🏢 This superb loft decorated in an industrial style is spacious, quiet and bright.
It is composed of
- a beautiful living room;
- a fully equipped open kitchen;
- a spacious bedroom on the first floor;
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower;
- separate toilet, for more comfort :).

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom upstairs with a 160 bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is equipped with fans, for the hot summer nights.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities in the flat, such as a TV, free wifi, kitchen facilities, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

It is located on the ground floor, at the back of a courtyard but is nevertheless very bright, and enjoys a nice quiet location for the city centre.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍Situated in the hyper centre district of Grenoble, 2 steps from the train station in a quiet street, It is a very lively district, rich in shops and restaurants of all kinds: a supermarket, a tobacconist's, a bakery, a pharmacy 5 minutes away on foot.
The historical centre of the town with its pedestrian streets, its many shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
The daily market of the Estacade nearby is a real plus.

🚌 Getting around:
To get around, tram lines A, B and E stop "Alsace-Lorraine" are 3 minutes walk from the building!
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
