Enjoyed this place every single day, would highly recommend to stay there

- amazingly helpful staff available 24/7 - nice pool - yummy breakfasts with good variety - spacious rooms - value for money - soigné territory We needed a working space and asked hotel staff if it was possible to find some table. In few minutes the table was in our room. Our luggage was carried from the car to the room during the check in and in an opposite direction during our check out. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and smiling every time I saw them. It made us feel comfortable and cozy like home. There is a good variety of breakfasts which were tasty and pretty affordable. Al a cart menu was quite good as well. So there is no need to go to a caffe or a restaurant/varung, The hotel is not big so mainly we were alone at the pool, it was never crowded. The room cleaning was offered everyday with towels and bed linens change, and bottled water was provided in daily basis. Price is pretty affordable compare y to similar properties in the area. We will definitely return back to Mudru resort once again in Ubud.

Quite and nice place to stay for a few days

Had an awesome time at this resort in Bali! The staff were so cool and made me feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was tasty. The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool was really nice as well!

Quite a few geckos around, but well, it is nature, and they are harmless.

Buen hospedaje ideal para parejas. Un oasis en Ubud

Excepcional. Especial mención a Rai y Jun y a todo el personal siempre disponibles con una gran sonrisa. Habitaciones cómodas y lugar muy íntimo. Arriendo de motos en el mismo hotel. Buen desayuno. Recomendado. Ideal para parejas o familias pequeñas.

Alejado del centro de Ubud. Tendrás que si o si arrendar moto, moverte con Grab o contratar tours.

الموظفين محترمين ومبتسمين وخدومين ويساعدونك بقدر المستطاع المكان صغير ونظيف ومرتب و هادئ وشبه منعزل وعامة الحي هادي في داخل المكان مطعم يغلق قبل على الساعة 11 مساء وفيه اكل حلال اكد لي موظف مسؤول ان الدجاج كله عندهم حلال وايضاً موظفة الاستقبال اخبرتني ان الدجاج ولحم البقر كله حلال، ويوجد قريب منه كوفي على مطعم صغير وبسيط ولكن جميل واعجبني افطرت منه مرتين وقريب مشي على الاقدام 10 دقائق اسمه سمبل كوب موجوب في جوجل ماب ولاحضت اخر يوم كوفي قبله يبدو انه جديد فتح ويوجد ايضاً حول المكان بقالات صغيره ( كشك حي) وايضاً يوجد قريب منه شلالين موجوده بجوجل ماب ممكن الوصول اليها سيراً على الاقدام ، تحتاج للوصول لسنتر اوبود سياره او دراجة نارية طلبت دباب من قراب وصلني لسنتر اوبود ب5 ﷼ سعودي مايعادل اقل من دولارين امريكي نصحيه قبل الرجوع من سنتر اوبود خذ ماتحتاج من السوبر ماركة. بشكل عام الي يحب الهدوء والانعزال المكان مناسب جداً

El staff más disponible y amable!

El staff es súper amable y te tratan genial, nos guardaron las maletas en recepción el dia que nos íbamos y así pudimos disfrutar de Ubud sin ir cargadas, también nos dieron de cenar cuando ya tenían la cocina cerrada porque llegamos muy tarde

El hotel es bonito, especialmente los exteriores, pero el camino para llegar a las habitaciones es poco practico si llevas maletas grandes, ademas tuvimos que subir escaleras (no hay ascensor)

Peaceful, clean, calm, you will feel at home here

The Mudru Resort is amazing! I’m so glad I chose this place to stay. Beautiful hotel with exceptional service, the staff made sure I was super comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. Rai, Jun and Komang were all super nice and friendly but especially komang!! He made sure I was happy with my room and helped to remove a geko, and when it wasn’t possible to catch the geko he changed my room for me. He is very knowledgable about Ubud and will give good genuine recommendations on things to do based on what you like (not the usual places they recommend tourists just to get commission). He has a great manner with guests and is an asset to the hotel :)

My home away from home

The beautiful Mudru Resort was my home away from home. I was for work in Ubud and stayed here 3 nights. After that I kept extending for in total a month. It feels very luxurious, the rooms are spacious and clean, it has a big pool with perfect temperature and the people who work there are amazing. Especially the girls Winda and Rai. There is overall a very relaxed atmosphere. The area is very green and quiet (that last part is unlike a lot of places in Ubud) with a lot of waterfalls close by.

very helpful staff. accommodating, friendly, flexible. they gave us a bigger and even better room on request. they prepared a beautiful complementary Birthday Cake and Afternoon tea for my Girlfriend’s Birthday, they also prepare a beautiful floating breakfast on request. The infinity pool is stunning and 24/7 customer service from resort stuff. I loved that it’s so small and intimate also and only IDR60 000 to Ubud central on GoJek

Bottom bathroom not properly ventilated leaving some kind of odour over time. not too bad however it can be improved

The property is amazing either way a stunning pool, amazing beds and outstanding service. perfect for family or friends

The location is slightly remote and far from any of the major streets or monuments in ubud (about a 15 minute grab ride which with high traffic during midday and afternoon can be more like 30 minutes). Having some sort of transport is a must as walking is not really an option.

الفندق جميل في منطقة هادية جدا مع وجود موظفين جيدين جدا ومتفهمي بعديد قليلا عن صخب المدينة وغرفه واسعه وحمام السباحه جيد ايضا وهوعبارة عن شبة منتجع والذي يبحث عن الهدوء يختار هذا الفندق وشكرا

الموقع الفندق بعديد عن مركز المدينة وصعوبة في التنقل من الفندق الي مركز المدينة ويجب علي الضيف استجار دراجه او استخدام سيارة الاجرة والفطور كان ضعيف قليلا اختارمن القائمة ولانتر نت ضعيف قليلا ان كنت تبحث عن لهدواء اختار الفندق

Great spot for couples who wants to disconnect

The pool was great and I like the quiet location.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was noisy and I can feel the other person when they move. It must be the old spring bed. Not a great place to bring kids because there are no activity for them. I mean not even an area where they can run around and play fetch. And no Netflix

Quiet area with amazing staff

Place in a very quiet area, far away from the noise. There are few resto and caffè, at local prices. However, if you need to move to Ubud attractions you need to use a taxi. Given the small price of a taxi I anyway reccomand not to stay in the centre of ubud because it's noisy. Staff is the added value. People who work here are amazing. Breakfast so huge that I asked every day for less food.

Cleaning to be improved. It's not in the European standards but in the Indonesian ones. Towels clean but old. If they improve this aspect is just perfect

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The stay was very comfortable and this is very close to one of the famous Waterfalls. The restaurant provided a good breakfast and dinner which was tasty and we liked it.

We have booked a pool facing room but the one provided was not pool facing.

Exceptional

This was the best hotel of our vacation. As soon as you enter the structure you experience a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff is really very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool. Very good restaurant and breakfast service with a vast choice of menu's. We enjoyed the laundry service and the scooter rental service. Overall excellent value for money!

The hotel is located a little bit far from the center of Ubud, so you really need a scooter to get there.

The room was great , the bathroom was also really spacious. Possibility to clean up the room up to making only the bed , to choosing changing the sheets and the towels every 2 days for environment ! Possibility to rent scooters directly from the Hotel

A very warm and welcoming place.

A very tropical and refreshing look to the place. Quiet, away from traffic in a very lovely area. Beautiful plants and at night frogs croak. Pool is inviting. Food is exceptional as is the staff.

Value for money was very good Rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable Pool area was very nice and chill

Even though there weren’t many guests, our room still wasn’t ready on arrival. No scooter or anything available to rent from hotel Location is not close to the city center or any good restaurants or markets.
