The location, the home, the setting are all lovely, but probably not in the heat of the summer with no AC on the upper floor where the bedrooms are located.

Clean, convenient to Bolton Valley/Stowe/Smugglers Notch ski areas, very very well stocked and so comfortable. Great sunset views over Camel's Hump. We so appreciate that this property is rentable. Thank you again!

How was large, kitchen had all the things you would need. Very clean. Views were amazing. Close to Stowe. We had a really nice time.

In the mountains, 80 miles from Canada, 30 miles from Burlington and Lake Champlain, 12 miles from Stowe, and fun things in between. The house feels like an upscale home. Wood floors welcome your feet, a gas stove keeps you warm in the spring (we came in March), and their beds were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The house gives you space to stretch out, the grocery store is less than 10 miles away and natural food stores are closer. We enjoyed our stay as a family (9, 15, 25, and mom and dad), enjoy your stay!

Loved the place and the location. Easy to get to 89 and Bolton Valley and equally easy to head into Stowe.
Beautiful views on 3 sides on a lovely piece of land.

First off, I manage a property belonging to New England Inns and Resorts and Select Registry in CT. Standards being met is my job. 91 Vista Dr. was exactly as described and more. The views are spectacular! And it is a very private setting. The house is spacious and well laid out for entertaining. The kitchen has every need met to cook. I prefer a Waterbury address. You get the best of both worlds. Visit Stowe of course but avoid the traffic by staying in Waterbury. The views are amazing. And get some warm cider donuts from Cold Hollow(3 min.drive) to bring back to the family in the AM. VISIT 91 Vista Dr. Ellen

This house has amazing views from Sunset to Sunset. The house was immaculate and welcoming. We were there for a business retreat and the house fit our needs perfectly.

Wonderful place, lots of space in and around home. Great location for Stowe sightseeing, or just relaxing in the countryside. Kept up really well and homey. Only cons: entryway was pretty musty smelling, needed more blankets for cooler nights, and curtains/blinds needed for master bedroom. Other than that, we loved it!

Plenty of room for all - finished lower level, maitained and decent kitchen. Wifi was a bit slow. There are no blinds in the (6) master bedroom windows.

The house was beautiful inside and out. The views were absolutely stunning and the flat huge yard was perfect. We lived everything about this house and how stocked up everything was for us to use. The location was just perfect, 10 mins to downtown Stowe and 10 mins to Waterbury historic district, our two favorite locations. The Center Chains Disc Golf course is 5 minutes back roads and was so much fun to play at. Will be renting this house again in the future.

Great spacious home and nothing beats the back deck and the view. Such a convenient location. Would love to return! Thank you for the memories!

Family home on private property with Mountain View’s and gardens. Full kitchen. Basement laundry. Basement family room cool. Fans upstairs. One dining room AC. Piano not working. Flies came in often. We plan to rent there again.

Perfect size family house
The house was a great size for family and the perfect location. Everyone had their own space to relax. Very peaceful with beautiful views. There are a few things that could use attention. The twin room upstairs could use another window shade, only has 1. Bathroom could use a window shade since there is a house next door and some kind of ventilation would be nice. Plants were very dry and leaves falling off every where so I watered them. The floors are very creaky downstairs and hard to walk quietly... The kitchen stove was great but one of the knobs is starting to strip and can be difficult to start the burner... The big couch in TV room, the reclining ends do not work easily and one side has a broken off handle so you can’t open it. Overall the house was very nice and would recommend to others. Just a little more attention to details and a spring cleaning throughout. I’m in the cleaning business myself and I want to make everyone’s stay perfect!!!

Cozy, clean, well stocked, convenient to Stowe & Sugarbush
Like staying at your favorite uncle's house while he and his family are away. You know this is a well-loved home when there is a small plaque commemorating the family dog. The kitchen had everything except pint-size glasses (for beer drinkers who like that sort of thing). I mean, even a Cuisinart was in the pantry!
The entryway was perfect for storing our ski gear so as not to track it through the house. The TV room had plenty of seating area though we couldn't locate a DVD player but easily could have connected a computer for that (and who uses DVDs any more anyway amirite).
The king bed was super comfortable and it looked like the pillows were brand new. Our sons (21 and 23) seemed comfortable in the respective bedrooms. They could have used the downstairs full bathroom but we found it easy and convenient to just use the one upstairs.
The issue with falling blinds seems to have been taken care of. There were no window coverings in the master bedroom when we stayed, but 1. in the unlikely event that someone is walking on the property there isn't a way to see into the room, and 2. it was lovely to wake up to natural light and a view of the mountains (you can see Mt Mansfield when it is clear).
Please tell the owners thank you for sharing their home.

The perfect house in the perfect setting
Everything about this home is phenomenal. from the layout to the kitchen equipment. We felt instantly at home and the surroundings could not be more majestic. Beautiful views of the mountains, and a short drive to Stowe in one direction, and Waterbury and Montpelier in the other. We will definitely be rebooking for next year!

Close to Stowe, downtown Waterbury, Montpelier, and Burlington. Tons of restaurants to choose from and ski areas for those into skiing. House had everything we could ask for.

Great home for families!
This was a great home to bring my family and dog to that is close to everything that you want with little kids!

lovely home
We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the blinds in the master bedroom are held up with tape and velcro and fall down regularly. They really need to be screwed in so that the guests don't have to deal with them falling down in the middle of the night.

Beautiful home, beautiful property
The home is comfortable and well equipped, the views are beautiful. A note to the owners, Instructions for the thermostat should be available for guests. The control is actually on the wall where the piano is. There is another more visible thermostat on the wall between the kitchen and living room that is the main control and is locked and is not used to control temp. Also there should be instructions as to where to place recyclables and dispose of compost items, as well as trash bags when full. One last thing, for cleaning staff, the shower curtain liner upstairs needs to be replaced, it’s way past due.

Vermont in the fall
Lovely, comfortable, well appointed home. Plenty of room inside and outside. Located in a very quiet location not far from town. Great views of surrounding hills that were beautiful in the fall.

Remote Getaway
Property was very near Stowe, Waterbury, and Chestertown. Large property with nice deck in back but weather was not conducive to sitting outside. One evening we did see several deer in the field in back. The home is outside of town on a small private road so try to arrive in the dark the first time! Kitchen had large pantry with any small appliance you would need. On the counter was a small bin for composting food waste because apparently that is a new law in Vermont. But we were there for 4 nights and the fruit flies had found the compost bin by then. Perhaps a way to dispose of the food waste. And was there a way to recycle our cans and plastic? Master bedroom was large with a VERY high bed. Get ready to jump into bed! Another suggestion - provide better TP. It was tissue paper thin.

Great Views
We enjoyed the beautiful views surrounding this house, while the kids enjoyed the views on the large TV watching Netflix.

Stunning
The home was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. A kitchen a cook will truly appreciate! The beds were awesome. Best night sleep ever! I wish I knew the mattress...I would buy it tomorrow! Neighborhood is quiet but close to anything you might need. I would definitely stay again!

Spring skiing at Stowe
Since UVM did not offer a spring break for their students we decided to come up and visit our daughter and stay locally. We planned a few days skiing and the weather afforded us one day that we could ski. It was important for us to find a rental that excepted pets as we brought along her puppy so she can see her. We enjoyed the house and all its amenities. Our one suggestion would be to add curtains to the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom

Cozy, quiet and clean Vermont getaway
Great little house in Vermont in a quiet location between Waterbury Center and Stowe. Reasonably close to Stowe for ski access. Very well cleaned. Use of one side of the garage is nice. Great outdoor space for kids to play in the snow. Gas stove in kitchen and nice refrigerator. Kitchen supplies are marginal in selection and quality but enough. Bedrooms are nice and extra space in basement is a plus. I would consider bringing your own pillows. There are a nice washer and dryer pair which is a plus for a ski week. Propane heating stove in living room is terrific! We have stayed there a couple of times and will again.

Excellent Place to Stay with Amazing Views
All the things are almost perfect about this property- Location, View, Facilities, etc. However, there are few minor things that could be included/improved for even better stay.
1. Heat could be kept at a higher level in the house instead of a fixed schedule on nest.
2. Include few games and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table, board games, etc.
I would recommend Vacasa as they helped me on few issues and were available at all times.

Excellent Home!
Very happy with our experience with this house! It's in a great location with close proximity to Bolton Valley and Stowe. The Ben & Jerry's factory it's just a couple miles away and there is plenty of other activities for non-skiers in the area. The house is very clean, well-equipped and stocked. There are great views of the mountains, including camels hump right out the back door. We will definitely be back.
