Not much

The facility has a great receptionist doing his best, but it is clearly understaffed. The resort is not finished, leaving many things untidy and not working properly. Checking cost us an hour (!). The appartments are really warm (24 deg), without decently working thermostate.

Fast check in. Modern design. Full Kitchen tools.

I found hair in the bed. Dishes have been forgotten in dishe washer. The location is far away from Voss.

Use the hotel rooms not the apartment suites in the office season

This was a difficult property to find because name on booking .com address and address wrong to maps. There is a large beautiful hotel on the site which has reasonably priced rooms but I was given as the ‘best’ option an apartment suite. It was a ski cabin way away from the main building with no atmosphere. The bed was too big for the room and there was no soap. It was expensive and impractical for the summer season. Wished the hotel reception could have told me or allowed me to change to the hotel. They said after I’d paid it was ‘too late’.

Nice apartment! You can pay for a very good breakfast.

The apartment was very nice. You could pay for breakfast, which was very good. The apartment was roomy and had a balcony. They were also quiet.

The front door didn't lock. We had to pick up a package of linens and make our own beds and then return the linens in the morning. Also, they had a list of fines for breaking the rules.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr Khalil Agha was an excellent beginning at the front desk, very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. We extended our stay because of his help. Thank you, Khalil!

Pleasant

It was a very comfotable place with good food. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. It is a very nice place. I really liked the apartment and place.

Our wi-fi didn't work. And no one came to fix it. It was mentioned that not all apartments provide wifi. We paid a full price, meaning our stay came with linens but we had to fix it ourselves. It was not the easiest thing to do after all the travelling and arriving late with small children. Also, the linens provided were for single beds but there were double beds that needed double bed linen. Lucky i had my own linens with me. We also had an issue with the key code on the apartment main door. After carrying our luggage to the second floor, the code was incorrect and we had to switch apartments. Not an easy feat with tired, young children.

Popular ski resort with good facilities; easy check-in, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable room

Unit was recently and somewhat hastily built, on edge of main building complex in a high density housing area. No view.
