Pulizia della camera e aria condizionata
Stanza e bagno piccolo (lavandino dentro la doccia). Non c'era un armadio ma le camice ho dovuto appenderle sui muri. Colazione molto limitata.

Perfect location for the release Athena festival. Good value for money, easy check in, and lovely staff!
The room is in need of minor renovations/maintenance as there are some holes and cracks in the walls of the room and bathroom.
I did book late check out, but once I got there they told me they couldn’t do it, but it’s ok things happen :) I at least got 1 extra hour and got to check in an hour early too.

Clean room, very nice staff, appropriate breakfast. Good safe, nice reastaurants and public transport very close. Really thoughtful staff, they wrote "have a nice trip" to our "breakfast bags" in our language. We were very happy to see it. :)
It is ok for only short travels as you don't have any kind of shelves or wardrobe. If you don't bring too much clothes/any items,it can be perfect :)

Decent hotel, nice and cool lobby, amazingly friendly staff. Was super kind to check me in earlier than expected which ws very kind!
In a location with good busses and trams to the beaches and other spots.
A small Lift, accessible after a couple of steps
Mattress a bit hard and bathroom a little tight.
Otherwise really good value

The service and staff were EXCELLENT! It's in a really safe part of Athens and a small bus trip to the Acropolis with a bus stop right next to the hotel, the beds were very comfortable with a great shower at an ever better price point!

Even though we arrived earlier to the hotel they had a room for us ready.
Breakfasts were nothing special but it was good enough for a good start for the day.
Good restaurants near the hotel - we even found something vegan which we appreciated.
Bus stop in front of the hotel - right to the city center.
The personal was very kind to us for the whole duration - they let us store our luggage after the check out.
We even got some tips for our next trip to Crete from the receptionist who was born there and had a beatiful holiday thanks to these tips!

The location the cleanliness
No closet no shampoo the wooden frame difficult to get in bed or get out. No chair. The bathroom waste should be emptied daily. Not recommended for older or American people.

Nothing was likeable for the price they charge and the location they are in. The ONLY thing likeable was that property is a new construction
Everything else is really bad...it is horrible
1. Breakfast is SAME everyday, the hotel is almost outside city
2. There is no Room service, forget food, i was very thirsty and landed late in night. I asked for water at the reception and they refused, the lady said she cannot get water for me as they do not have any room service staff. There no water bottles in the hotel...I had to go out, walk, purchase water and then drink
3. The staff at reception is SUPER rude and uncaring, even basic professional atitude is missing...I asked some city related information and she said she don't know......plain on the face....only one receptionist who serves in morning is helpful
4. There was a guy in night shift, I landed on a taxi late night and I had no Euros left but only US dollars unfortunately. I requested this guy at reception to pay the taxi driver 9 euros of his bill and charge it to my card or pay cash and i will return it as first thing in morning when I get exchange. He refused to help in anyway, neither pay, nor charge my card....i asked him to keep $100 cash and return the change whenever he can before I check out..he refused everything
5. Story goes on.....He asked the driver to come and collect the cash next day, the next day I was out in city and the driver reached, this reception guy called me and asked me where I am...when I told i am in city he literally started shouting at me and said I should be more responsible and should reach hotel immediately to pay the taxi guy ?????....what the hell was that....he spoke to me as if i am his servant
6. The washroom is so small that when you take a shower the water will spill and enter your room..no kidding
7. I got late in my check out by 45 mins, the lady told me that she is being nice by not charging my card for 20% of room rent
I work for consulting and travel far and wide but I haven't seen such a ridiculous, arrogant and unfriendly behaviour.

In enjoyed my stay in Convo. Breakfast was delicious. Location of the hotel was good, close to tram stop, although a bit further from city center. Small fridge in the room was useful.
There could be more hangers in the room, a nightstand next to both beds and two chairs (not only one) would be nice.

Very clean and tidy hotel, next to bus and tram stations. very handy to commute to and from the city and surrounding
