, Joyce and Hector are two of the kindest, most friendly and helpful, and welcoming people I've ever encountered. Second, the location of this home is PRIME: a short 3-4 block walk to the water and Front Street, right on Main Street. The home is a former art gallery, so it is so cute and impeccably decorated. We stayed here with our 18mo daughter (bring your own pack 'n play) and in-laws, who came with us to babysit as we went to a wedding! We had the best time and will definitely come back! Thank you, Joyce and Hector!

We absolutely loved our stay with Joyce and Hector in Greenport! Super nice hosts and the space was amazing! You have the run of the ground floor, which was a former art gallery. Hector is an artist and a lot of his original work is in the apartment. Really short walk to downtown Greenport. Couldn't recommend more highly! Planning on many return trips.Dave and Joan
