1 Bedroom Ocean Front - Beautifully Decorated! - Deluxe unit
Make yourself at home in our "Home away from Home" at the oceanfront Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our deluxe 1 bedroom condo with washer and dryer sleeps 4. The bedroom has a pillow top king bed, a flat screen TV and a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door. We also have a Murphy bed in the living room. If needed we will provide a fold away cot. The living room has a beautiful ocean front view with sofa, 2 recliners and a large flat screen TV. The dining area has a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has wood cabinets, granite countertops, kitchen appliances, cookware, small countertop appliances, dinnerware, heavy duty knives, forks etc. The well lite bathroom has a wood vanity with granite counter top and a Jacuzzi tub. The bathroom closet has all cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.

BayWatch amenities include 18 pools including 6 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, plus easy access to the ocean. Of the 18 pools 2 indoor pools + 1 lazy river + 2 hot tubs are indoor (all heated). The rest are outdoor including 4 heated hot tubs also an outdoor Tiki bar, sports bar, restaurant, exercise room and gift shop. Amenities also include seasonal outdoor bands, music, face painting for kids, etc. Bay Watch also provides free wireless internet access, free covered parking deck and concierge service. We furnish all fresh clean linens, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of bathroom tissue and bathroom soap. A starting supply of cleaning products will be provided. We have a combination lock in which you will have your own personal access code which we will provide as well as instructions on how to use it upon arrival.

We cater to people that want the best and we charge a little more in order to provide the best service and product quality. We cater to people that respect property rights and that will care for the unit. We charge a $59.00 damage insurance policy fee instead of a large refundable deposit.
Currently the site is set up that the guest pays an insurance fee for $59.00 to cover any damage to the unit and you pay no deposit upon booking the unit.

We strongly suggest that you purchase travelers insurance as we can not be responsible for cancelled flights, storms and other emergencies that may prevent you from arriving.

This was a very nice unit in the Bay Watch. We appreciated the digital entry process, the Bay Watch amenities, and the attention to detail within the unit itself, such as the more than adequate number of towels. The owner was also quick to address any questions pertaining to our stay. Our only wish was that we would have had access to a secured wi-fi connection for internet access. My wife wanted to access her work email, but wasn't able to do so because of the unsecured connection.

We have been coming to NMB for years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at. Lenna Jane keeps this place in pristine condition and was so responsive and accommodating. The condo is very clean and comfortable and the ocean views are absolutely beautiful from the comfy recliners! We had everything we could need plus more. We can’t wait to come back here next year!!!

We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. Very clean and pictures were what we got. It had everything we needed, even though I pack my whole home when I take vacations, there was nothing left out from the host. Elevators were fast, resort was clean, staff was friendly and the drinks at Fishtales were delicious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Our host was wonderful, providing all the information we needed. The unit is perfect for a couple. Comfortable, clean and a great oceanfront view. The resort has several pools and they were warm (wonderful for early May). Several saunas and lazy rivers, and an indoor pool. Just steps from the beach. We loved it.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, updated and we love the location in the middle tower. It is exactly as the pictures show. The furniture and the bed was comfortable and the condo had everything you need. Lenna Jane was always available if we had any questions. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy. Property was as described with everything you need in the kitchen and for your stay. Clean and well decorated with a wonderful view. This was the furthest NMB we've stayed. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get to the Board Walk. Unfortunately, we had 2 teenagers and that is where they wanted to go hang out. I recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo the last week of June! The condo is well maintained and comfortable for a family of 3-4. We had everything we needed in the unit. This was not our first visit to Baywatch but first time in this condo. We really enjoy the facilities of Baywatch and now finding this condo is a perfect match. We enjoyed our experience so much! Two recliners in the living room helped make it comfortable like home. The king bed was great and the whole condo was well lit in each room which is important to us, as we enjoy reading. The 2 large TV’s were nice. We enjoyed being in the building directly over the main lobby on 4th floor. Loved this location. The owner was so accessible and I felt she cared about our experience. Loved that she sent codes to unlock our door and there were no keys to have to keep up with. That’s huge for me! The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals in the condo. I Loved that there were crock pots and I could put something on in the morning for our dinner. The jetted bathtub was great! So spacious… We enjoyed every minute and made great memories on this vacation. Our son’s family rented a 3 bedroom in the building next door for his family but surprisingly, we all ended up spending most of our waking hours, when not on the beach in this condo. It was just so comfortable! You will enjoy this unit and the kind owner!

The condo and location on the 4 th floor was great. We were disappointed that there no longer giving pool/beach towels and that there was no longer valet service. When we left there were no carts to be found!! The type of guests and overall cleanliness and services have definitely gone down.

The pictures are exactly what you are getting. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were large. In the living room, you can lean back in the leather recliners and enjoy tv or the wonderful view of the ocean. The balcony overlooked the pool areas below. You are high enough that you don't get a lot of noise from outside. The kitchen area was a little small but is completely manageable for vacation use. The location was great. It was close to everything, but far enough from all the busyness that Myrtle Beach can be sometimes. We did not have any issues so we didn't communicate with the owner besides checking in the first day. If you are traveling in a large truck, the parking garage might be a bit tight. We were lucky having a small car. We did not try any of the restaurants at the resort, but the food smelled great. There are many indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs at each tower of the resort along with an indoor and outdoor lazy river. Without a doubt, we would 100% stay here again (or in the room next door which this owner rents as well).

Awesome relaxing stay. This property has it all, oceanfront with everything that you need. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the unit, owner provides everything. The owner responded immediately when I reached out to her. There's an ice machine just down the hall from the unit. (really convenient). We had a lot of luggage etc. so when we pulled up and saw that they had bellman, we got one to bring our things up to our room. I would definitely stay here again!..

This was a beautiful location, love the pools and beach access. The only thing that left us desiring more was the parking garage which is not a reflection of everything else. Parking garage spots are just too narrow and scary navigating through it. The clearance didn’t allow us to keep our rooftop cargo carrier on our car either. It all worked out and the condo itself was great, as was communication with the property manager. Everything you need is there to cook with, pots pans, plates, silverware, all of it. Very clean. I’m impressed and we would definitely want to stay here again!

It was a great vacation. The place was clean no bugs or issues. That the host has control of. Amazing views of the ocean comfortable beds and seating. Exactly as described. Our only complaint was with the resort and doesn't reflect the host in any way. No bell hops carts available at checkin and a long walk carrying gear in multiple trips in 90 degree weather from parking garage. Tip for those staying here in the future bring a folding wagon with you.

The Resort offered 3 different dining options, easy access to the beach and several different pools, if that is your thing! The unit is well appointed, the recliners were perfect for my husband and the bed was like sleeping on the cloud. I was there for the beach and it met my expectations X10! I will book again!

We stayed for 7 days in June. 1st time to Myrtle Beach. Condo was everything we needed. The space was clean and welcoming. Bed was super comfortable! Loved the recliners. The view was awesome! Owner was awesome to work with - simple process, no hiccups. The resort met all of our needs. Very family oriented with kid activities during the day at the pool. We had a beach wheel chair and there is a public beach access next the the resort, easy access to the beach. Only suggestion is to have ramp leading off one of the 3 resort beach access so wheel chair users and beach carts can access resort more easily when coming from beach. Overall great stay! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here May7-14 and it was perfect for the two of us. condo was cute, LOVED the two recliners in living room. Plenty of space for us two. Bed was huge and welcoming after a day at the beach. WISH the complex had another restaurant but there were plenty of them around. All in all, a great stay!

We dry much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Sleeping in the king bed was like sleeping at home, and the recliners added homey comfort to the condo. Lena is a wonderful host. The location is great and the property had anything you could possibly want, with cafes, pools, hot tubs, lay rivers and bell hop services.
