Mauvaise nuit !

Pas prevenus à notre arrivée que la chambre etait pourvu de 2 lits simples au lieu d' un lit double. (A priori , il ne restait plus que celle là alors que lors de la commande c' était noté lit double) pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bains. Ni de produits comme à minima du savon. Pas de lampe de chevets... bref confort très médiocre avec en prime une mauvaise nuit pour un couple notamment pour mon conjoint de 1m95 et 100 kg dans 1 mini petit lit.....

It was very pleasant we had a good base from which to visit the numerous churches and sights of Bézi

this was very good and filling..often they are over p riced in other hotels,but here it was just right.small and intimate space .

'Didn't like the terrace Joining up with the terrace of the next room- this could be a safety problem really...

Potentially charming but needs some upgrading. Nice staff & breakfast.

The breakfast was the best thing about it! Fresh bread, croissants, pain chocolat and a big choice of other things

The wall of the room were not soundproofed & a neighbour was loudly on his phone all evening. The bed had a plastic sheet on it which I had to remove in order to get some sleep

Everything was fine ..

Did not have breakfast ,but the location was good for me not to far from the train station and the buses.

Nothing is ever perfect ,you get what you pay for.

Superb

Very helpful people, clean rooms and comfortable bed. He offered to store our bicycles securely and got up early just to assist us with departure. Highly recommended

Very good

Very good location. Very clean and comfortable.

No one was there to let me in when I arrived. The advertising about breakfast wasn't the reality....no one was in reception until 2pm.

I only stayed one night ,I was on my way to Saint Chinian

the location was good near everything you need ,just a short walk from the station and the bus. A nice park nearby to sit in the shade .About a ten minute walk from the station ,the only problem is it is uphill quite steep.

For the cost the location was good ,very basic room but everything you need

Very good

The room was exceptionally clean. If you're a tourist, the location couldn't be more convenient, in the center of Béziers, close to the station and main attractions. The staff was courteous and overall I had a good stay. The room is very simple and the bathroom is rather small, but it's a good cost-befit ratio by all means.

Terrible nights sleep, but good location. Its a trade off for the price!

Good location, a little out of the centre, but that meant it was quiet and only a few mins from the expensive hotels.

The beds were terrible and the walls felt like they are made from cardboard. Take ear plugs and hope you dont get a bed where two people roll into the middle. Terrible nights sleep, but would take much to rectify it.

Very tidy, great location, helpful staff

The room was too cold, the heating wasn't working. The light bulb in the bathroom was barely working.

Poor

The bed was so small that it could barely fit 2 people and we aren't even that big. Room was so noisy even with windows closed. And lastly we left our bags after checkout because our train was in the afternoon and 40 mins left to our train,we were banging on the door like mad people and there was nobody inside to answer the door or the phone .we barely caught our train when someone magically appeared from outside

Reasonable value for money, but don't expect luxury!

Located in the centre of town. Everything close and easy to get to. Public transport close by as well.

The mattress was very old, and everything was quite dated.
