Hôtel confortable bien situé

L'hôtel situé dans le centre de Fira. Idéal pour les promenades et en nocturne, superbe! Chambre en suite familiale. Très propre avec literie confortable.

Buena estadía

La ubicación era muy buena, ya que, fuimos en temporada baja y la mayoría del comercio estaba cerrado. El terminal de buses se encuentra muy cerca también, con el cual puedes moverte en la isla de manera económica.

great location & good value for money

location is ideal you can walk everywhere. Nice big bed. Good Value for money. You can get breakfast every morning for €5 per person and they bring it to your room which is handy.

you have to hold the shower head to have a shower but I think this is common in Greece

This accommodation is in a great central location, you can access the whole town easily. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and supported us with transport.

The location is ideal. Easy to go shopping and eat. 5 Minutes walk to the main bus stop. Breakfast worth the price.

Sad 😢

Staff were lovely, room clean, great location, so was really hard to give this score. Without changes to the above I'd not return, which is a shame given the good things there.

Rooms weren't soundproof so you could either hear people walking/talking/doors slamming (they weren't soft close and the floors were hard resin based) at all hours of the night/morning; struggled to sleep on all nights because of this. The ground floor rooms have the main entry hallway above them, above the bed in room 3 particularly, so that doubled the noise. Emergency exit light in room was so bright the room actually wasn't blacked out, could walk around without switching a light on at night - also made it hard to sleep. No kettle in the room.

Great value and central location; Perfect for an off-season/winter visit to Santorini!

This hotel is truly central in Fira, Santorini. It's just on a side street leading to the main town square/street, which has all the main shops. Especially if you are traveling off-season/in the winter, this is an excellent place, as you are a few steps away from the shops and restaurants that are still open. Communication with the team is easy and direct. The room was especially spacious and clean, and the bed and couch were so comfy. Great value for budget and good space, especially for Greece/Europe. It is also just a 5min walk away from the central bus stop, where one can take buses to all major points of interest on the island. As such, this place is especially suited for those who don't plan on driving around the island in their own car. There is also a breakfast option which is cheap and can be modified as you wish.

Exceptional

The location was superb. Close location to the bus station and it was very convenient for people who don't plan to rent a car and take the public bus around Santorini. The cleaner cleaned the room everyday.

No kettle for one to prepare their own hot drinks.

Very spacious room. Big and comfortable beds. Perfect location right in the city center. Easy late check in.

Location was very good. Breakfast was good, coffee could have been better. But overall it was good value for the money.

Steps going up and down. But the room was nice, so it made up for it.

Good location, clean quiet room, great staff.

Breakfast & location is very good. Staff is very nice. They are all very helpful.

The shower does not drain properly. The floor is slanted away from the drain. There is also a smell from the bathroom floor drain. Other than those two problems that should be addressed.
