⭐️ We continuously put tremendous effort into maintaining the property at the highest standards to provide a unique and comfortable experience for our guests. Therefore, we have set a list of House Rules to ensure the guests' comfortable stay, safety, compliance with local regulations, and the cabin's integrity. Please take a moment to carefully review. This cabin is also our beloved vacation home; please treat it with respect.

🔹House Rules🔹

In order to make your stay enjoyable, as well as for those guests that come after your stay, we would appreciate if you would take a note of the following Rules:

• Must be at least 25 years old to book. If the primary guest has less than five previous stays through VRBO, a lease and insurance are required. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

• No parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Violating this rule is subject to a $750 fee plus a $250 cleaning fee for unauthorized large parties. We may allow some events on a case by case basis. Follow the local unwritten rule of quiet enjoyment from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily.

• Respect the maximum number of guests noted in your reservation. Any big group of 8+ people must get prior approval and we will need to know the exact group size no later than 2 days prior the check-in date. This property is equipped with a device that continuously monitors the number of guests. Violation of this rule is subject to a $300 per night for each unclaimed guest.

• Your safety matters. This property features a total of four security cameras, above the main entryways, and the back deck located near the hot tub. They do not look into any interior spaces and are used for security purposes only. Guests are prohibited from disconnecting the wi-fi, unplugging, or obstructing the cameras in any way. Violations of this section of the rules is subject to a $3,000 fine.

• No pets allowed on the property. Violation of this section of the rules is subject to a $750 fine, plus extra $250 cleaning fee will be applied.

• No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house at any time. Violation of this section of the rules is subject to a $750 fine, plus extra $250 cleaning fee will be applied.

• Please take the shoes off inside the house. We provide slippers for your convenience.

• The Sweet Cabin has Hot Tub rules, procedures, and precautions that must be strictly followed to ensure Renter's safety, as well as useful enjoyment during your stay.
The hot tub is serviced and set to 80 degrees Fahrenheit prior to Renter's arrival. Please, make sure to turn the temperature dial up to the desired temperature three to four hours before using to allow the water enough time to warm up and back to 80 degrees Fahrenheit after use.
Maximum of five guests at a time are allowed in the Hot Tub.
Hot Tub left dirty or abused will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee.
Do not sit or stand on the Hot Tub cover. Any damage to the Hot Tub Cover will result in a $800 replacement fee.
Violations of the Hot Tub policies may result in an additional charge of $1000.
Recommended Hot Tub time is 20 minutes.
Children under the age of 16, pregnant women, and persons with heart conditions or skin sensitivities should not use the Hot Tub. Remove all jewelry before entering the Hot Tub. The Host is not responsible for death or injury caused by the use of the Hot Tub. When you open the Hot Tub cover, you are responsible for the health and safety of all guests present. A security camera is located above the deck and is used for safety purposes and in case of an incident only.

• Instructions regarding Renter's use of the Sauna can be received from the host via phone call. The Sweet Cabin has Sauna rules, procedures, and precautions that must be strictly followed to ensure Renter's safety, as well as useful enjoyment during your stay.
Violations of the Sauna policies may result in an additional charge of $1000.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the Sauna at any time. When using the Sauna, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
**Please let us know if you are not planning to use Hot Tub and Sauna and we may offer a discount for your stay**

• Do not leave wet towels on wood surfaces.

• Use the 1-ply toilet paper supplied. Flushing any other items will seriously damage the septic system and affect your stay.

• Please use the washer/dryer not more than 2 cycles per day. We need to care for our septic system.

• Use only the solar and battery-operated candles. Open flame candles are prohibited. Any pyrotechnics are prohibited.

• Use the fire pit at your own risk. State law requires use of local wood only.

• Please use care while using rocking chairs next to the main entrance to avoid damaging log siding or sliding doors.

• Keep the garage door closed at night. Bears are out there.

• Please close all windows and doors when it’s raining.

🔸 Starter cleaning kit is located under the main kitchen sink with several trash bags, paper towels, all-purpose cleaner, and dish soap. A First Aid Kit is located in the left-side tall kitchen cabinet.

🔸 Trash & recycling: Please use trash bags inside of all trash bins throughout the entire house including the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. When these are full please place the trash bags and recycling in the large containers in the garage.

🔸 Do not leave any food, beverage or trash outside. Wild life is out there.

🔸 Report any damage to the house immediately to VRBO and email the property manager with your claim number so that it is documented.


🔹Prior to vacating property🔹

• Please strip all beds of linen but please do not remove the mattress protectors from the mattresses. Please place all linen and towels near the washer/dryer.

• Please remove all household trash & recycling; please remove all food items from the refrigerator and cabinets. Place all trash bags in the large containers located in the garage.

• Vacate the property in the morning by 10:00am and please close all windows and doors, and shut off all the lights inside of the house and outside when departing. The housekeepers will arrive promptly.
