We enjoyed our stay in Big Sky! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We had deer that walked behind the house and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, making cooking a breeze. Would definitely reccomend this house for your Big Sky adventures.

Nice location. Property feels aged. Limited amount of dishes/pots/pans etc. expect to get exactly the amount of dishes for the amount of # of people on rental. We got exactly 6 plates and 6 bowls to work with. Be aware of high cleaning fees. Fireplace and pool were nice.

This location is amazing- so close to the ski resort and just up the road from restaurants and shops. Plenty of room in the house for 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Very dirty. My sons who have lived in not very nice campus housing even thought it was dirty. Some of the issues --Dead fly in the windowsill when I opened the blinds, vents in bathroom full of dust, electric heaters full of dust, heater in downstairs bathroom did not work, drywall left on floor next to where refrigerator had been installed and should have been vacuumed, dirty oven, dirt all over baseboards and had not been wiped down in who knows how long, super thick dirt/dust behind toilets, shower curtains that looked like they were from 2000, cobwebs on pot and pan hanging holder in kitchen, dishwasher not secured into cabinet and tipped out when you loaded/unloaded it, pillows like rocks in downstairs bedroom, throw pillows that smelled like dust, kitchen trash can had crud in it at the bottom, and also when you removed the trash can inner liner there was more ick including some paperwork from 2022. Electric baseboard heat in living area did not work well, very cold floors and draft by slider, even tho outside temps were moderate by Big Sky standards, Mr. Coffee coffee maker may be original issue from 1970 and made horrible coffee even using high quality cof. I bought new Cuisinart at Ace. 3 garbage bags and 4 dishwasher pods for a week stay -- I could have called for more but that is a hassle -- unit should have been stocked with more to begin with. Toiletries and dish soap not environmentally friendly in mini bottles, too much waste/plastic. Hot tub was nice.

This home was great for our family. Clean and perfect location to get to our Big Sky activities as well as getting to Yellowstone a couple of days. We didn’t get shampoo in one of the bathrooms and the company brought some right out. Would definitely recommend.

A very relaxing home for a terrific vocation!
We got our family together for a vacation and we chose this location. It snowed most of the week. But this home was the perfect place for the us all to meet and speed a relaxing week together, enjoying fantastic meals fixed in the well-equipped kitchen, and BBQ, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi, or playing board games around the big table, or just having fun with our two toddlers. Because of snow we never made it to Yellowstone, and we asked the family if anyone was disappointed, and no one was, instead they were raving about the great time we had at the house.

Great location after skiing!
Wonderful home with a lot of space to spread out and large beds for sleeping. Highly recommend in the winter for a place to stay after skiing and is also so close to Town Center for food and drinks. Just as a heads up - if you wish to use the hot tub, start heating it up as soon as you can because it takes time!

Cozy Big Sky Chalet
My wife and I traveled to Big Sky for the first time with 2 other couples. We stayed in this cozy townhome, which is located a couple minutes from the Big Sky town center.
Our stay was 7 nights. The private hot tub just off the back of the property was one of the best and most enjoyed features after a long day of skiing.
We cooked in one night, and were happy to find ample cookware and utensils provided.
Overall the property was a great place to spend our first trip to Big Sky! The location was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to stretch our legs.

Beautiful
From the moment we walked in it felt like home. When we arrived the lights were on, heater on, and the hot tub ready to go. We picked Big Sky as our home base and went to visit Yellowstone, and Bozeman. There is a few local markets but we knew that already and hit up a grocery store before we drove in. There is a easy trail near by complete with water fall and the town center is near by as well. Very nice home.

Beautiful and spacious townhouse
We had a multi-generational week-long trip planned to Big Sky and Yellowstone. The townhouse was perfect for our needs as it provided enough space for communal gatherings as well as individual/private space for all the users. We consisted of two grandparents, one adult parent and one 14 year old grandson. Great location - with proximity to town center, and it was about a 1 hour drive to Yellowstone - not far, given how incredibly busy the national park was this summer (2021). We would stay again.

Great Vacation
Condo was clean, spacious and just right for our family. First time to Big Sky. Proximity to village and hiking was convenient. Communication with the property management company was good. Would rent here again. Thanks

My first Vrbo stay, Big Sky Montana 58 Candlelight Meadow Condoo
- Garage access for my vehicle was blocked by an old frig.
- On the surface cleanliness seemed okay, but a deep cleaning is indeed required, sticky food preparation gone bad left on floor, utility room could use some attention, cobwebs [a few] up to ~ 3 feet hanging from vaulted ceiling. Washer and dryer room also could stand to be deep cleaned as towels and cleaning supplies were retrieved from behind the machines.
- Daughter experienced a rash from bed sheets, thought it may have been bed bugs, [recommend a bed frame versus floor installation]. A few doses of Benadryl and a good washing of sheets seemed to get rid of rash.
- Kitchen utensils could stand a good cleaning along with knife sharpening. We were checking and cleaning prior to use.
- Hope the house inspection went well, as we were unaware of this request until the day of house inspection.
- Would recommend installation of ceiling fans to assist in cooling of house at night as daytime temperatures heated the house. Or the installation of air conditioning would do the trick to alleviate the high temperatures.
- Master bedroom had a switched fan which included the light, may want to consider hiring a competent electrician to wire fan and light separate, kind of difficult to sleep with a light on in the heat.
- Kitchen lighting could be enhanced with some more lumens, kind of dimly lit.
- Dining room furniture could use some repair as chairs are coming apart. Table could use a refinishing.
- Over all a fair experience, would recommend shopping around for better accommodations for the price even though it was a holiday week.

Beautiful property
Very nice property that was comfortable for our family. No air conditioning was a little stuffy during hot days, but every night cooled down nicely. Would stay again for sure.

Great house, great location, but needs cleaning.
Overall we were satisfied, however the extra bedrooms did not have a bed frame(just sitting on the floor). It did not appear that the house was properly cleaned: glasses were not clean, dirty sheets, dirty showers, and the previous visitors clothes still in the drawers. The house was pretty and in a great location. Shopping & Dining within minutes. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking !!!

A Wonderful thanksgiving Holiday in Big Sky
This was the most well-appointed condo that we have ever stayed in. It had everything! The location was fantastic (close to Big Sky Town Center and Ousel Falls park)! The staff at Ascend was very helpful, courteous, and first-rate. We highly recommend this unit. We would certainly return again!

Great location by City Center
We had a great stay and loved the location. Hot tub cover was a little difficult to use, but we got used to it. Only the most minor issues with the place but never took away from enjoyment. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great Location
This condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the Ouzel Falls Trailhead, close to golf course, and close to downtown restaurants. The hot tub is large and in a secluded spot. Great views in the back for dining.

Great vacation!
This condo was very conveniently located. Everything was clean.
The management company was VERY responsive to the one issue that we did have and we were impressed with them. Overall our stay here was pleasant and I would stay again.
We did have some observations though and suggestions of improvements that could be made.
1. The cover for the hot tub is ancient and in very bad shape - it is impossible for 1 person to put it back on once it is removed. The management company is aware and I believe they do have intentions to replace it.
2. There is no plastic drink ware at all. I would recommend a couple of plastic cups to use while in/around the hot tub.
3. The furniture in the living room is not very cozy or comfortable. After a long day of whatever activities, there really isn't a comfortable spot to relax. (the decor is a bit schizophrenic - there is asian inspired, beach inspired, retro vibes, industrial inspired all mixed together) We did not go for the decorating and it did lend for interesting conversations, but a couple of comfortable chairs would go a long way.
Overall, this was a perfectly nice place to stay and we really enjoyed our time here.

Nice but updates needed
The property was nice and nicely decorated. Not too far from a town and tourist places. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We had a ok stay mostly. The neighborhood was a little loud 2 of the nights we stayed but it seemed to be others who were outta town guests too.
The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked. The fridge was clean but had several dents in it on the outside.
The patio had a grill, table, plenty of seating, fire pit and a hot tub. Our only issue outside was the hot tub cover lid was broken on one side and did not attach to the arm so taking the cover on and off was very very difficult. Because of this we only used the tub 2 nights of our stay because we didn't want to deal with the lid, and this was part of the reason i selected this property was the hit tub.
The inside of the house was nice but you could tell it needed some updates. The TV stand and end tables weren't dusted for some time, the remote controls to all the TV weren't there so the TV in the bedrooms really couldn't be used or could the DVD player. The couch in the living room was nice but had a big hole in one of the cushions.
Up in the master bedroom there were wires sticking out of the ceiling, one of the lamps didn't work and both sinks hardly drained. Thankfully there were more than enough bathrooms to brush your teeth in. Lol. There also were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms which was a bit inconvenient so we just used plastic bags from the store.
We were told there was firewood on property to use in the fire pit but there was very little so we had to buy our own.
To our biggest surprise the house did not have air condition. It was hot when we stayed and now i know why they had a lot of fans in the house. I did not see any mention of no AC on the description and it would have been nice to know because I would have chosen a different property for sure.
My only other issue was that I contacted the property mgmt. On our 2nd day to let them know if the problems we saw and the hot tub lid. I got no response from anyone for our whole stay or even after which I really would have appreciated. The property company answered my questions before we got there but we're completely absent after we got to the property. I honestly wouldn't stay here again. We were really disappointed in several things, even tho the property was ok for the stay.

Great location!
Very nice location as we had activities all around Big Sky for a wedding. Clean property that doesn’t back up to a busy road like some of the other condos do. Loved the hot tub and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

We extended our stay another day!
This was an awesome property and location. The views were amazing, it was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Some constructive feedback that I would give for the homeowner would be for there to be trash cans in each bathroom, a more comprehensive guide for the property (TV’s, hot tub etc.), all TV remotes to be present , available replacement liners for the kitchen trash, and all of the lightbulbs to be working. We really enjoyed being here so much we extended our stay!

Great location for Big Sky vacation stay
We had a great stay at this property. Only issue is that we arrived to a unit that had not been cleaned between rentals which was disappointing. The cleaners finally showed up and we left for dinner while they cleaned the unit. Ascend did address the issue which was appreciated. Property location was very convenient to shopping and only a 10-15 minute drive to the mountain. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Experience!
We loved it, can't say enough about the whole experience. Was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Adam the property manager was easy / great to work with. We've stayed in many vacation spots over the years and this was certainly one of the better experiences.
Five stars!!!

Short but sweet stay
We had a very nice stay. The house is comfortable although some of the furniture in the dining & living areas could use some updating. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient to the town center as well as skiing (even though we only skied one day thanks to Covid-19!!).
