La casa è perfetta! Bellissima cucina! Il tutto arredato con gusto. Il fatto che ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato è un valore aggiunto. E poi un giardinetto per stare all'aperto nelle belle stagioni. Complimenti!

The house and its decor. The neighborhood. The amazing view.

Great accommodation for family! Very convenient to have two separate bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Very comfortable kitchen/living room. Also beautiful private garden! Giovanna has done a great job with her property!
The narrow road leading to the property could be a problem for non-experienced drivers with a larger car.

Everything was great! We really liked this house. We lived there for 6 days. We had half a house (2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms) and a beautiful terrace with sunbeds, table, chairs and hammock. And most importantly - a beautiful view of Capri. The village of Pastena is a suburb of Massa Lubrense. Quiet and wonderful. 150 m from the house there is a grocery store and a butcher's shop. For 400 m. osteria. You can find a supermarket 1500-1700 m. away in S. Agata. Bus stop 150 m from the apartment. Many thanks to Giovanni for helping us in everything to make us comfortable. Especially when we could not find the apartment (looking for them by location in the booking), Giovanna found us in Massa Lubrence and took us home to Pastena.

The place with marvelous views, in the middle of the village. Awesome place to spend time, eat & have fun.
In the nearest neighborhood, you can find a shop, butcher (2 minutes walk), 2-3 authentic Italian bistros/restaurants (5 minutes walk). Especially Osteria Da Peppe stole my heart! 3-5 minutes by a car you can find 2 bigger markets (Crai & Spar) that allow you to buy whatever you want from the local distributors.
Reg. the accommodation - it's great! Tidy, clean, comfortable, wi-fi is strong, people are hostile, you can find some herbs/veggies growing there, the garden place & terrace is big. AC is strong, we were there with 5 people & it was a comfortable stay without any issues. There's direct contact with the owners, they're really helpful, flexible, no stress :)
You have 2 nearest beaches at approx. 4 kilometers away so I'm not suggesting to go there without a car or bus. We're suggesting the Marina del Cantone.
In summary, it's a great place. We had a blast!
We had 2 suprises :)
1st - on the booking.com page of the apartment we can read that the Marina della Lobra beach is 650m away. Yes, you can see it from the garden (from far - great view) but it's 4.5 km away (1 hour walk downhill, 15 minutes by car).
2nd - the entrance. To get to the apartment you need to go with a 250 narrow road with stone walls/buildings from left & right. We had a rented VW Polo 2020 & it was really tight for me. Caution: I'm not used to that types of roads. It was a surprise at start but during the week stay it was much easier to get through without any scratches :)
If you're renting something bigger (kombi, SUV, full size sedan) maybe it's better to stay outside that road.
At the end of the day it was great experience, I've learned a lot & I have a great memories because of that!!
