The location
The style, the cleaning staff doesn’t do a good job. It looks like a motel

Good parking once you find it.... unfortunately google maps sends you around the back and the locals don't seem to know about the place.
minimal standard. slippery mattress, cheap stretchy fitted sheets too large for the mattress, uncomfortable pillows, bedside lights not plugged in because there is nowhere to plug them.

Good location. The breakfast was good.
Fitted bed sheet too small - would come off when you turned so that you were lying on bare mattress. Pillows were just a bit of light foam. The "lobby" felt like a private kitchen. Place is a converted house and feels a bit run down. Boutique Hotel is a misnomer, really.

The bed was super comfortable, hot showers and cold AC. Extremely clean as well! In a good neighborhood with walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants.

I stayed here after flying in until my Hedman Alas bus left for Copán Ruinas (there being fewer trips down there during the pandemic). The hotel is clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff. The breakfast in the little patio was great, and the wifi and AC worked fine. The Copantl Convention Center and CBari Restaurant are just across the street. A few blocks behind the hotel is the City Mall (and its food court) and a number of good restaurants. I found a nice little pollo asado place on 16 Avenida B just north of the mall and really enjoyed myself one evening at La Pachanga. Be sure to check each establishment's opening hours on its website or by walking by and seeing what is posted: Google maps was a big fail here. . . . When it was time to go, the hotel called a cab for me, and it was an easy ride to the Gran Central Metropolitana (main bus station).
This hotel is flanked by the Guacamaya Inn and the Hotel La Casa de los Arcos, and all three hotels have the same general vibe. The others seem to be better known, however. From the airport, the cab driver knew La Casa de los Arcos and the Copantl Convention Center, for example, but had never heard of the MH Boutique Hotel. Some booking sites do not include it either. Part of the problem seems to be some confusion over its location. Tripadvisor's map places it much farther north in a less convenient location (and has only a couple of reviews posted). I was originally booked at the Guacamaya Inn, and when the dates of my trip changed due to the bus issue, it didn't have a room for both nights. I switched to the MH Boutique but wondered right up to the moment I saw the sign from the cab window which address was correct -- especially when the cabdriver insisted that it was probably the Boutique Hotel La Cordillera (far down the road) that I wanted.

Missed last bus out of SPS bus station, this was a last minute choice to stay and it fit the bill. 100L in taxi each way, has a mall nearby with restaurants and a cinema, not much else in the area but it's safe and just what you'd need under those particular circunstances.

1, the owners of this hotel were super nice and helpful. we were just saying for one night then going to Nicaragua. the owner helped us to find a clinic for the COVID test which Nicaragua government asked for. we don’t speak Spanish. it would have taken us much more time to do the test if without the owners’ help. 2, this hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area. 3, nice hot shower.

We loved MH Boutique hotel! The man working there was so kind and helpful and friendly and really made our trip better. Whatever we needed he helped us with, and he always did so with a smile. When we asked him about eating breakfast extremely early on two days (4:30 and 5:30) telling him we didn’t need it if it was inconvenient for him, he insisted he was happy to make it and prepared it so early for us.
We left San Pedro Sula to visit Utila and while traveling back through San Pedro Sula to visit Guatemala we stayed there again because we liked it so much.
The rooms were very nice, the bed comfortable with a nice big shower, beautiful lobby, drinking water available at all times. It’s in a very safe, nice neighborhood with a big shopping center across the street which we enjoyed shopping at, many food options closeby, and the Intercontinental hotel across the street (the most expensive hotel in San Pedro Sula and the best place to stop for drinks or dinner - because unlike the rooms there, the food and drinks are actually quite reasonably priced.)
We would come to the MH Boutique hotel again any time!

Very friendly host who welcomed me personally, helped me with ordering food, prepared breakfast, was awake at 5am to say goodbye when I left. The hotel is located in a quiet, very good neighborhood, close by the bus terminal, and the 'zona rosa' (restaurants & bars). I would definitely come back!
