Good stay and value for your money

Great location, a few minutes walk to the archeological site and about 7 min walk from the train to MP. At the reception we managed easily to arrange the private tour for our needs which was also a great experience

Hospedagem regular, não vale o preço cobrado.

Localização excelente, bem próxima da praça principal. Tem mercados, restaurantes e farmácias bem próximos. Quartos e banheiros grandes e bem limpos. Cama enorme (Super King).

Atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, não localizavam a ficha de hospedagem. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Por foto o hotel parece ser bem mais bonito.

I would recommend this hotel based on it's cleanliness, huge rooms and perfect location!!

The location of this hotel was perfect, the train station is a 5 min walk down the street, the ruins & market were close as well. We missed out on the breakfast due to early departures.

The staff was slow getting us into our room and barely spoke English. They were very kind but seemed a little disorganized.

Excellent choice, couldn’t be more pleased

Staff was wonderful. Stored luggage in a secure location while we did a 7 day trek. Upon return for 1 night our luggage was waiting for us in our room upon arrival back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were beautiful, clean and very short walk to the archeological site. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! I would recommend!

The balcony view is beautiful. The breakfast is good! The room had nice amenities, like a heater, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and comfortable linens.

Several ants in the bathroom….it didn’t bother me much but I can see it being a big no for some folks.

Location, clean room and nice patio

Unfortunately the price is a little excessive for the quality of the services: no hot water, no tv (reading from other reviews, it's pretty common in this hotel that they don't work), poor WiFi, at the beginning really cold room (we had to insist twice to turn the heating on), average breakfast. This is a family business hotel with all the pro and cons, but with a price of a luxury one, especially if compared with Peruvian standards. We give a 6, but to be honest we don't think that the quality/price ratio is actually sufficient.. We wish you all the best for improving your services, because the hotel is actually really pretty and the owners/workers friendly.

Terrible and unprofessional experience, AVOID!

The decor and location next to the river was nice

The room wasn't ready by our agreed check-in time. They were very unresponsive when trying to ask about a transfer to their hotel. The water in the bathroom was not functioning in for the first day. The front desk staff seemed stressed and wouldn't answer our questions. The tour they booked us was overpriced and very rushed. Someone named Derek reached out after first providing feedback to yell at me that I was wrong about my review. That really made the whole stay quite terrible. Avoid if you can! Update: Derek sent another message calling me evil and threatening me, this place is quite unsafe!

Best stay in Ollantaytambo.

I liked everything about the property, specially the views, the pictures of the property doesn’t reflect the AMAZING views you have in front of your room. Also, the attentions were excellent.

Beautifully located hotel in historic Incan town

Staff were very nice and even helped us contract a taxi to Cusco at the end of our stay for S/15 each (£3/€2.50/$2.50~). Food was good in the surrounding restaurants. Room was very nice.

Not much to do in Ollantaytambo so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 or 3 nights.

The hotel staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable,and we loved them for their assistance.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Temple of the Sun and the Main Plaza, with a 15 minute walk to the train station. There are lots of good places to eat very near.

I found it all delightful.

Excellent bed, comfortable bedroom, excellent location near to the station and Plaza de Armas, very quiet. A plus is take your breakfast viewing the Inca ruins. Derek and his staff always ready to help.

Fantastic staff consisting of really pleasant people. The rooms are great, the view is amazing, and the bed is really comfortable :) P.S. one of the rare hotels that understands that you don't want to use TV to watch the cable, but to connect your laptop to it. For this, HDMI cabel is already provided :)
