Great location, lovely pool. Spacious and cosy.

The location is great as it’s a short walk to the town and also has a great pool that was private.

The bed wasn’t overly comfortable.

Amazing apartment, balcony and pool area! 👍😃😎🌞

lovely property with lots of space inside and out. big comfy beds. Fab aircon. Pool area also fantastic. Owners were very kind and accommodating….let us check in early and store luggage/use pool/use shower and facilities in the basement on the day we checked out. would 100% stay again.

could do with a few more bits and bobs to cook with.

Compact accommodation ideal for a short stay

Modern accommodation Nice private pool Cleaning twice during our 8 day stay which we appreciated Peaceful location Not too far from restaurants. To the beach it is not too far either but during the day in heat the walk back uphill can be hard Nice owners Good towels and bed sheets

Elia suite was tiny compared to photos No shade by the pool until afternoon, no sun umbrella and the sun roof is very short, the one on photos is no longer there No breakfast table and chairs outside No blackout curtain in the kitchen No mattresses for the sunbeds Cosmetics not replenished

Very modern and clean, great little pool and you have the sun all day long if you want to sun bathe. Bathroom / shower area was really nice and spacious, added bonus to have Netflix on the tv. Krups coffee machine was nice too.

Only negatives were the pillows and the Wi-Fi (very slow at times)

Stylish apartments in lovely Skala

Stylish, well equipped apartments in a quiet location. Everything we needed, including toiletries which made packing easier. Fresh great quality towels and extra towels for the pool. Use of private pool and also communal pool which I found easier to access. Huge shower and very smart bathroom.

Had a slight issue with hot water. Took a long time to come through (several minutes), which wasted a lot of cold water. Wifi was slow - not fast enough to stream anything but not a big issue.

The apartment was very modern and clean but not very comfortable for an older couple like us.

Apartment is one room which we didn’t feel was very well explained when we booked. No separate bathroom or kitchen, no separate living area. No sea view or garden view as described either.

brilliant pool area, close to many restaurants and bars and 12 mins walk to the long stretch of beach.

The pool and the view from the pool! Comfortable beds. Pool towels. Shower was good. The kitchen had everything you need for a simple meal.

An unpleasant smell in the toilet. No cleaning during a 4 day stay (I think I have read this was still because of COVID and safety procedures). The pillows outside were not clean, I think it is difficult to keep those clean.

The most amazing experience in Kefalonia, beautiful and luxury apartment we cannot wait to be back!

We absolutely loved Ktima Fabiatos our apartment was just gorgeous and had the most comfortable bed ever! Eva and her mum were the best hosts we came across when travelling, we highly recommend this place. The interior design is fab (good for Instagram pictures ;-) the location is just amazing, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed was super clean. Every item was high quality - towels, toiletries, bed sheets - very luxurious, very aesthetically pleasing. Good taste and experience in hosting was showed in every detail.

Beautiful accomodation for some R&R

Beautiful accomodation, exactly like the photos. We had such a relaxing stay in the Dafni suite. There was everything we needed. We arranged for a taxi transfer from the airport, which went very smoothly and was around an hours journey. The accomodation is so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants, but you don't hear any of the noise from outside. We wanted to stay longer!!

Perfect stay

Peaceful and modern property. Felt secluded but also plenty of restaurants and the beach in walking distance.

Not sure how suitable the room would be for non couples as the layout was very open plan with the shower being in the corner of the bedroom.

Huge appartment, great space and fantastic hosts. The owners left milk, water and more in the kitchen for us and were on hand to answer questions or help. The shared pool was a very good size, clean and warm with some lovely views

Beautiful, clean, new wonderful apartment, great location, close to beautiful beach

We loved everything! This was a beautiful find! also because we booked in May for our honeymoon, it wasn't that touristy in Kefalonia so we had the pool to ourselves also which was a great bonus. This was a super clean, wonderful apartment, great size and super welcoming hosts that laid out a congratulations card and wine and key ring which was very kind and thoughtful.

nothing to fault this place is perfect :) and right near the gorgeous beach and amenities. Quite a few cats though so bear in mind if you have allergies like my husband, make suer you pack your allergy pills, otherwise there is a nearby pharmacy and an amazinggggggg ice-cream place next door owned by Nicholas who was so wonderful! haha

Stuning place for couples and very close to town

it’s stunning! The room decoration is just lovely. It is well equipped with oven and a stove, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. They provide both pool and room towels. The bathroom was lovely equipped with shampoos, body wash and lotions like a 5 star hotel. The private pool was clean and a very good size. They even provided floaters for relaxing on the pool. I had a nice seating area and lanterns outside and pool loungers. The views were gorgeous and the garden has both orange and lemon tees. A very good plus it’s very close to sakala town centre so you can walk to town: beach. Its excellent for couples very relaxing and luxurious!

Exceptional

It was absolutely beautiful and Skala is a wonderful town. The pool and sun terrace are full of sun all day. Peaceful but just a very short walk to the lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment is so clean and modern, the bed is amazingly comfy. We haven't got to the airport yet but are already planning our next visit!

Excellent very COVID safe place to stay, we would definitely return.

Excellent location very close to the town. Lovely clean property with a very comfy bed. We had a pool room with private pool it was very nice & peaceful. Beautiful white bed linen & super soft luxurious white bath towels.

I would have liked the sun on our patio for longer each day, with the overhead sun canopy it was difficult to sunbathe for most of the day. If the pebbled area to the side of the patio was decked or had hard standing it would have been easier to move our sun beds into the later sun.

Amazing place to stay: Beautiful and quiet

The apartment has very nice interior and a beautiful terrace that is amazing for peaceful mornings. The pool area is great as well with a terrific view over some trees and the sea. The whole time, we had the pool area by ourselves which was even more relaxing. Super friendly contact with the owners!
